Visited the Westminster MD location; today, the response to my request for a small amount of sofritas to my bowl was that "there isn't much left" in the container she was pulling from...so, I asked if they didn't have anymore and got the look of hell. When they brought more out, they must've poured two spoonful's into my bowl, so I had to let them know I didn't want anywhere near that much in my meal; another 'I have ten-heads' look. Customer service is lacking and has been for some time. Getting tired of going there and getting treated like crap and pushed through the line so fast that they are just throwing the ingredients into your bowl and not listening to what you're asking for. Made an online order. Arrived to pick it up and they said they didn't have it. Then they proceeded to make it for me, but then told me I would have to pay again. I showed them the screen on my phone saying that my credit card was charged and showed them the transaction on my credit card app. The manager proceeded to tell me I could not have the food unless I paid again. I left, chatted online with customer support and they did refund me. I called and talked to a rep as well. No follow up from regional management as promised. My family will never go back. It was a bad night to visit Chipotle. It wasn't busy but we were rushed through the line like 30 people were behind us. My burrito was with steak, black beans, salsa and cheese. They didnt take the time to drain the beans or beef and the result was a soggy falling apart burrito. The girl couldn't wrap it so she drained off the liquid into a cup and wrapped another tortilla around it. My fault for accepting it. Soggy, bready, falling apart. This is not the first time the Westminster store has screwed up my order but it will be the last time. read more

First time stopping at this location. Not bad at all. I ordered two chicken burritos with rice, black beans, and cheese. Everything was cooked pretty much the way it should be. The chicken was well done, but not dried or charred. I hate charred chicken! I was also glad they made the rice just right. I live in Hanover PA but I decided to go to Westminster instead because the location in Hanover always makes the rice with way too much lemon juice. There's nothing worse than a burrito with rice so sour it makes your face pucker. I would give Westminster Chipotle 5 stars, but there have been a couple locations (especially the one in Frederick MD) that were even better. read more

There was hardly anybody inside and they were rushing me through the line, i ended up getting a burrito and the chicken had a weird taste as if it wasn't cooked all the way, my serving of " Barbacoa" was just a huge piece of fat. Compared to other locations, this one is terrible. Multiple trips where the order is wrong, bowls served with like 8 tiny pieces of chicken, and chips that have no taste and seem like they are a week old. Sometimes out of ingredients like rice at 5pm. We tried ordering a chicken quesadilla via the app which was down, and when asking for one in person the girl had a sassy attitude and said we had to order it online and wait 15-20 minutes. This after informing them the app was down. They finally made one but made it very sloppily and fast and didn't ask for what sides we wanted. Just threw it in the bag. We've been going to the Westminster Chipotle for years and service has always been hit or miss. The last time we visited, we got a burrito that was 1/2 steak, 1/2 chicken and were charged for both a steak and a chicken burrito. Today, one of my burritos was given to the person in front of me and I wasn't given the quesadilla for my kids meal. On top of that, the girl working put approximately 6 pieces of chicken in the burrito I did get (1/3 of my order). Thankfully she did put a little more in when I asked. I know COVID is still happening and turn over rates are high, but I'm giving up on this Chipotle. I will go to Mr. Airy or Eldersburg where they can apparently train their employees better and get my order right. read more

I'm working a temp job out here and the business has a list of carryout places in the area written on the wall. Out of 14, 2 are crossed out in red marker, meaning avoid this place at all costs. Yesterday, Chipotle made #3. The online ordering system is either spotty or the workers don't know how to work it, and the food is usually cold. When the guy going out to pick up the food comes back empty-handed, his life is at stake, especially when it's the third occurrence with the same place. The online ordering issues seems to be a national problem, but not the cold food issue. By the way, good luck trying to get your money back. That's right, Chipotle will charge you for orders they didn't serve you, and refuse to refund the charges. Nice place. Considering the outbreaks of hepatitis, salmonella, and norovirus they've had, I think I'll pass from now on. read more

really, there's not to many bad things to say about this quick stop restaurant. besides it's cleanliness. the bathrooms are always tidy, and the floors are pretty nice. but it's the actual kitchen that i find to be a little grody. just food scattered all around, in a tub that's it's not to be in. all in all, the food is good. and the price is fine. :) read more

Had the burrito. Its the size of my head. Costs $6 + change. Guacamole costs extra. Add a drink & we are at $9 - $10. Plus another person, easy $20 spent on 2 large sized burritos & 2 drinks. Steak is good. Tastes kinda generic & rather spicy. I like spicy. Lots of onion in the Guacamole. Cafeteria style. Order & add condiments as you go down the line. Can get busy, but I have never had to wait more than a couple minutes. Ample space between tables. Typical teenager employees. Tofu items available. Kids menu available. read more

Multiple bad experiences at this location. Orders have been incorrect, never ready at the scheduled pickup time. Always out of straws, ice, or some other basic item. Silverware is out for anyone to touch, sneeze, or cough on. The beverage station is always a mess with spills and trash. Their cleanliness needs major improvements. I'm absolutely disgusted to eat anything produced by this restaurant. You can't leave their without spending at least $20 and you get absolutely ripped off because more than half the time I have to throw out my food. I've learned my lesson, just want to warn others about the very unsatisfactory service and quality. I don't even expect anyone to rectify the issue because they don't have the staff to support even a simple concern. This review is long overdue. Unfortunately, the other reviews are accurate - this location is subpar compared to other Chipotles in general. Not sure if it's the management, the training or what. Every time I go in, they are out of something, or almost out...which is why they give you a half scoop of everything: meat, rice, guacamole. Doesn't seem to matter the time of day. They just raised their prices and give you less. Go to another location if you have the option. read more

The worst experience I ever had. The manager Dave was rude towards me and all I ask was to replace my burrito bowl that the one I bought the day before less than 24 hours and the one I bought from them smell sour and I didn't want to take an chance if it was bad and I didn't want to get sick from it, so I called an asked for an new fresh one to bring back the bad burrito bowl that was bad and smells sour. If you're in the mood for a loud & hurried 'dining' experience then this is the place! First time visitors - there's not one near us. The people assembling the food assumed we knew exactly how to order our meal. Very impatient staff even though the place was mostly empty. BTW, rolling your eyes at my son because he can't understand your broken English over the loud music is not helpful. My burrito was actually quite good. Honestly the worst Chipotle I've ever been to. The food is always cold and the servings are incredibly small for Chipotle. The burrito bowls are usually one fourth of the way full. You get a little more than a half a scoop of rice. I have to ask for extra rice two times just to get a normal amount of rice. It's clear the management is attempting to control food cost by reducing serving sizes. If I really want Chipotle I usually drive to another location. read more

Food is good but not as flavorful as other locations. Very stingy with the portions the scoop. 1/2 scoop of rice, etc. especially how cheap rice is you would think they could give a full scoop. We walked in at 9:40pm on wed night, there were no veggies fresh for a burrito bowl, guacamole was brown, everything else was dry and looked like it had sat out. They packed our bowls to go after we said we were eating here. When I asked they said they were already cleaning the grill and that's all they had. Most of the time Chipotle is great, but last night it was terrible. The people making my tacos and my wife's burrito bowl didn't even listen to what we wanted. They seemed in a major hurry and hardly put anything on our food. Barely any fajita peppers, or salsa, or beans. I tried to tell them what I wanted and they just passed my food to the next station. I won't be going back for a while. If you want good Mexican food in Westminster then I suggest going to Papa Joes. Very good food for around the same price as Chipotle. read more
