Still like Chipotle. Still DON'T like this location! There is ALWAYS an issue. This time it was no iced tea, which is one of the reasons I come here (it's that good!). The staff said it would 'be a while before it's ready' The soap dispenser in the men's room hasn't worked since they opened here. After you push the button in to dispense soap, it stays in. You have to pry it back towards you. I can't be the only person to notice this! Today they gave me a Rewards card, that I am having trouble registering. Everyone uses apps now, not cards. The staff seems annoyed. Not as friendly as Cherry Hill or Gloucester Township. read more

I use to be a chef at a taqueria. In the food industry customer service and good quality food is everything. But unfortunately, the quality of the food we experience at a certain Chipotle was horrible. I am not picky but the pulled pork tasted like pot roast with mushy carrots, the Pico also had NO flavor and one part of the order was completely wrong. On top of that, our food was cold and drink was warm. A suggestion for a better pulled pork is to cook it with tomatillo salsa and make your Pico in-house instead of mass quantity from another location. It was the worst burrito bowl I have ever had and will probably not recommend nor go to a chipotle again. read more

My salad was almost lettuce-less and full of two scoops of pico and which was almost tomato only. Also as normally happens here, the guy didn't drain my beans and the whole thing was runny. If you order things mild expect medium because of the spices on the chicken. Come to think of it... the last time I went here I got sick. I love the flavoring here but the proportions on what they put in usually arent up to par. Could be my fault for not specifying though. Usually theres way too much rice and beans and then when it comes to the meat theres almost no room left. However the biggest flaw that I find everytime I go here is that the steak is SO FATTY. Theres nothing worse than expecting the steak texture and getting a mouth full of fat and having to spit it out. They really should be sourcing better cuts of meat or at least cutting that much fat off before they cook it. read more

Went to this Chipotle location as Chipotle is one of our favorite places to grab a quick bite. The food was soooo dry, from the chicken, to the rice, to the vegetables, all were terrible. 1st time having an opportunity going to this Chipotle. Very pleased with tbe atmosphere, envirinment, and service. All quality, all professional. On the to go menu this particular evening was chips and queso, chips abd guacomole, taco salad w/o sour cream. Business is boomin in there and its a great alternative to lots of the regular fast food places in the area in Voorhees. If your in my household, when it comes to food and food quality is to get food ordered out made fresh and hot. Thats ANY place. Burgers, fries, onion rings, italian, Thai, Indian, and of course Chipotle. Chipotle on this evening were out of chips and were so apologetic about running out of prepared tortilla chips for my order that not only did they prepare chips from scratch but they also presented me with coupons for free item of chips and salsa but buy one entree get 2nd free. Every time I go there I ask myself why. The food is standard. I mean I hope they wouldn't mess that up since it is a chain. Since the food is standard I am only rating them on their service. They are rude, always. The manager or owner (Hispanic man) tried to charge me for sour cream. I have been to lots of chipotle's and they do not charge for sour cream. When I told him this, he finally gave in but only after he scolded me for 3 or 4 minutes in front of other customers. He said that it was a franchise and he could charge for sour cream and that next time he would not do me this "favor". Just recently when I went, I got a bowl and the girl serving me, I wish I knew her name, had a 3 minute argument with me about how I wanted more chicken in my bowl because it looked skimpy. She said she gave me the correct serving amount and could not give me more. I couldn't possibly figure out how she counted every piece of chicken since they just scoop it out onto the tray. Again, I was reprimanded in front of other customers. Another employee came by and said, to give her more chicken, it's not enough. So not only did she argue with me, she held up the line and embarrassed me just for someone to tell her she was wrong. You can guess whether or not I got an apology. You guessed it, just a roll of the eyes and my tray passed to the cashier. They have some work to do on their staff. Service has gotten tremendously better. This is a review for this specific Chipotle, not Chipotle in general. I go to Chipotle 2-3 times a week in my hometown and have been to many Chipotles. One of the things I appreciate about Chipotle is their efficiency. This place was less than efficient. In addition, the paltry scoops of rice and meat were baffling. I could literally count the pieces of chicken in my burrito bowl. And, I was given the leftover pieces of chicken (was also almost given the leftover rice, but I stopped them in time). Let me just start off by saying that this is my favorite location of chipotle around the area I live in. I have been here many times and they always have treated me well. Even when I see other customers unhappy, they handle conflict with professionalism and kindness. Tonight, I put in an online order to be ready at 9:30pm. My job kept me later then I expected, so I called and let them know and they seemed very understanding. By the time I got there it was about 5 minutes passed close, I was afraid that they wouldn't let me in, but they had my husbands and i's meal all ready and they let me in. They even still had the soda machines still on so I could get our sodas too. Thank you chipotle in voorhees for being amazing and for understanding. I am a very happy customer. read more

