I was just at this store doing a pick up, where I was treated as though I was trying to steal my own food that I pay for. The girl who was wearing glasses, I'm not sure about her name, but she was working the cashier station, questioned if my own food was mine multiple times until I offered to pull up my receipt and then finally told me to 'just take it' as if I was stealing my own food. I visit this location a lot and even tip in the app. And it felt very racially motivated since she was not nice in the slightest and was basically judging me since I walked in the store. 1/5 would not recommend. read more

This was one of the worst chipotle meals I have ever had. That's saying something because I have been an avid chipotle goer since 2005. The rice was still very hard, definitely should not have been allowed to be served. I tried the new chicken and it was absolutely awful. It was a double whammy. Lately this Chipotle has had terrible food. My husband and I both got a burrito and it was stuffed with just dry rice and beans, about 4 pieces of meat in them. Their guacamole was a SALT BOMB (it's usually really good) and it was very dark and runny. We went down to get our money back or a replacement for our food and none was given except for one of the burritos and that one was as bad as the first. Stopped here on the way back home off the OHIO Tpk. Can't say it's right off it - more like 20min, but we were hungry. There was a line of 10 in front of us and they STRUGGLED at moving people. The portions also were botched - and upon ordering a burrito bowl (burrito at bottom) I didn't get that and didn't realize until it was too late Chipotle should all be the same - the variables should be staff, service, and cleanliness. Here? Service was suspect, the staff was nice enough and the cleanliness could use some work. Just need more than a half a scoop of chicken. Rations are butch. read more

I come here all the time and get a simple bowl with just rice and pico. Every time I've come I've always been charged 1.50 for a rice bowl. Which I have always appreciated. Today I went in like I do about once a month and got my rice and pico bowl and the lady charged me for a veggie .3 bowl whatever that means and it costed me 8 dollars I told her I've never paid that and that I've always only been charged 1.50 and she was nasty with me about it. So I just paid and left but I will never again go to a chipotle and pay that for a bowl of rice that was absolutely ridiculous. read more

9:15 PM 4/26/17 I ordered ahead so my food would be ready on time. I got there at exactly the minute it was supposed to be ready. Five minutes later, the cashier acknowledged that I was there and saw that my ticket was still hanging on the wall near the first station. She laid it down on the counter. There were two guys behind the counter. One was eating, the other was playing with a dried out tortilla that had apparently been abandoned in the steamer for some time. Then they made my order. I asked for extra salsa for the chips and the cashier said it was in there. Then she went into the back room. The food was as good as usual except for the chips which were even saltier than usual and very stale. There was no extra salsa. A little more customer service, a little less partying behind the counter. read more

1-11-17 after along day at school, the line was long but we moved quickly. To our excitement we didn't see the one manager who gives small portions, that wouldn't feed starving children in 3rd world countries. However we encountered a new employee who must have been a militant trainee of hers. Small rice portions as if they were rationed during a war, the beans I got six beans. How is that possible? Then the meat, oh what a struggle that was. When asked for a little more she made some kind of noise and gave us pittance more. it was a sad struggle when you get demoralized that fast and early in the line. Next up was salsa and she was nice and happy and peaceful and her soul must have felt bad for us as well she loaded us up on multiple types of salsa. The cheese however added was scarce as the cows must be recovering from the Holidays. The Quac added was fair, and the chips we got were stale and the lime salt was also barely able to cover the flavor. To top it off the drink machine (pop or soda) was out of operation for most of the types of beverages. We love you chipotle, however please become consistent. Hopefully a Moe's come into our area as the other option Hotheads doesn't deliver fresh high quality food. read more

I am still quite upset about what happened here with my most recent catering order. It is now to the point that I will probably not come back to this location. My customers faxed their order in long before the pick up time so they should have had ample time to get things right. I was unaware of what they had ordered so there was no way for me to check the accuracy of the order (which is something that I am learning that I have to do a better job of doing since very few places seem to get it right). I got the order back to the office, only for us to realize much of it was missing and much of it I was still charged for. When I called Chipotle to let them know what had happened, the staff member that I had spoken to was rude and pretty much had said "well it is not that much money, sorry about it". I explained that I am a sales rep and this was for a business lunch. She did not seem to care. I later called back and asked to speak to the manager, who also seemed to lack what it took to understand that this was a bigger deal than they were seeing. I emailed corporate and let them know, and at least they responded favorably which is why I will give another Chipotle location a shot sometime. read more

