The restaurant has a mask policy for its employees: all employees handling or preparing your food are supposed to wear a mask that covers their nose and mouth. I was just there, and of the six people on the line preparing food, only one had a mask that covered mouth and nose. One young man had his mask dangling from one ear. Another young man had his mask on but it was completely tucked under his chin. All the others had them either exposing their noses or at least half of their mouth. Given all of the problems that chipotle has had in the past with contaminated food, I would think they would be overly focused on making sure that all current safety protocols were being obeyed. Easy on and off I75. I am one of those odd folks who does not eat fast food. Due partially to being celiac, but, even before that official diagnosis, I just don't care for most fast food. However, I do have an exception....Chipolte. on road trips, this is my go to. I just wish there were more along the route from MI to FL. The staff here were very accommodating to being celiac, and Chipolte clearly list GF on an annual basis on their website. So, I was prepared. I was intrigued on the cauli rice since I actually like cauli rice. Yes, I know! But, as my son pointed out to me, it was quite salty. The lovely lady actually offered me a sample, so, I mixed it with the real rice to cut the salt. Great bowls, which actually made 2 meals for me. Hubby had a enormous burrito, which he also enjoyed. This is the worst experience I have ever had at a Chipotle, and I truly enjoy their food. I placed an order in the app to be picked up in the Chipotlane. it said it would be ready at 6:30. when I pulled into the lot, there were probably 10 cars in front of me. I waited 50 minutes in the lane, and I could see that people were at the window waiting for their food to be prepared. The staff should have td those people whose orders were not ready to pull around again or pull into a spot. My food was cold. The portion size in the bowl was ridiculous. the guacamole was brown. There was only cheese on half of the bowl. I ordered chips and guacamole and chips and queso but only got one bag of chips. So after waiting nearly an hour in my car, I had to get out to go inside to ask for the other bag of chips. This is absolutely ridiculous, and I should get my money back. There were many other people that were waiting over 1/2 hour for their food. if you are behind, put a notice out that you are not accepting online orders. read more

They were out of fajitas at 3 pm on a Wednesday. It took like half hour to get served despite only having a few pew in front of me in line. There was only one guy working the food line despite having plenty of other workers available to help on the line. The only word I can use to describe this Chipotle is tragic. It just never seems to have things going right. Every time I go they are understaffed, out of food, and take forever. I'd hate to leave a bad review because I know that people calling off and the wait time with that isn't their fault, but the lack of available food is just unacceptable. It's not like just one or two times, It's every time I've been there. Which is probably 5 or more times. The restaurant due to it being understaffed is usually a mess. Usually kind of dirty, trash is overflowing, that type of thing. The food this particular location put outs lives up to the Chipotle standard in my opinion, but I do think they have a good amount they could improve on. This location reminds me of Javale McGee in the 2011-2013 seasons. Just an absolute mess (he set a record for Shaqtin' a Fool appearances those years). It was not busy when I arrived. They Ran out of chicken at 5:20 dinner time. Also no fajita vegetables. I told cashier that they should do better and she said not my job, I'm not a manager. This is one of the best Chipotles I've ever been to. I drive the extra few miles to this Chipotle every time. My food is delicious and accurate every single time. Their flavors and freshness stand out far from all other Chipotles I've been to. The store is always extremely clean even during peak hours. The line is always well maintained and well stocked, I've never been to this location and witnessed them being out of any ingredients. The staff are always extremely friendly and pleasant to top everything off. I recommend the Springboro Chipotle above any and all Chipotles in this area, it never disappoints. read more

This is the WORST Chipotle I have ever been to. We have given this location chance after chance and they never fail to disappoint. Mobile orders are ready 20+ minutes after scheduled pick up time. I have waited in line for about 45 minutes, to find out that they don't have steak, fajitas, corn, and for a long time they didn't have brown rice and since they didn't have 2 of those things that caused me not to be able to get 2 things on my order. I really don't recommend this place unless you have a whole hour to waste. The chipotle app is all messed up to where you can't order online also so that can't save you anytime. There were only 2 workers that were putting the food together and from what the worker told us the manager went home. If corporate is reading this please get this place together! read more

I stopped in this location for carry out and was shocked that most people in line we're not wearing masks. I questioned if that was still a rule at this time. I ordered my entrée to go although by the time I got at home it was one of the worst quality burrito bowls I have had from chipotle. The rice is my favorite part and that had no flavor. The chicken was bland compared to how it usually is so I had a few bites and threw it away. Wow! Being a fanatic consumer of their tasty burritos for nearly a decade, I thought I had eaten the best Chipotle had to offer. My experience at this location proved me wrong. THIS is the best Chipotle location of the handful in the Springboro/Centerville area in terms of both service and consistency of food. As any loyal Chipotle customer/lover/aficionado knows, nothing ruins a much-anticipated trip to the fast casual spot faster than any combination of the following: slow service, soggy salsa, under-salted guac, stale chips, skimpy portions. I'm pleased to report that customers need not fear any of the above at this particular location. The ingredients are always fresh and properly seasoned, appropriately representing the kind of food that Chipotle fans have come to know and love. The staff is always welcoming and upbeat, and there are rarely crazy long lines due to their ability to move through customers efficiently. When there are lines, they're always fast-moving. One particular visit of note occurred a few weeks ago when the credit card machine at this location was down. Still, the staff maintained their collective cool and served the line of hungry folks with smiles on their faces, still managing to do so relatively quickly, all things considered. I hope this Chipotle continues to live up to the standards they've set! read more

I tend not to write multiple reviews for each location a chain has unless I have either major problems or successes with a particular location. That being said, I've always had good experiences at the Springboro Chipotle, but never so good they warranted a review.... until yesterday. Yesterday I was in line, and I had a free chip and guac coupon on my Chiptopia rewards card that was expiring that I wasn't going to use. Behind me in line was a granddaughter and grandma who were ordering chips and guac, so I told the cashier to put one of their chips/guac on my order so they'd get it free. He told me no problem and asked if he could ring them up first. I told him sure and he did and he scanned my rewards card for them and that was that. Or so I thought. After he rang up my order, he told me was giving it to me free of charge because I was so nice to give them my coupon. I told him he didn't need to do that, but he insisted my dinner was free. Not much more to say than that. The staff has always been great, and this just shows that they genuinely care about their customers. I'll definitely continue supporting this location. read more

My husband & daughter love their food, but we often drive to other locations because the service usually isn't friendly and the dining room is often dirty. I think the issue is understaffing. Stingy portions and inattentive staff made this a poor experience. I came in and was greeted by someone sweeping, great. I stood at the counter for about a minute and a half while two girls assembling chip bags chatted. The one who came to the counter turned back for a moment to continue her conversation before greeting me. The assembly process was rushed, she made it clear that I was interrupting her, and that she resented my request for more rice. Once my burrito was made she said "she'll be right with you" and went off to help the next customer. Eventually, two or three minutes later, another girl came and slowly rearranged the paper-lined baskets by the register before asking me twice if my order was for here or to go and if I wanted anything else. I said no, she took my money, and I took my burrito off the counter as she hadn't bagged it yet. I walked out. The burrito, while small, was fine. About on par with the quality I would expect from a decent Chipotle location. A little customer service goes a long way. None of this was so big a deal that I would've walked out but given that no one else was there when I walked in and the number of people working there was no reason I should've been kept waiting this long. read more

Once I received my work permit and was able to begin working, the manager stopped responding.
