There were quite a bit of vendors there. Not so many people in attendance there. Wish they had more support. I purchased a few things such as organic veggies, Maple Vanilla Bean butter & ate my very 1st Native American Fry bread. LOL Don't laugh. I'm from CA. Actually, it was fry dog with Polish sausage. It was good, tasted like a corn dog kinda. Then got dessert @ the Mexican/Hispanic food booth called Empanada of many flavors (Blueberry/Coconut, Cinnamon Apple & Strawberry. It's basically a tortilla that appears to be deep fried then filled. It was ok. Wished they used fresh fruits instead. Overall, great experience. Didn't plan on spending, however, I did to support some local vendors.

Just be patient and they have staff who are there to help you park in the area. It is then a small walk down to the main area where there was a musician playing folk and light rock songs! She played very well and was friendly with the crowd. I bought a few candles from local vendors and a few pieces of lawn art and a lemon tree from a nice man named Craig (I wish I could remember the name of Craig's nursery because he really was amazing). The other highlight of the day was the amazing food from the food truck (born and braised is what it said on the side) they had brought in. I honestly don't remember having filipino food before and they had amazing beef bowl with Lumpia's that were so good! I don't know it they were family but it felt that way and they were inviting and welcoming to me. I know they are trying to build up the Orting market and with great food and more vendors it will keep growing!

We love Tacoma Boys! Quality meats, fresh produce, unique wines, and so much more…read more Tacoma Boys is a local grocery chain open 24/7 and 365 days a year. As a Vegas girl who was used to having grocery stores open at all hours, I'm so grateful that Tacoma boys has adopted that Vegas vibe. After all, when a girl wants to make a steak at 3am, she's gotta have a place to get one from and that's when Tacoma Boys saves the day! We also love their florals and beautiful plants that can make your porch or backyard the best of the whole block. We will always shop here and we encourage fellow Washingtonians to do the same. You'll be so glad you did!

Out of all fairness not being familiar with the store to find items really wouldn't be fair to deduct stars on. I was in here maybe once or twice and as to be expected in an unfamiliar store you can't find the product you enjoy right away but on the flip side when the arrangement of the store is different you also find things you didn't previously see from your favorite locations. And in the case of Tacoma Boys that really isn't an exception. But however I didn't like the arrangement in a different regard as it seemed like there were a lot of blind corners with the aisles here making possible collisions with other customers a greater likelihood and I am not convinced many people can control their shopping carts any better than controlling their cars. Which brings up the factor of congestion which is noticeably increased due to the mall and various other shops and business around here increasing the traffic volume and congestion a great deal. The Tacoma and Lakewood locations don't have this trouble nearly as much. The two factors mentioned above is what contributes to my star deduction. But still if you are close to this location and you are willing to put up with the volume of traffic then this is still a good grocery store to go to. The quality of the groceries, the produce is excellent and they have a good beer and wine section if that is something you want to explore.

This establishment is in Orting and we had been told it wasn't the safest or most welcoming place for black people. I can't say I got that impression from the service I received today even with the inconvenience we experienced. Long story short, we waited over an hour for the food to come out and it was a little underwhelming. Long story long, my family and I showed up at 12:05 for breakfast and they were busy. We waited less than 5 minutes to be seated and about 5 minutes to put in drink and food orders. We ordered a side of potatoes, 2 orders of the biscuits and gravy with eggs, the lemon blueberry French toast and the classic eggs Benedict. It was an hour before the server let us know our food would be out soon. Within that time, we were checked on twice for drink refills. We watched tables come in, eat and leave. 15 minutes after the server let us know our food was coming out soon, it still hadn't come and we were looking to pay and leave. She said it was coming right up and showed up about 5 minutes later. One plate of biscuits and gravy had an old dry crumbly crunchy biscuit and one fresh biscuit. The gravy was tasty and plentiful, but a little looser than expected. The lemon blueberry French toast was tasty and looked appetizing, but was not hot enough to melt the accompanying lemon butter. The eggs Benedict was flavorful, but the English muffins were soggy. The ham was good quality and the hollandaise sauce was tasty, but had developed a film. We asked for boxes as soon as it came out and noticed we didn't get everything we ordered. Our server comped our drinks and removed the side of potatoes we didn't get. She apologized for the wait and offered a dessert for the inconvenience. She was very kind and the only reason Tim's gets 3 stars instead of one. For cultural context, we were the only black people there. There was only one other person who wasn't Caucasian in the entire establishment and we saw no non-whites in the community on the way there. The service was a genuine concern coming in, but our server worked diligently to remedy the inconvenience. Our guess was they ran out of biscuits halfway through our order being prepared. So it probably sat for quite some time before it got to us once the new biscuits were done, instead of remaking it so it was all fresh. Just wish they would have told us or warned us instead of waiting for us to complain. If that was the case and we were made aware, we would have ordered different things way ahead of the 1 hour mark. We didn't leave until after 1:30 and were quite dissatisfied with the quality of the food. I would t recommend this place to anyone, but I wouldn't protest anyone trying it either. I most likely won't go back anytime soon and don't see myself visiting this establishment in different cities either.
