We just ordered through Uber Eats 2 chicken bowls (paid for extra chicken) and the chicken not only kind Of shredded/no extra portion but completely raw. Updating my review. It seems when it reviewed this initially, they were off to a rocky opening. They seemed to have fixed the issues in my review. I ordered online for Chipotlane and they were VERY prompt and the girl opened the window and my food was ready right on time. GREAT JOB. We have ordered from this location and have had no issues in the past. Unfortunately the customers service and food quality was so disappointing that my husband and I agreed that we would rather drive farther away than go here again. I placed a mobile order at 6:30pm for Chipotlane pick up at 7:20pm, I arrived early to pick up at 7:00 as I got there faster than I predicted and my food was already ready. The guy handed me the bag, as I checked the bag I realized all the food was cold. He came back to the window and I asked him politely when the food was prepared as I am early and the food is ready and cold to the touch. He said he didn't know as he was just covering for someone who was going to bathroom but he would get the manager, he walked to another guy (I could see them rolling their eyes and laughing together as guy from window was talking to him). Manager came over and I explained I was 20mins early but food had been sitting as the bowls were cold, he grabbed them from me asking if he could feel them. I said of course and handed them over, he was irritated and I asked if they could remade. He shut the window, they remade them and brought them to me in window. I apologized for complaining but after spending $45 dollars I wanted to ensure the food was hot. What made it even worse after arriving home I opened the two bowls and both were missing ingredients/made wrong. Neither bowl had guacamole (added cost) and one of the bowls was so soggy as they poured so much of the hottest salsa it was practically inedible as it was so spicy. I can't help but think they did it purposefully since I complained. I hate making negative reviews but I as so frustrated with this experience. Poor customers service. read more

I was so excited to see that a Chipotle was opening right by my house! We found out this location is finally open (open as of 5 days ago) so we decided to stop by here for dinner tonight. The restaurant wasn't super busy, there was only about 5 other people inside ordering or waiting for their orders. Right when we walked up to order we notice that they're out of some of the meat and rice options that they normally have. They had no white rice which is fine with me, I always get brown, but for those who like white rice it would of been a bummer for them. The process of ordering and getting our food was a little slower than normal but I'm sure with them being so new they still are working out a system. I ordered a chicken bowl and a side of guac and a regular size bag of chips and we take our food home to eat. Once we started eating we realized that our food was ice cold. We only had about a 7 minute drive home so there is no way our food should be that cold. Their warmers must not be the right temperature or something because we had to microwave our food it was that cold. I opened my bag of chips and I literally had 15 chips. I've never been to a Chipotle and had a regular sized bag be that small. At least the guac was amazing as always but I was not happy about the amount of chips I got, especially when it was like $4.60 for chips and quac and I get 15 chips. I really hope this location can work out the kinks, I was so excited to have a location so close to me. Had I seen all the negative reviews prior to coming to chipotle, I don't know if I would've stopped in. I dont know if chipotle has new management, but I was greeted when I walked in, they took care of my order immediately, they had a smile on their face the whole time. The portions were more than I could eat and it was a well blended burrito. Overall, it was a good experience. I'll be back. read more

They said our order hadn't been started and it would be a 10 minute wait longer. At this point it's been 20 min since we arrived in line to be told we had to wait longer. No one was in the lobby. Worst Chipotle in America. Yelp needs to allow a ZERO star rating just for this Chipotle. Staff is a bunch of teenagers/early 20s children who don't care about the job at all. Zero attention to detail and inattentive service. Every single time I order online and ask for extra meat they DO NOT add extra meat. In fact, sometimes I think they see a request for extra meat and intentionally do less than what's considered "normal". They overcharge you for your food. There's a cafe Rio down the street. It's not much better but I'll take that over this garbage. Train your employees on how to provide adequate service at the bare minimum AND TEACH THEM WHAT EXTRA MEAT LOOKS LIKE. Such a disappointment. I've been ordering online for a while at numerous chipotle locations, and never had an issue like this. I went in a few minutes after my order ready pick up time and my bad wasn't there. So, I waited since it was busy. After 5 minutes went by while watching everyone on the line get their fresh orders prepared, I asked the cashier if she could check on my order. My order wasn't even made yet! No apologies, just told me there making it now. Another 10min went by, and I had to remind the cashier I was waiting. My burritos were cold, and thrown together. A complete mess! small portions and the manager has attitude problems zero customer service skills. i had to go back after picking up my order. upon checking the order at home half the queso dio was empty. the bowls was half empty. just four small pieces of chicken in one. i asked to speak to the manager she grabbed the food and threw it away in the trash instead of adding more food. does she think i would drive back to chipotle after getting home no i don't take pleasure in that but i paid for food and expect the portions to be filled correctly she refused to acknowledge the mistake or apologized. this is unacceptable behavior and very rude. chipotle is one of our to go places when ordering online i will try to avoid until they fix these issues. read more

When I first walked in the staff seemed to be standing around talking and doing nothing. They completely ignored me for an entire awkward minute while I stood there waiting to order. The girl in front was wiping the counter right in front of me and never greeted me. RUDE. She finally stopped doing that and took my order. At the end I asked for cheese and instead she gave me guacamole. I did not make her remake the order but she did realize and ask if I asked for guacamole and I told her no. Usually I would be okay with this because I like their guacamole with chips. However it ended up making my meal taste disgusting. Never coming back to this location.
