The young man who was left to cover it alone was overwhelmed and no one seemed to care/notice. The store was a disaster and the food was subpar. I wish I could put negative stars for this location. They consistently have poor service, low food quality, forget items even after you ask. Just went and ordered two burritos with the same items and one burrito was literally half the size of the other one. I asked the older haggard looking woman in the drive thru to remake my burrito. She said someone else made one of the burritos and she made one with an attitude. She huffed and made another one so loose it was falling all over the place. I asked again to remake so it stays together, she hadn't even heated up the tortilla. She said no so I asked for a refund so she said I have to go online to do that and shut the window in my face! I honked my horn but she ignored me so I went inside. I asked again to get a burrito I paid a lot of money for and mentioned that Chipotle is being sued for putting less food in. I put the horrible burrito on the counter to edit and get another. She refused and threatened to call the police!! Good luck with that. I ended up leaving and tried to call a live person from Chipotle but there is no such thing. Only leaving an online complaint. Come on Chipotle! This woman said she was the manager?? She is running this place into the ground. I took a card to call the General Manager, Kaleel Brown but of course it went to the restaurant where no one picked up. This place continues to surprise me every time! How can a restaurant be so poorly managed? At least once a week they lock their doors, and make it mobile ordering. Conveniently enough, they only spend 10 minutes on each order. If you are so lucky to catch them on a day where they are serving inside the restaurant, most likely they are out of lids, lettuce, cheese, white rice. Unbelievable. This location is terrible. I honestly don't know how it is still open. Every time I come here something is wrong with my order but this time took the cake. There's nothing worse than picking up your food on time and it being cold. My chips were burnt and there was maybe a handful in the bag. Always running out of food and when you go to pick up your order through the drive thru they tell you your order was not made cause they are short staffed and out of food. I will agree with whoever said this place is stingy. The portions are laughable for the price to be paid. Also, please post a sign if you have missing key items. If you want to be treated like trash while sitting amongst overflowing trash, this is where you want to be. You only need a small beverage because you'll get every ounce of the salsa juice in your order, and you can just suck it right out of the corner of your burrito because it will be in the shape of a crushed box. Well here it goes. As I was ordering in line I asked for a side of hot with my chips, the guy apparently didn't hear me. When I got to the register I asked the pink haired nose pierced attitude woman that was working the register for chips and hot sauce , she looked at me and said "from now on you need to ask the person in line working" not did you ask him.... I looked at her and I said I did and she gave me a big eye roll and with a attitude said " side of hot for him".. she had to go get chips and put them in a bag and as she came back she didn't place the chips on the tray she lobbed them from about 2 or 3 feet away hitting the tray and about tipping my empty cup onto the ground. Thennnnnnnn as I asked for my recipe that she was crumbling up she just looked at me a threw it away. As I was about to explode I looked around and noticed all the families/people in the restaurant so I decided instead of making a scene I was just calmly walk away. I did try to call to talk to a manager, but with the automated BS they have it's impossible. I will never go back to that location to eat. I will be back in a few days to talk to the manager and hopefully the pink haired box of attitude will be there so I can point her out. read more

I ordered a bowl and burrito online for me and my sister and my burrito was right but my sisters bowl was completely wrong. She ordered a veggie bowl with white rice, black beans, tomato salsa, corn, sour cream, and cheese. Her bowl came with brown rice, chicken, lettuce, pinto beans, black beans, corn, tomato salsa, no sour cream, and no cheese. When we called back to see if we could have the bowl remade because my sister is a vegetarian and we would come pick it up, they said they were unable to remake it because they had "no food" and then proceeded to tell us to call another number to get a refund. This Chipotle has been consistently bad the last few times we've ordered here. The chips were so bad we couldn't eat them, like they were days (weeks) old. With my wife's bowl meal, the dish was a 3rd empty. It was just a very disappointing experience, and I doubt we'll be going back anytime soon. This location comes across like they don't care if they have repeat business or not, but Sunbury is a small area, so word gets around quick. Ordered online. Pickup time I was given was 6:30p. Still in line at 7:45p. If I hadn't prepaid I would have left long time ago. There were many other people in front of me that also mobile ordered. Four (4) of these individuals got their orders only to find they weren't correct so they had to be remade. When I inquire about why I was given a 6:30p pickup if it's not ready I was rudely responded to with, "it's just what it is, you'll just have to wait". It was said with such sass my mother would have slapped my mouth if I spoke that way. Two (2) employees are spending more time on their phone than actually working. Poor service. This is by far the worst chipotle I have been to! Two days in a row they were out of queso! I was also overcharged on meat when I ask for a tad extra on one of my tacos.
