They were so kind and asked me to send pictures to make sure they had what was needed, then shared the store hours with me. When I came in, that's when I met Jackie. Unfortunately, they didn't have my exact necklace, but Jackie was like an angel -- she fixed my necklace for me right there. While she worked, she listened as I told her about the pendants and their significance, and of course, I cried. There was another customer there at the same time, and Jackie was making a bracelet for her. It turned out she had recently gone through something similar to what I had, and her bracelet held charms with the same kind of meaning. It truly felt like we were all meant to be there together at that moment. It was such a wonderful visit. Longtime customer, and my family has bought here for years. I brought in a necklace I purchased…read morefrom them to get the clasp repaired. Three-figure quote, about a week. Fine, because I had a three-figure balance on their rewards card, earned on their own program, on their own purchases. I was told the rewards program no longer exists and my balance is gone. I had the original receipt in hand showing the balance, so this wasn't a memory issue. The associate had no answer, checked with a manager, and came back offering a $25 credit which is a small fraction of what I had earned. The only explanation I got was that the program "no longer served the business." Nothing I was ever given said those rewards could vanish. No notice went out. The value simply disappeared and the fix was to hand me a token amount and hope I'd take it. I left and I won't be back. If you're weighing a purchase here, know that the loyalty they ask for only runs one direction.
