This location needs some serious work. This is the third time we've come in and had the same issues. When we walked in there this evening around 5:15 there was one other customer who was waiting by the register. The several workers we saw were standing around talking. We passed several dirty tables that needed cleaned, then the food area where you order needed wiped down also, as well as the drink lid area was all sticky and needed restocked. We got three bowls and a quesadilla. There was absolutely no rice in the food line containers and very little meat. We got three bowls and asked for brown rice. Instead of getting fresh rice(or any because they were actually empty) she scraps the container to try to get stuck on rice off the bottom, it was actually stuck and not coming off. It wasn't even enough for 1/4 of a bowl. I asked for fresh rice and she rolled her eyes at us, huffed and turned around and complained to another worker that we "need new rice". Very rude. The she goes to add the fresh rice to the bowl that had the burnt dried out scrapings in it, and my boyfriend says no he doesn't want it mixed with the old, throw that out and give him the fresh food. She rolls her eyes again!! He just about went off on her for how rude she was being right to our face, I don't think asking for actual rice instead of the literal scraps she had to scrap off the bottom the of the container is too outside of her job description. We also ordered just a cheese quesadilla, it was wrapped in a ball and thrown into a bowl container, not the regular quesadilla wrapper and folded over. We were rang up and it was $61 for three bowls, a cheese quesadilla, a large chips and salsa and one regular drink. We were charged for a chicken quesadilla and noticed after we paid because it seemed high, I checked the receipt and asked if there was a price difference in the cheese and chicken quesadilla since it showed chicken on the receipt, and are told yea the chicken is more...is there an issue?? Umm yes we didn't get a chicken one. The cashier had walked away immediately after ringing us up and walked to the back, so they had to go find her to do a refund. We ordered a large chips and salsa, the bag wasn't even 1/2 full. This is the second time I've come into this location and there was no customers at all yet there was absolutely no rice of either variety, last time no sour cream or cheese or chicken and we had to wait about 10 minutes watching the try to refill all of that like they weren't quite sure what was going on. Its always filthy, especially the dining tables and drink area, and teenage workers with attitudes standing around talking instead of cleaning and refilling items while it's slow, and they are always rude and act like we are putting them out when we ask for an ingredient that is empty and they have to refill something. I've yet to see an adult over what looks to be maybe 19 working there. Either the training these employees are receiving is seriously lacking, there's no one actually in charge who cares to deliver quality service and food and provide a clean environment, or they only hire teenagers who are lazy and just don't care to take pride in their job and actually earn a paycheck instead of socialize, but something needs to change at this location. We will happily drive further to the Wanamaker location in order to get better service and quality. There was one other person in the restaurant when we were ordering, a door dasher. She asked for the manager, had been waiting for an order for ONE quesadilla since 4:41, it was 5:17. The manager walks over to the drive thru area and grabs a bag and just shoves it to her, no explanation or apology or anything. I can guarantee that food was cold and sitting a while. The lack of care and customer service is really disappointing in this location and while it's new, it needs an overhaul of staff and to hire people who will take pride in doing a job well, and maybe take on an attitude of serving people fresh food and make it the way you'd want it made for yourself, hot and fresh and appealing looking, especially if they are paying $61 for takeout. Definitely will not be back anytime soon. We could have eaten four meals at Tequila's for cheaper and it would have been much better quality and service. read more

To few workers, 2nd time they've ran out of food items do to not having it prepared yet, and when the one person on the line asked for help from the cashier that wasn't doing anything because the line was getting longer, the cashier replied with you're the one making food not me! I won't be going back, I'd rather drive clear across town to the other one. read more

Placed an order online at 1:05. To be picked up at 1:20. We parked and waited for our time to get closer before getting in the "Chipotlane" at 1:15 for our order. We waited for 15 minutes no movement. I went inside no order to be picked up yet. One car finally moves and we are still waiting. At 1:50 I go back inside and speak to someone about my order. A guy in front of me was waiting for his as well. She told me she would check the line for my order and never did. Proceeded on with her business. I waited 10 minutes inside while my food sat on the line getting cold. My husband pulled up to the window and asked for our order and she said I'm bagging it right now. I said that's my order that I've been standing here for 10 minutes for you to check on. I asked to speak to a manager bc I was angry. It was nearly 45 minutes from the time they said our food would be ready. The cashier asked me what the problem was even though he knew. He had been standing there the whole time listening. I said I should not have to wait 45 minutes for my food! He said well she's on the grill. I'm sorry about that. Yea theyr're behind. Like he didn't even care. My husband asked the girl for that manger's name and she wouldn't give it to us. She finally said Brea. He said last name. She wouldn't give it. When they asked why he said bc I'm filing a corporate complaint. The cashier came to the window again explaining she was on the grill. Why is this guy inserting himself when he clearly doesn't care? Why is the manager on the grill and not making sure the store is running smoothly?! I will never go back to this place. My recommendation go inside if you do... People came out after eating faster than we went thru the pick up lane... Corporate gave me a free entree for my trouble. You seriously couldn't even give me the 2 entrees I ordered at this miserable place. Brand new store and you are already failing. read more
