The Owner Scott told me he can program the Autel TPMS sensors as that is what he has a tool for and what he recommends. SO I ordered a set of Autle sensors took it in and waited three hours while they installed and then attempted to activate the sensors and they still could not get the job done now I live 45 minutes away from these so-called experts so now I have made six round trips here to this store spent now $500 bucks and still they do not work? So I called Autel tech support. Going back one of the things they told me is they programmed the sensors to 315 frequency and then took the tires back down in order to reprogram to 433 and after speaking with Autel none of this was true as the tool will not let you program these to 315 as that is not an option after you enter the year as 433 is the ONLY option you can choose. then Scott told me SEE THIS IS WHY WE USE ARE ON SENSORS YOUR ARE NO GOOD CAN NOT BE PROGRAMMED??? So I took a chance as I used to own a Porsche repair center but retired now and I ordered the Autel TPMS 508 tool $233 bucks today I spent 30 minutes programming and activating the same sensors with the same tool they were using and guess what they now work. The two guys trying to program the sensors they didn't know what they are doing and On top of all that when I tried to talk to them, they got defensive yelled at me then hung up the phone on me. All the technicians had to do was properly enter the correct data as prompted by the Autel tool screen as I did by copying the sensors ID and manually imputing then activation and they now work perfectly so not much of an Expert tire center are they?

I needed assistance with my brakes that had been replaced by someone else, because they were kind of driving squishy. The very nice gentleman named, Seth, at the front desk not only got me right in for an appointment but he also diagnosed the problem with my most recent brake job. He took me out to the shop and showed me all of the interior mechanics of my brakes and explained how everything worked. Then, he kindly answered all of my questions about my brake situation and proceeded to find a way to make what needed to be done affordable for me. I was happy and thankful that the whole process went relatively quick and painless. Thank you Seth for all of your assistance! Great auto shop! Definitely recommend!!

I've seen in past years how some of these other tire shops scratch and mess up rims when changing tires and don't have top of the line balancing equipment. His equipment is so superior the job comes out perfect. What a relief it is knowing the job is going to be done with no drama. Check him out for tires.

I took my white Audi SQ5 here to have the oem wheels powder coated gloss black. Due to "imperfections nobody else would notice", Brian took (...MADE!) the time to coat the wheels a second time. He takes pride in his work and cares about what he sends down the road. He's a perfectionist which is a great trait for him to have if your are a customer...but not so much as the shop owner! ;) If anybody is considering changing the look of your vehicle, this is undoubtedly the place to go. I am recommending this business to anyone considering having wheel work performed.

After the inspection, Instead of just telling me I needed brakes and trying to sell me everything, Dustin took the time to show me photos of my brakes on each axle and explained exactly what should be done now, and also what could wait a while if I want. I ended up having the front brakes replaced, which they completed while I waited. The price was what I had hoped, no surprises. I also dealt with Tom who took my payment after the work was completed, and I have to say between Dustin and Tom, I don't think I've ever dealt with more professional and friendly people at an auto service center in my entire life. They earned my future business and I will be returning for all of my oil changes and vehicle maintenance going forward!

Corporate agrees and said "As he is working with you there is no way I can help" after I explained I cannot make it in then due to work. I suppose I will take this to small claims, and proceed to get the remaining $2500 of work done elsewhere. Very happy I figured out this was a scummy shop on this, and not the other $350-850 horror stories I am reading on other reviews. Thanks for your help Mike!

I took my car here to get some tires put on that I'd purchased elsewhere…read more My front two tires were pretty gone but the rears were good so I took those home with me, yet when I went to pay my bill they tried to charge me for disposing of 4 tires. Now for the dangerous part. I noticed immediately that these tires felt super different (VERY light steering) I chalked it up to them being new and a different brand to what I had before. Then my TPMS light came on so I pulled over to look for a flat. Hmmmm, no flat. I went to grab my tire gauge just to make sure. Guess what? ALL of the tires were set to 55psi!!!! No wonder the steering felt super light. Do you people have any idea how dangerous that is? For added insult to injury, they took 3/4 of my stainless steel valve caps. Don't take your car here. Just don't.

I hate to leave bad reviews but when it comes down to a shop making life threatening decisions…read moresomething has to be said. I purchased two used tires for my Jeep Gladiator. They were just over two years old and had a pretty good tread life. I noticed before I left they had not torqued my lugs and they overfilled my tires. I drove 11 miles and parked the jeep overnight. When I woke up both tires were flat. After days of back and fourth and taking time away from work I finally got back into the shop and they found holes in the sidewalls and I noticed one even appears to have a plug in it. They took no responsibility and were arguing the whole time acting more like children than business. Despite knowing the tires were incredibly dangerous to drive on they made the decision to put them back on the vehicle. Again the lugs were not torqued and I caught them on video smash my rim with the socket. The front rims are now obviously more damaged than the rear. I signed no disclaimer and did not tell them to do this. They did not even fill my tires back up. If you want to keep your family, yourself, and others on the road safe please do not go here. What they've done was absolutely negligent and they were doing this to other vehicles in the shop as well. I'm still waiting to resolve this issue with the shop. In the meantime I've bought an entire new set of rims and tires from elsewhere and noted the lug nuts took between 170-205 ft pounds to remove. This could have caused my aluminium spacers to fail causing a wheel to fall off while driving.
