I still come here because it's Chipotle but it's perhaps the worst run operation you'll ever experience. Always out of rice and cheese. One person works the line while others just watch. It's been this way for years, but hey it's Chipotle so the you know what you're getting food wise. I left the Chipotle in Middletown empty handed because they were out of white rice, brown rice, pinto beans and chicken.. Decided to head over to this one. I was pleasantly surprised by how friendly the staff was and thankfully they had everything well stocked for lunch. The store is spacious and clean. I'm much happier with my experience here. My only complaint was that the honey chicken had a lot of unpleasant bits to bite into. read more

Ordered a steak quesadilla online for myself since you can't in store but went inside to build my husbands bowl that he wanted. The first guy was fine but when I ordered double steak double queso the salsa guy raised his eyebrows and made a face at me like "woahhhhh" which was very much not appreciated, and even if it was for me who cares???? Weird behavior. I love chipotle, it is probably my favorite fast food place to eat. However I went today and it took 30 minutes to get through the chipotlane, which i could get past because I know you can get busy and I understand that. But, when i get my food I have a half full bowl, with barely any food in it. The rations for chipotle are insane, maybe it was just the person giving me my food but I almost never finish my bowl and today I finished it and was still hungry, I could have eaten a whole second bowl there was such a little amount in there. I've eaten at chipotle in a lot of places traveling for work always been a go to. Unfortunately this one won't be ordered from again. White instead of brown rice and hard. 5 pieces of steak and half the normal size bowl. It blows my mind when you're not there watching how quick they are to give you a child size portion. Went today 3/15/2026 waited 10 minutes for steak which is no big deal not a problem with that. The guy serving food gets noticeable aggravated when the restaurant gets busy, when we finally went to get our food the guy making it gives half the about of food , when I asked for more beans he shook his head and mumbled under his breath he did this 4 times throughout the experience. If having to do your job makes you aggravated find a different job . read more

Definitely the WORST Chipotle experience we have ever had. The workers got into a verbal fight, they were out of sour cream, lids, pico and something else. Best chipotle between Dayton and Cinci. Clean, good customer service and when they are low on something they are making it in the back. You don't have to sit and wait for it. Worst chipotle I've been to my whole life. The restaurant was absolutely trashed and unsanitary. Then on top of that, they were out of half of the options. Then I got my order to go like most people and they were out of lids so I had to take my to go order home with no lid. Visited this Chipotle for the first time today and let me tell you--this is the Chipotle every other location should strive to be. Generous portions, super friendly staff, spotless store, and everything was fully stocked and running smoothly. I'd happily drive 20 minutes past my local Chipotle just to come here. The food was honestly just a mehhh.... The steak was spicy but no taste and the rice was stale. Good staff, good music, and clean bathrooms!! I would recommend a different location but that's just my preference. The decor inside is not exactly your normal chipotle layout either. read more

First of all they've made a good bit of their parking handicapped I mean there's like not much parking to begin with here. Find it hard to believe they need so much handicap space. I know it's covid-19 the seating away from the door they have blocked off that you can't use it. So the only seating available was right beside the door and it's really cold out. So we had to eat with our code on and we're freezing. 2 be fair I've had mixed luck with Chipotle's. chips and guac are always great but their meat is hit-or-miss and I'm really picky about meat. My husband if he gets a piece of fat and gristle he just spits it out or eats around it or swallow that I don't know what he does. If I get a yucky in my meat I'm done with that place for a long time and it's happened multiple times with various proteins there. So I'm pretty much done with their meat. Well heard that they're doing the cauliflower rice so gave it a try. Since I'm done with their me. I got a veggie Bowl with the cauliflower rice. In all fairness maybe if you just had a small spoonful of it with some meat it wouldn't be so bad. But in a veggie Bowl cauliflower rice was overwhelming. I've had the cauliflower rice and other things and liked it but not a fan of theirs. They flavor it with a lot of cilantro and a crazy amount of lime. Semi veggie Bowl tasted just grossly of lime I hate my husband to buy hoping he would like it and he said it was awful. Made some kind of joke about it wouldn't be so bad if you threw it past your tongue so you don't have to taste it. So this is kind of disappointing I wouldn't get it again I would only do the cauliflower stuff if you're going to do meat and just use a small amount of it. The store was unkempt. There was food on the counters and dishes in the food prep area. I was informed that if I wanted all components of the kids meal, then I would have to ask for them. I had to return and ask for the drink that comes with the meal. When I asked for the manager, the young man at the register who was being rude told me that he was the manager. He was very unprofessional and lacking in customer service. Refused to provide his name, but Jack was the name on the receipt. This was the worst service I've ever had at a chipotle. I ordered my food to be ready at 7:30 and got it at 8:13. I saw at least 40 people walk in, order, and leave before I got my food. I was just going to refund it and they told me I couldn't and gave me a free drink. I tried again and was told I couldn't refund because they gave me a free drink. When I finally got my food the chips had barely any in the bag and they were stale. My order was a chicken bowl, with rice, black beans, lettuce, queso, and cheese. When I opened the bowl the chicken was slimy and it had no queso. The queso added around $1.40 to add and they didn't give it to me. If I could I would rate this 0 stars. I had been here years ago and the service wasn't great but I decided to try it again and it was horrible. I'm never going to this chipotle again. read more

One of our favorite chipotles. Nice clean store, people are usually super nice and I've never been unhappy with my plate. I miss the days where the hr sauce was in a bottle. The sauce in the plastic cups is kind of weird tasting. I was going to try the brisket but they didn't have it just yet? Not too sure they ever will? recently attended this location to get some food for me after I got off work. I am an Officer and wearing my sweat shirt . Chipotle gives us a discount on our food. Which I really appreciate. However, on this particular night I got a chicken bowl and when I came up to the register to pay, I let the cashier know I'm an Officer and was acquiring for my discount. The cashier looked at me and stated "what, do you think your intitled for a discount. He then states he doesn't give a SHIT about that." Word for word. Then began slamming things and making fun of us. Saying to myself and my wife who was with me again and I quote"I know your special but who are you. Yah you both are special. Referring to us being mentally challenged. Extremely unprofessional and will never return. When asked for a manager he came and said he would take care of it.