This chipotle has horrible service and they're so slow! I was in late on a Wednesday night and the poor guy at the counter was the only employee actually working as a limes formed. He yelled LOUD for cash twice. The girl at the (empty) grill was on her phone, offering no help to do anything (at the very least, seek out the other employees). The guy at the counter finally specifically asked for Sarah (at the grill on her phone) to go get someone for cash. With NO urgency she proceeded to stack kids and say that she didn't know where anyone was. Finally, THREE employees emerged from the back to help with orders and cash, but at this point the line was ridiculously long. They are always slow here, but this was an awful experience! read more

90% of our orders are takeout and we always order the same thing. I don't understand how the portions are so difficult to remain consistent. I always order 3 hard tacos, and it's an absolute crapshoot as to what shows up. Boardman doesn't seem to have this issue in my experience. And btw, guacamole is supposed to have salt and acid (lime) in it. I cannot believe people pay for that nonsense. Same with mild salsa. Salt and acid would do wonders for your bland recipes. Love this. While it is not your typical Mexican fare it is organic and has a great flavor. I personally love a pork burrito bowl with black and pinto beans, rice and cheese. Their sour cream sauce is wonderful and I love nothing more than to mix it all up and eat it on their fresh made chips! The kids meal is also extremely nice and my ten year old loves it! read more

I kept saying "where is the cheese sauce..." No we don't have that... "Where is the ground beef..."- No we don't have that... Thw food quality at this chipotle always impresses me. You always here of the bad things about chipotle now a days. I personally have had some bad experiences but i love the sauce they have too much. This chipotle is much worst than the one in Cortland. The rice is dry and hard, so I ordered quesadillas and they were barley warm. After waiting over 15 minutes for them. Then to top it off thEy had no sauces or salt out. When we ordered there were two people making tto go orders, one of them could of stopped to make our order. Then when thEy did I noticed why it took forever for our food they kept taking ours out to make the to go orders. The place wasn't even busy I could understand if it was busy. I LOVE Chipotle. I order it every chance I get when the office orders lunch out. The online ordering is very quick and efficient. The food is always delicious! The service is pleasant and quick, even when I'm in the lunch hour rush. I've never had bad food. It's one of my favorite places to eat out. Today was my birthday and after a very long day my family took me out to eat. I asked in passing about birthday specials and they took care of our bill. Totally made my day! Very impressed with the staff at the Niles store. Actually went to the other Mexican grill type place first at around 9:25 (35 minutes before closing) to be told that they were out of rice...they offered lettuce on the bottom of our bowls instead. So I left and came to Chipotle and was waiting in line to order when one of your staff came down the line with cups telling us that there was a 5-10 minute wait for rice because they had run out but were making more and offering a fountain drink while we waited, it was approximately 9:45 when this happened. Your staff did this knowing that they would all still be waiting on customers after close. Please recognize your team for going above and beyond expectations and delivering top notch customer service. I am very impressed and will choose your store over the other from now on. read more

I've never had a problem with this location. The quality is consistent with other Chipotle stores, and the wait usually isn't long.

This place is a train wreck! At 3:30 PM on a Sunday the line was out the door and not moving. It looked as if they were filling call in orders. I counted 11 employees but only two on the line. After about 10 mins the line moved. After 35 mins, it was finally my turn to order. This was the only time these employees attempted to exert any energy as they hurriedly threw the food in the bowl. I had to ask for more at every station...not even a half spoonful given for each ingredient. The food was horrible! Rice was undercooked, grilled veggies were more like fried to a crisp! The chicken was burnt with an overwhelming charcoal taste. Not sure what 9 employees were doing in the back, but dishes weren't a priority and the food prep counter was as if someone smeared guoc everywhere. This was my third and last time here...I gave this place 3 chances with the same experience. If I owned this franchise, I would pay better attention to what is going on...didn't see anyone resembling management around. This is just sad. I love Chipotle but not this one. read more

This Chipotle used to be great but it has really gone down hill. A lunch for two that was $13 a year ago now costs $22. It has gone up in price but down in quality, portion size, and service. All the employees are unkept emo girls with no consideration and no attention span. They pay no attention to what I request and when getting double meat or an extra bit of something they cop an attitude and give you a teaspoon extra. Not to mention when a 20 bowl online order comes in after you waited in line 15 minutes they make the entire order before they even look at you. read more

Food is always flavor bursting. The down side is the lack of quality service. They've been on a downhill trend in the last couple years.

I personally go to this palace every Friday and I love it. The stake and chicken here is very good and honesty one of my favorite.

Chipotle is amazing for dine in, it is always clean, fast and friendly. We decided to have them cater our teacher appreciation lunch this spring and how we're we blown away! It was easy to set up with everything we needed including chafing dishes and sterno. They even remembered the little things like matches and food labels. The teachers were beside themselves with how delicious the food was and it was voted best lunch hands down.
