It's been a while since we last had lunch here and let me say this gotta be one of our favorite places to go in the Westminster area. We were cheerfully greeted whenever we walked in the door and our cashier was just very friendly and welcoming. It does not get any better than that.. We placed our order, found a seat in within a few minutes our name was called and based on our previous experience, which is no different than today's the food is freshly prepared, hot and has incredible flavor. We just love it. The inside is very cool love the decorations in the wall mural and it's extremely clean. After trying raising Cane's for the first time through a Yelp event, I wanted to go again. So this time I tried the one in Westminster the drive-through staff member was very friendly and greeted with a smile on her face once i pulled up to the window. I purchased a $10 box which came with three tenders fries and bread and I paid for an extra canes sauce. The meal also came with a drink, in which I got lemonade. The food was fresh and tasty. However, I wish I got a little more fries. I cannot speak on the ambience because I did not personally go in. read more

I love Cane's and was so happy when they opened here in Westminster (a lot closer than OH). Their food is always hot & fresh. They are pretty fast most of the time. The only downside for me is sometimes they have the music too loud inside. read more

We were sooo hungry when we pulled up in the drive thru. Very excited to try Raising Cane's for the first time. My husband knows the owner pretty well and meant to try it ever since meeting the owner back in 2017 but never got a chance to until this time... we had high hopes as the chicken fingers looked super fresh. The problem was the chicken fingers lacked any sort of flavor. The sauce wasn't anything special. It was disappointing that they only had one sauce available. The food left us wanting to go eat at Chick fil a. We really wanted to love Raising Cane's, but unfortunately the flavor just didn't hit the right notes. This is our second time at Raising Canes and absolutely love their chicken finger meal!!!! The service is always amazing, always greeted when you walk in the door and they ensure that they have your order correct. Very prompt service, food is served hot and delicious!!!! The restaurant is a fun atmosphere, good music playing and always clean. We wish we had one here in Hanover, but will drive the 40 minutes or so to visit again!!! read more

First time officially eating at Canes. The chicken was plump, juicy, and delicious. The sauce is good and adds to the experience. I opened up the Texas toast and stuffed a finger inside with coleslaw and sauce. That is a nice way to eat your fingers as an alternative option. Our fries were fresh and good. Not sure why the haters trash this place. It's where I'd go over chick-fil-a when looking for chicken. Till next time.... read more

I have been coming here since they opened at least once a month, usually we do mobile pickup and the food is usually done on time and still warm. I always get the 4pc combo with extra sauce and sometimes the extra is forgotten or my slaw I want replaced with extra fries ends up being Texas toast but it's rare and probably just because they can get pretty busy. The dipping sauce is delicious and overall not bad for a Friday night quick dinner! read more

We love Cane's, and tonight was our first time at this location. We pulled into the drive-thru at 10:06pm, and even though there were only two cars before us, we did not get our food until 10:24pm. The fries were lukewarm, and the portion was likened to a kid's meal, even though we ordered two #3 combos. The lemonade was significantly watered down, and no explanation was given for the extra long wait. This was a disappointing visit and experience, and I will not return to or recommend this location. read more

There are not a lot of really positive reviews on this place. I think I had a pretty good experience for a fast food restaurant. My order was take quickly at the drive thru. They answered my questions. My was order was hot. Yes my fries were way too salty. The chicken fingers had mild flavor. So I'm comparing to other competition it was good enough that I will return. read more

What on Earth is the big deal here? Unseasoned chicken tenders with over-salted ketchup-mayonnaise sauce; soggy, limp unseasoned fries; and a dull tasteless piece of bread masquerading as "Texas toast." And a totally disinterested, unfriendly employee at the counter. The only decent thing was the coleslaw. This place has been crazy busy since it opened. I wondered if they put drugs in the chicken! My daughter wanted to try it, we showed up, and the drive-thru line was wrapped around the store. I decided to go inside, and that was also packed. However, the line went quickly, and the customer service was excellent with how busy they were. For sitting there is plenty of it, both inside and out. The selection of foods is chicken tenders, chicken tenders, and more chicken tenders! The foundation drinks are coke products and sweet tea. The chicken tenders tasted ok, wasn't even thing to die for but seemed like generic chicken tenders, the bread was great though! I would eat here again but not go out of my way to get it. read more

Tried it for the first time tonight. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME GOING. Chicken has ZERO taste of being seasoned, bland AF. Sauce is HORRID!! Fries are small and nothing special. Coleslaw tastes like KFC's. NEVER GOING AGAIN, and telling everyone to steer clear. read more

The first time I had Raising Cane's chicken was in Fort Collins Colorado and they were SOOOOOO good. I could not wait for this location to open in Westminster to get some more of those chicken tenders. They were very good, as were the fries, but, they sure did shrink in size. Sadly, so many restaurants have done the same thing. I found the staff very friendly and professional and the service was quick. I would return to get more of the tenders. read more

I came here today and placed a drive thru order. The line was extremely long and I probably sat in the drive thru for close to twenty minutes from waiting to receiving my food. So that was a little irritating. When I finally did order the employee was very nice, but once I got to the window to pick up my food two girls were working the window. The girl who handed me the food was pleasant. The other girl was clearly irate about some sort of scheduling issue and was saying "I was supposed to leave at five and this is f****Ed up". "F**** this" etc. I was kind of astonished because I made eye contact and she kept going on. She obviously wasn't mad at me, but still the language was crude for in front of a customer. The food was good, the canes sauce was good but on the peppery side. Overall I liked it, but won't be back until this establishment figures out their drive thru and the professionalism of their employees. read more
