The consistency with service is not great. The consistency with food is always on point. I've had really bad experiences here and also some really good ones. I use the app quite a bit to order both for pickup and delivery. There was a bit of time that service was extremely slow due to under-staffing and also times when service was super quick! So... consistency with that has been spotty. The food is always really good, I can't complain about the food at all! I DON'T like the fact that the food is more expensive if you choose delivery. The food itself is more expensive plus there's a delivery charge... so ... I don't get that. Since I learned that I just choose the pickup option. I also wish that they would keep the lobby open for pickup. I have had lengthy waits in the chipoltle pick-up window line before when I KNOW my food is ready, it's paid for.... and I just need to grab it but the lobby is closed. THAT made me super mad b/c I had ordered like an hour prior.... but... again... I'm sure it's a staffing thing which isn't really the fault of the business. If there's not ppl wanting to work what are you supposed to do? I will say that customer service has always been really nice and convenient any time I reach out due to a bad experience. I've googled their customer service email before and both times I reached out I was comp'd either one thing or another for my inconvenience. So, the fact that customer service with that has always been nice will keep me coming back, because things happen from time to time and the fact that customer service is seamless and easy in wanting to rectify the situation means a a lot. read more

Went in for a veggie bowl and they were out of fajita and black beans. I was u able to get me a bowl. This location. Was not clean and it had a great deal of flies in it. It could be due to the trash overflowing and the table not being cleaned off. Completely horrible. Put a mobile order in, got to the store when it was said to be ready to pick up. A car line for the window is wrapped around the entire store, I park walk up the door and there are signs on the door that say they are digital only and the interior is closed and the doors were locked. I then had to wait in the car line for 50 FIFTY minutes to pick up my food that was already ready. Once at the window the 6 or so employees inside didn't have a care in the world, joking around with each other and having a great time inside. It took them another 8 minutes to actually come to the window once I pulled up. The food I received was very cold, I would almost describe it as being put in a fridge while waiting. Worse Chipotle ever. Placed a to go order and when picked up said they ran out of meats that I wanted and just substituted what they had left. No call, email or attempt to reach out. This has to be one of the worst visits I've had to this particular location. I hope chipotle ownership takes notice very quickly. 90% of the my visits they have had no vegetables a large amount of the time they have no chips almost. 100% of the time the location is dirty behind the line. As an example this evening, the server just wiped food from the counter onto the floor. It appears it's under very poor management and product is being planned for properly. It also appears there's a lack of leadership amongst the team. This has been the case from the very first week that they have opened. It is been well over a year now that it has been open and it continues not to improve. I have given this location, the benefit of the doubt for the very last time. And it appears from others review this is not a unique situation to mine. To top off my experience, my order was placed in a bag with a wet bottom and when I got home the product fell out of the bag onto the ground. Officially I will not be returning to this location. Been eating Chipotle from their introduction to Columbus. I given this location 4 try's terrible every time so never again they don't care about the food they push out the door. There is zero quality control there's no way the owner of this franchise has a food background! My guess is it's a freeway access location so there's a lot of one time customers serve them get them back on the road. This time it tasted like someone dump a bucket of salt on all the chicken, small portions, the lettuce was unedible the piece were the size of my hand they didn't even try to slice it down, the pico was flavorless. On Sunday, February 15th I went to this store to order food. A sign on the door said online orders only. No problem. I entered an order and got in the drive-thru. I finally got to the window after approx 25 minutes This was 5 minutes after the order was supposed to be completed, per their website. The employee told me there were 6 orders ahead of me not completed and that I needed to get back in line. I got back in the drive-thru line and after 10 minutes of no movement I decided to leave even though I already paid. Upon leaving I counted 14 cars ahead of where I was at. I figured under the circumstances they would make me whole. I contacted their customer service and have been going back and forth via email ever since then. After I explained what occurred they offered me a free soft drink. The total of my order was $35.92. I rounded up to $36.00 for charity. You will notice after the negative reviews on this site, Chipotle replies to contact their customer service as if they're actually going to make things right. It's only lip service. Where do I even start???? This place is a dumpster fire. I go in there to get a burrito, and not even a single word of acknowledgement. I stood there waiting and waiting for someone to take my order, despite what looked to be the manager standing there playing with portion cups. About 20 minutes later someone finally decided to take my order. This gentleman refused to say not a single word to me, all while the manager is still standing on the line in the way. Aside from the god awful customer service this place looks like a rats nest. Tables were covered in filth, the drink all station is obviously neglected, and the floor has never been swept let alone mopped before. Thank you Chipotle! Rolled up ready to enjoy some chipotle with the family at around 11:15am on Friday. Side door was locked, so I walked around the front. Seats were up, door was open, so we walked in. Finally someone greeted me by saying that the line was closed and I could order food online for pickup. I pointed to the food on the line and said that I didn't understand. I was then told that they were short staffed and had a lot of things going on in the back of house and that they wouldn't serve me in the dining room. Not sure what it says about a location that can't staff their own restaurant but I would avoid this location at all costs. They seem to have a lot more issues than just not being able to serve food going on. read more

I hate writing negative reviews, but this place is just awful. The drive through is poorly run, where people will sit there and throw off the pickup times of other people. By the time you get home with your food, it's cold, soggy and gross. Forgetting Chipotle got rid of Romain, I ordered a Carnitas salad, and it was horrible. I'll eat just about anything I buy and put in front of me, and this dish went right into the trash. I love pork, all types and flavors, and the carnitas tasted like canned tuna or some sort of canned meat. It was gross. Okay, it's nice to have a Chipotle nearby...when it's a nice Chipotle nearby. I have a tip for the workers at Chipotle...if you are going to REHEAT an order that a delivery service did not pick up, how about you don't cook the lettuce!?! My food was cold, but the cheese was melted? That's a true trade of a magician. I know, long gone are the days when we got a free burrito to celebrate a newly opened location, or for voting, or for wearing a piece of foil on Halloween. But, does that mean the quality and service should also be a distant memory? If you REALLY REALLY REALLY have the taste for Chipotle, I'd suggest the fifteen minute drive to Delaware or Polaris. Whomever owns the Sunbury location does not want to stay opened apparently because they definitely don't put the consumer, or the general guidelines for serving healthy, edible food first and foremost. This Chipotle is always running out of items or savings them only for their online orders.It is also always dirty inside(feel free to verify based on other reviews). Because of this we thought we would try placing an online order. Our online order was supposed to be ready at 6:20pm. I showed up at 6:20pm and didn't even make it to the window until 7:10pm. I wish I could put negative stars for this location. They consistently have poor service, low food quality, forget items even after you ask. Just went and ordered two burritos with the same items and one burrito was literally half the size of the other one. I asked the older haggard looking woman in the drive thru to remake my burrito. She said someone else made one of the burritos and she made one with an attitude. She huffed and made another one so loose it was falling all over the place. I asked again to remake so it stays together, she hadn't even heated up the tortilla. She said no so I asked for a refund so she said I have to go online to do that and shut the window in my face! I honked my horn but she ignored me so I went inside. I asked again to get a burrito I paid a lot of money for and mentioned that Chipotle is being sued for putting less food in. I put the horrible burrito on the counter to edit and get another. She refused and threatened to call the police!! Good luck with that. I ended up leaving and tried to call a live person from Chipotle but there is no such thing. Only leaving an online complaint. Come on Chipotle! This woman said she was the manager??
