This store is right in a major intersection, and is constantly busy. However, that doesn't stop it from having the following issues ALL the time... - understaffed - slow - registers always breaking down - very long drive thru lines - always out of certain menu items - missing ordered item(s) in your bag - receiving someone else's order all together. - unable to fill your order, for one reason or another - not being able to refund your money because you ordered it on the app. I have been ripped off by this location multiple times over the years and never said anything because I didn't want the hassle, but the problem they had this morning with my order made me furious. Unfortunately, this is the closest TB to where I live. But if you want your Mexican-inspired fast food, I recommend you choose another location. read more

Worst Taco Bell ever. I stopped in for lunch at 12:30 or so and they said they were closed bc they only had one employee in the store. I THEN was stuck in the drive threw line and unable to get out! Absolute terrible customer service!! Order through the mobile app at about 9pm on a Monday night and when I went to pick it up there was a line of people also waiting on mobile orders. The restaurant had at least 4 employees working and not one acknowledged those of us waiting inside. After about 20 minutes of being ignored several of us walked out and cancelled our orders. It wasn't busy at the location they just didn't seem to care and were only doing the drive thru orders nothing else. Avoid this location and go somewhere else. read more

Taco Bell in Niles should just close. The laziest staff I've ever encountered. They close down two customers early and will only serve Uber eats customers. Don't go there at night.... Never go there at night seriously. The worst unless you have nothing better to do But wait an hour for your food I seriously trying to avoid that place and I'm not the only one weather is to drive through or inside. Honestly, this Taco Bell location proves incompetent. Im more of a frequent customer than I'd like to admit, so when I say this I say it in the nicest way possible. I've never been to a place that shuts down as frequently as this Taco Bell location does. One week it's because they have no running water, okay understandable. another week (which mind you is what I was just told today 12/08) is that they're closed because the manager passed out. I've been going to this store since 2009. It is unlikely I will return. Over the past year the service and food has declined at an overwhelming rate. By my wrist watch, I waited 9 minutes to give my order and I was the only patron in the store. The "shift manager" was looking for the, 1 out of 7, employees to run the register. However she continued taking drive thru orders. Meanwhile 1 of 3 interviewee's arrived behind me. When the cashier finally emerged from the restroom? She first ask the first interviewee if she would like a drink, seeing me at the register! After I began to exit, she finally asked for my order. 1 Double stacker w/maybe 1.5 teaspoon of meat (Advertised as double meat) Bwahahahaha...it it and the other ingredients were so scarce, I don't even know what they were. The $1.00 beef burrito had more meat and rice in it. By the way, the Grande is nothing more than a, measly packed, beef Quesadilla folded twice. When the order finally delivered, I had to ask for mild sauce. It's sad the shift manager set such an example only to prove poor customer service is acceptable. I was always thought, walk in customers took priority over drive thru? Seven employees and an interviewer yet it took 20 minutes to receive flavorless 85% tortilla? How shaming! If you're going to wait almost a 1/2 an hour for poor service and chinsey food, ya might as well go to an authentic mexican restaurant or 1 of the other MANY "fast food" establishments read more

This location has really impressed me with their infection control protocol during the pandemic, I definitely feel safe to eat here. Believe me, I've witness a few other "upscale" takeout restaurants who don't even compare to the precautions that Taco Bell is taking (visible kitchen employees touching food with no gloves and no masks during global pandemic). Ok let's face it Taco Bell is like all of our guilty pleasures. From late night post bar munchies to cheap eats between classes or even jobs you know you can find something to munch on and not break your wallet. Now much toy liking they have added breakfast!!! I love, love , love the genius who finally added this to their menu. The waffle taco is great but their A.M. crunchwrap is truly addicting. Scrambled eggs, your choice of sausage or bacon, cheese and a hash town all inside a crunchy soft tortilla. I get mine with sausage. And without the jalapeño cream sauce on it, instead I ask for syrup and add a tad to it. It's sweet and yummy and perfect to get the day going! read more
