Service was great, the ambience is very casual and familiar. The food was good but not too good. I got a sofritas bowl and it looks like they had the sofritas from the day before. Same thing with the chicken on my husband and daughter's burritos. The chicken was old and very dry and burnt. We were not too satisfied with the food. I know it's hard for a buen yo loose some food from the day before. Maybe plan accordingly. Do no make so much chicken or meat the night before so there is not much to loos and make fresh the next day. Just my thought. read more

First handicap parking is the furthest from the front door which is on the end away from the parking lot, went to order online only for it not to work. It is not handicap friendly, it has horrible reviews already and since nobody was eating there I said by bye. Will never go back! read more

Chipotle will always be my go to, although their portions can be a hit or miss. I've done a mobile order to pick up at this location a few times now I usually have my husband go and pick it up. Today after doing a mobile order decided I'll pick up. Love the convenience of both mobile and their chipotlane. I ordered my usual chicken bowl, with brown rice, black beans and condiments on the side with extra lettuce. About an 8min drive my order was promised at 7:20pm. I arrived at the pick up at 7:16pm the lady approached me and greeted me. She asked for the name of my order and kindly handed it to me. Once I got home everything was packed nicely. However they did forget napkins and the extra lettuce I requested looked like it was normal portioned. Other than that everything was good. The chips we crunchy and guac was fresh. read more

I really wanted to give this newly built Chipotle located in Sanger, CA, across the street from Walmart, a higher score, but the quality and portions don't match with other locations. I did an online order for pick-up and decided to dine in to confirm the portion size is a lot smaller if you do an online pick-up order. I feel that their spicy salsa is too chunky compared to other locations. I was so excited to finally get a Chipotle in our city and have given this place many upon many chances to produce the good Chipotle I fell in love with when it first came out. Unfortunately this one is a mess. Their serving portions for their bowls are kid sized. Their chicken is always burned and overcooked. Their window wasn't "working" the other day so I waited 10 minutes before they bothered to check i was there. Thir food is always cold and never tastes fresh. I'd like to start off this review by saying that I don't usually give any places bad reviews because it makes me feel bad for the workers. but in this case, I could not resist. I ordered a burrito bowl as usual, and the portion that I was served was at least half of what it should've been. I was absolutely dumbfounded at the sight of sheer disappointment inside of a bowl. Although it is true that I ordered this bowl at lunch rush hour, I still expected a better standard than the half filled bowl I received. My heart goes out to the workers that constructed this bowl, but I feel that it is my duty to inform the public of their service. Now I would like to let you know of my own actions immediately after opening the bowl. I gripped the bowl firmly and threw it as hard I could towards my fellow acquaintances. They all screamed in terror as they were covered in my brown rice nightmare. They stormed out of the office dazed and confused. I let out a war cry and left work. Last night while raw dogging it from Kings Canyon Sequoia National Park back to San Francisco, we realized we needed some sustainance and that burger and fries would not suffice and might render us comatose. We visited Chipotle for the very first time because we do not have one where we live. Coincidentally, we had previously eaten lunch earlier that same day also in Sanger. We thought the town was really cute so we decided to stop at Chipotle because we noticed it after eating lunch earlier at True Teriyaki. We found the service at Chipotle to be phenomenal, welcoming and friendly. The ambience of the place was very clean and pleasant. The burrito gave us the power to drive all the way back to San Francisco, which I admit was totally insane, but we did it. Mission accomplished. Our burritos were delicious! Ordered a bowl with smoked brisket, gave me a little tiny spoonful of the brisket. I then ask for a little bit more and they charge me eight dollars for a side of brisket which was just a little small spoonful.. that's absolutely crazy and disrespectful to treat customers that way. They've got the employee's scared to serve anything more than what they told him exactly what to do, portion control has gone way too far here..!!!! Instead of getting more to serve me properly, they gave me a half scoop and didn't bother to fix it until I asked for chicken to make up for the lack of brisket. Even then, the portion was lousy mostly rice and beans for a meal that cost $14.63, including an extra charge for the brisket. The restaurant wasn't busy, so there's no excuse for this lack of attention to detail.
