Very helpful and kind counter person. The food was great and the restaurant was very clean.

Did an online order that had an hour prep time, got there with 9 mins to spare and they didn't even start the order yet! Needless to say, the sandwiches were skimpy, the brownie was not edible and the Greek yogurt was spoiled! Definitely a disappointment!!! I'm not sure what's up with the Sunbury chain restaurants, but they can never meet even the most mediocre food. We weren't even greeted when we walked in. Customer service is none existent at this place.

    Italian sandwich and broccoli cheddar.

Decent experience here. The lady at the counter was very kind and friendly. Food was quick to come out and hot. Tasted average. Quiet, not many people in during noon lunch time. Tables were all clean. Peaceful atmosphere.

This location is probably one of the best Panera's I've been to in a long time. The lady running the counter was a sweetheart! We actually dined here two days in a row. Our eldest child was home on leave and wanted Panera since he can't eat it Honolulu. There's no panera where he lives! The store was clean. Our orders were accurate and the food tasted fresh. This location appears to be well managed, unlike the store near me in Tennessee.

Frontega chicken sans onions? Do you see what I see? An onion.

It's FriYAY in our house. Ok, it's really Friday. That means either we go out to eat or we get takeout. After several hours of going back and forth we both wanted something different, so take out wins. I opted to get Panera. I wasn't that hungry and didn't want burgers or tacos (shocker, I know). I sent my order to my other half, because I didn't feel like getting out of my jammies. The order was the you pick two, half with the Frontega chicken panini sans onions and half with the corn chowder. Ten minutes later he was back and I was ready to dig in. The panini clearly had red onions on it. Before I go blaming Panera, I asked my other half "did you ask for no onions?" He said, "I sure did." Strike one Panera, you put onions on the panini. Strike two, you out way too much sauce. It made the sandwich soggy. Strike three, the mozzarella wasn't melted. Next up the corn chowder. It was OK, but when I think of chowder, I think of a thick soup, not runny like their corn chowder. It had an overpowering taste of cilantro. The highlight of the meal was my side: the baguette. Oh Panera, I was a fan of your breakfasts, but as of late, your lunch/dinner is no bueno. The next time we get takeout, I think I'll avoid Panera. Pros: -It's Friday -Baguette was crispy on the outside and doughy in the inside Cons: -Corn chowder -Frontega chicken panini Tips: Maybe it's time to just stick to breakfast at Panera.

I spent 5 dollars on this. Over all there was barely any yogurt in the container, the fruit was mushy and not good. This is my first time at this location, I've gotten this multiple times at other locations and it's been super good. I've never written a bad review but this was truly not goodZ

Since there were a number of couples waiting for the full service side we opted for the former. We ordered and paid at the counter. I ordered the grilled chicken breast with a sweet potato and steamed broccoli while my husband ordered the grilled salmon with sweet potato and opted for a caesar salad in lieu of a second side. The grilled chicken breast was moist and well seasoned but it essentially was naked. It could have used a nice sauce like a bearnaise or some kind of salsa (maybe chutney) to jazz it up. The sweet potato was embarrassingly small. The broccoli was crisp tender but again was bereft of any sauce or just melted butter to make it yummy. My husband's entree was tasty but essentially was pretty bare. His salad was decent though. This restaurant must understand that the eye eats as well as the stomach because when the entrees arrived at our table the plates were rather underwhelming. We also ordered coffees and the gentlemen at the front said he would make a pot of fresh coffee. (He never did). The coffee we were served was old. Apparently, coffee isn't a big draw at this place. The best part was the gluten-free brownie and ice cream at the end. All in all, the place is nice and clean. The food is decent but there is room for improvement. Would we return since we are locals, I don't think so.

We ordered the fried mozzarella which again was plated very nicely! They had great cheese pool and came out hot. We would have preferred the sauce on the bottom to not have been there since by the time we got to the last mozzarella it was soggy. They are definitely worth a try The mini corn dogs were good and the fresh fries perfectly cooked!! Whisky burger: the glaze was phenomenal, the burger flavorful but the bacon tasted like it was cooked earlier in the day and just warmed up. I would get again minus the bacon. The chicken Philly was filling and flavorful. I enjoyed the chips!!! 3 stars on food, 4 on service, 5 starts on decorations and atmosphere The kids burger with bacon was ok I was told and she didn't like the bacon either but the enjoyed the burgers without The kids Mac and cheese was good and creamy! Our server Wyatt was very nice and periodically checked in on us. Kids

Today ramen! 1 mile from my house is Kyushu. Black garlic ramen with pork, 4 crispy little veggie spring rolls and the pork buns. I don't know what they are called on the menu, I just know what they are lol. Ramen is also subjective and I've had my share. Kyushu is just very very solid. It comes out fast and most importantly, the perfect temp. I've been to some ramen places that bring out a bowl of lava ramen served with a side of skin graft. The corn at the bottom is still fresh with a crunch to it. The Black a garlic just has such a depth to the broth. The egg is always perfect and the pork just melts. The spring rolls were super crispy and I really liked the spicy mayo dipping sauce. I love anything that resembles a Bao bun. I especially appreciate the chili oil and spicy seasonings at each table. Warms you up on these unpredictable Ohio evenings. I also had a Tsing Tao and an Ichiban lager beer. All in all just an enjoyable meal. $41 plus tip for everything. No complaints. It was worth it.

We ordered the gyoza dumplings to start which were super yummy. Then I ordered the spicy tonkatsu ramen with pork cashu. The ramen was yummy, I wish it was a bit spicier to be honest but still good. The marinated egg is always one of my favorite parts of ramen so I got an extra. I do wish that when I asked for the nori to be substituted with extra bamboo shoots she would have warned me that they can to do substitutes and what the charge would be. Overall it was a good experience and good ramen
