I used the Chipotle App and ordered food for pick up. The app is easy to use but I arrived at the the time I scheduled my pick up. During this crazy pandemic, you can only order take out or do pick up. The food was not only ready, someone was at the door waiting for customers to arrive, checks your name/order and brought it out. There was no need to go inside and the process was much quicker that way. Food was fresh, food was good and I would recommend using this location for your pick-ups. Ordered a carnitas bowl via online and in store pick up. It wasn't ready when I went inside. My meal was one or 3 meals being put together by an employee. The employee asked my name and said it would be ready in a few minutes. I took my bowl home. Ate half of it and decided to finish it later. Put in our refrigerator still in the Chipotle container it came in. Stirred my food to find BIG piece of pork flesh with a little pork still on it. Disgusting!!!! Chipotle called it a learning experience for them. It was more of a learning experience for me to not eat here. And they didn't want to do anything for me. I said at least reimburse me for my meal that I will not be finishing because I am so grossed out by this. Baisakhi at Chipotle Corporate Offices said she issued a coupon on my app. It never appeared. She said she would reissue it if it didn't appear. I advised her it had not appeared. Not holding my breath for that coupon. This big piece of skin passed through at least two levels of events before it landed in my meal. The person cutting up the meat should have tossed it and the person making the meals should have never allowed it in a person's food and possibly is more people. Buyers beware. read more

I don't typically write reviews but the experience at this location was horrible. The staff were so unfriendly. Giving you dirty looks if you even asked a question. Literally every table was dirty in this restaurant except for one. Food and trash all over the tables including the floors. Had to maneuver around the trash on the floor. The trash cans were overflowing and it was only 3:00pm. Only one other family was there. It was not busy at all. Hopefully we don't get sick from what we just ate. Can't imagine what the back of the house looks like if the front of the house looks like this. Will never come back here again. read more

I don't feel any shame in admitting that this was my first experience with this chain. That is not to say that I was unfamiliar with it, but opted for more "authentic" spots when burrito etc. needs arose. After dining here I can better understand their popularity though. Trish's steak burrito was huge and like everything else here, made to order. I found the beef to be a bit tough and am always turned off when protein is cubed into such consistent pieces. My chicken bowl was perhaps better. The poultry was tender and nicely seasoned with a Tex/ Mex blend. Again another great portion and more suited to a dinner than a lunch. A side of guac was ok, definitely not on par with most Mexican spots. I would be all in favor of returning if convenience and serving size was my main concern. C's is definitely a good option in comparison with chains that serve similar grub. Maybe even the best option. It is crazy that I sat on the the phone with a machine for two minutes, then finally redirected to the store only to sit for three minutes listening to it ring for them to hang up on me. Chipotle is a reliable place for a good burrito. It pales in comparison to SoCal for burritos, but here in the east coast, I'll take what I can get.. Particularly for a good price and fresh ingredients. The sofritas is amazing and would be loved by carnivores if they gave it a chance. The guacamole could use a little more lime and I prefer it chunkier, but is above average for being mass produced. This location is generally pretty quick with their service. The parking lot is usually filled. Pro tip. Get a veggie burrito or bowl, and your guacamole is free99 son. Easily the best deal. Also, they have redeemed expired coupons for me in the past, so don't be afraid to give them a try- you never know. About 10 years ago, I had my first meal here when this restaurant was relatively new. I was sickened by the meal that evening. When I reported this to the restaurant, they denied that their food was the cause. I also reported to their HQ who also denied responsibility. After all of this time, I never ate at Chipotle again. Tonight for the Cinco de Mayo, I ordered food again from this restaurant. The in-line order told me to arrive at 5:30pm. When I arrived thee were 25+ people in the parking lot dangerously standing around. After 30 minutes (now 6:00) I was told that they're way behind and could not give me a more accurate time left to wait. At 6:30 they still could not help me as they were still behind. Waiting with the 2+ dozen people, my meal arrived T 6:45. And, yes, when I got home there were issues with the food. I will never go to this Chipotle ever again. Never. read more

Walked in ,the staff were standing around talking. Stood at the counter for 15 minutes before someone noticed me.No lettuce in tray no chicken in tray. They waiting until I ordered to change out the food that was empty. Too busy socializing I guess to do this before they had customers. This is the most poorly managed and staffed Chipolte I have been at. The one on Haddonfield road is always packed and staff is quick. The one in voorhees is direct opposite of this. They under stuff your burritos, forget items in your order, ask unbelievably stupid questions, do not clean up the mess they make after each burrito and then proceed to drag your food through it. By the time you make it to the check out, they top it off by incorrectly charging you for your order, and because of the idiocy at large, they ask you to just accept their mistakes and move along because they can't figure out how to fix it.
