I love the softness of the the wrap, and how you really do get a lunch due to the healthy portion size. The table chilli sauce and the chilli sauce behind the counter is a mild heat which give everything a good kick. Filling and delicious. The previous time I came here I had the chicken included and that was delicious too. They don't have free wifi, but if you sit at the entrance the one facing the shopping centre you will be able to get Intu Watford free wifi connection. I don't know how authentic they are....but I'm a fan.

There is an outdoor seating area which is nice for summer. Best thing about this place is the price! You can get a bottle of prosecco for £15 which is a steal considering the nice atmosphere. My lemonade had no syrup in it, so they had to get me another one which didn't take too long. We got out good quickly enough and it was alright. Nothing amazing or mmmmmmm about it, but it filled a gap! I had a burrito - it was okay, but there was little evidence of chilli beef in it to be honest so was more rice and beans in the wrap. The side of broccoli was rather sad, and very dry to be honest. My mate enjoyed her fajitas, and said they were standard. Yes I'd go back it was fine. I'll start with the environment which feels more like walking into a Spanish themed amusement park. Inside is a wide-open space with tables designed to fit as many people as possible. It is loud and bright and full of families. When it comes to the menu I have found places that try to offer a bit of everything are not able to do anything well. The menu offers a selection of South and Central American food. And I am going to go out on a limb here and say, it probably doesn't taste that authentic. So, I decided to go with a simple lunch burrito bowl. I've eaten a lot of burritos and burrito bowls in my life and can honestly say, this was probably one of the worst. There wasn't much in it. The chicken was blah and it just had to much random stuff in it. Since burritos are not authentic Mexican I thought this would be the thing they could do somewhat well. I was wrong. Of the two people that waited on me, one took the order and the other brought it, one was good the other not so good. Hubster had the ribs and said they were absolutely fine. I had the burrito bowl and I was genuinely impressed. Chicken was cooked really very well, fresh salad, tasty rice and beans, and tortilla, couldn't finish it the bowl was massive. Really very very good, better than I've had in some Mexican restaurants. So thumbs up, will definitely go back. Just bad. Put to one side the actually pleasant staff. Food was totally sub standard. As in rough as you like. I had a veggie burger that must have been at the back of the freezer for ten years. The beans in the burger had actually turned to powder! Inedible. The side of chips with chilli was just as rank. Chips were cold and chilli might as well been from a can from WW2. Boyff had the mixed grill. Gammon burnt to a crisp, sausages with 0% meat content, fried eggs were hard, chips cold and stale, peas dehydrated, some of it missing, but that was probably a blessing. Orange juice was bitter and the cheapest nastiest variety you could probably buy. We racked or brains, but we can't think of a worse meal we've had. We were well aware it's not a gastro place or even a chain average pub, but, gee whiz, I've made better meals blind drunk, with impaired senses, dry pasta and a toaster! Never going back.
