I probably would have let this go had the interaction gone a bit differently. I called Thursday after reaching out to a succession of local places to mount-balance 4 new tires. I knew it was Easter weekend so the odds were against me. I was going to drop off four wheels and four tires. You don't even have to take them off the car. "Sure we can do it after 2 if ya drop them off and leave them". Excellent!! Thank you. I have a back and hip injury so after wrestling with my car for three hours Saturday morning and leaving it balanced in the garage like a camera tripod I show up to the 14650 S Tamiami Trail location at a quarter after 1 like I was told, I hear "SorryNotToday!!!" as soon as I announce my presence. "Who did you talk to?" Um, I talked to Tire Kingdom. "WellWeCan'tDoItToday!". So I have one car at home that looks like Stonehenge and another car in the parking lot that looks like I went on a stealing spree. I made an appointment because I had a staple in my tire. Someone called to confirm the morning of and he asked me what was going on and I told him that I had a staple in the tire. He told me I needed an entire tire instead of getting it patched. I told him that I wanted it looked at before getting a new tire and he was SO RUDE and condescending to me. I honestly believe the poor treatment was a result of me being a woman because he started talking to me like I was a child. Brought in a vehicle for flat repair. Was told that it couldn't be repaired and I needed to buy new tires. The nail in the tire was in the center of the tire, yet they still insisted it could not be repaired, but were happy to sell me new tires. Went to Discount Tire where they patched the flat. STAY AWAY! Went in for a very simple tire patch, took the valve core out of the tire NO ISSUE, deflated the tire, pulled the tire off the rim , put a patch on the tire, put the tire back on the rim, put the valve core back in CROOKED and cranked it down. Now the tire will not fill back with air because the seals at an angle, Told me they cannot not get the valve core back out and I have to replace my tpms sensor. [[HIGHLIGHT]]I asked them if I could use their core remover and check it, they told me "we tried you won't be able and that's $150 part"[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] I had them give me the sensor back, when I got home, I was able to get the core out, but you can see the threads on the inside they crunched over when they cross threaded it and cracked it down. You made a mistake it's a $33 part from Honda, But now I'm going to have to buy the $33 part and pay a shop to program it to the car which will cost me $150. DO NOT GO HERE! You find out who a reputable shop is when they make a mistake, and here YOU WILL PAY FOR IT! read more

I have to say I was pleasantly surprised after reading all the negative reviews. I made an appointment on a Saturday the night before at 9am. I thought there is no way they are going to get me in. It was for 2 new tires. Will checked me in and he was very pleasant and printed my appointment and got me in as scheduled! He did not try to upsell me or anything. I went for a walk came back an hour later and it was ready!! Will checked me out and it was better than what was quoted due to the taxes. No issues and great guys in there! Terrible!!! My tire got 2 nails in it at the store across the street from Tire Kingdom ( N Fort Myers, FL ) The guy at the counter was a D#@k from the minute I walked in. Told me it would be around 1/2 hour to patch repair the tire. 15 minutes after I left, they called and said my tread was .7 mm too shallow to patch and tried to sell me new tires instead. Total scam! went in for an oil change, and a tire rotation and came out of there with $1255.00 total. my car started leaking oil on my drive way and at my job parking space car never had leaks so that was odd started troubleshooting and noticed my oil stick was dry and a friend of mind lifted the car to see if we could identify where it was leaking from we put oil in it and started he noticed oil coming from oil filter. call tire kingdom and said it was my motor that was leaking when I saw 1 of his technician with pliers tying the filter up. the point here is that they all try to sell you stuff but now I know that they are full of crap they don't take responsibility if they ruin your car. that very poor service they try to put the blame on the customer. BINGO! Came home from a weekend away to a flat tire - what a nightmare. My car was just peacefully resting on the rim in my garage. We changed to the spare, and headed to tire kingdom expecting to buy a new tire or more. After an hour or two, they called back to let us know they could patch the tire! There was a piece of a counter tour or something weird in it (probably debris from Hurricane Irma). They removed it, fixed my tire, and realigned my car for around $30.
