Dr. Sage is so calm, present, thorough, friendly, and supportive. Her care is evidence-based and she explains the "why" behind each recommendation. Like today, I went in for an annual physical, and she and her staff (MA Sandra is fabulous, too) explained each test, measurement, and the purpose and possible side effects of the vaccine I was given. The appointment started exactly on time and lasted 30 minutes, which is great. No one rushes you through! It is super handy having a lab in the same building. I just walked across the waiting area and was all able to get all of my lab work done almost immediately. Office is new, super clean, lovely lobby, free garage parking (if less than 90 minutes) and excellent COVID protocols in place including pre-screening phone calls, temperature taking, masks, distancing, hand sanitizer, and limited paperwork. We highly recommend Dr. Sage and our family feels super lucky to have found her!!

I had one of the worst experiences of my life dealing with Dr John c Franco he accused me of being…read morea liar when some tests came back faulty or mixed with by the staff with other samples and this doctor confronted me and threaten me that I wouldn't get any more help from them if it this happened again but since I did nothing wrong and followed my exact doctors directions I got upset and defended myself and in doing so Dr Franco called me a liar and said that I sound like I'm selling a lie which put me in the most distressful state of mind that I have ever remember being in in my 42 years of life it's been a week since and I'm still trying to meditate those emotions out of my body Dr John c Franco truly enjoyed that interaction where he Kathy calm voice as he can attest but it was the tactic he was using as he was accusing me and then telling me I'm a liar you know just stirring my pot as he kept his voice calm so he can watch all of my reaction and probably laugh while he's at home