Been hear twice and had a good experience. Menu is a bit limited with basic Mexican style choices. I've had their chicken and carnitas burrito bowl dishes which tasted fresh and generously filled with all the toppings. One bowl easily makes for two meals. Service is very fast and friendly. This was my 2nd time to Chipotle, and my 1st time at this location. My husband has been to the Chipotle in Marlton many times for lunch, but this was his 1st time at this location. We both got burrito bowls. I got sofritas, and my husband got his usual - carnitas. Both were delicious - and large. We were there around 2:30 on a Sunday, and it was pretty quiet. The employees were all very courteous, and the restaurant looked clean. Although the table layout was odd - mostly long tables. So, if you don't like sitting near strangers, I wouldn't recommend coming here at busy times. By the way, if you like unsweetened iced tea, you'll love Chipotle's. It was delicious! read more

My friend and I ate here last night. It was my first time going to Chipotle but she had gone many times and loves it. The staff was very friendly. I ordered a burrito bowl with chicken. The chicken was perfectly seasoned and my bowl was excellent. All of the ingredients looked and tasted fresh. I got a lot of toppings so it was a pretty big bowl of food. I felt like it was a great price for everything I ordered. I will definitely be returning to Chipotle and look forward to trying other locations. read more

Took me 15 mins to get through line for 3 tacos 2 people were in front of me. It seemed like everyone's first day. The Mexican music from the kitchen was louder then the techno house music playing in dinning area which was disturbing to say the least. Just to be clear, Chipotle is most certainly my favorite fast food place to eat at. You always get more than enough food for a fair and reasonable price. I find that everything tastes great consistently. However, I do not like this particular location. When I came in for a late lunch and asked for a cup for water they said they no longer offer water cups. My only other options were to get a fountain drink or get a bottle of water. They ended up forcing me to pay for a cup just so I could drink fountain water. This is the only location at which I have encountered this and therefore believe it must be the management. read more

WORST location out there. I eat Chipotle 4+ times a week, and every time I go to this location I have a terrible experience. Today, my burrito (with almost no meat put in) tortilla fell apart while trying to wrap it. He then tried to rewrap it and failed. It came apart again on the third try... as well as the fourth. When the fifth tortilla broke in three different spots, he still wrapped and gave it to me. Also, have the ingredients were stuck to the previous tortilla tries. This was the nicest Chipotle I've ever been to, and the friendliest. I don't eat Chipotle much, and I actually didn't when I visited this location, either. My boyfriend, however, loved his meal, and it looked and smell very fresh and well made. The decor was industrial but in the fanciest way I've ever seen employed in a fast food restaurant. It was also pretty clean and well kept, especially for the end of the day. The employees, for it being a half hour before closing, were still extremely nice and pleasant, even when the ordering process didn't go so quickly. This is a pretty great location and I wouldn't hesitate to visit again. read more

What kind of a Mexican-themed restaurant doesn't have quesadillas? Answer: Chipotle. I have visited this restaurant three times for tacos and burritos. But, they don't have a quesadilla on the menu. Once I asked for it, and a couple of employees thought over it, asked each other, and said they could make it, but it will only have meat and cheese, and will cost the same as a burrito! I wasn't willing to pay $7+ for a quesadilla with just a little meat and cheese. Any other toppings would cost extra! Not fair. If you're looking for warm food like quesadilla or fajitas, this is not the right kind of Mexican restaurant for you. I also feel that the employee at the register should put in some napkins and utensils in the carry-out bag. I often forget to stop and get some on my way out, because at almost every other restaurant (not Chipotle) they always put some napkins and utensils in. Only once, I got bad service at this restaurant. It was late evening, around 9pm, and the employee preparing my tacos kept talking to another employee the entire time. That is rude, if you are going to talk the entire time, over my food, with your coworker. And, it was just some casual chitchat! read more
