I would give this office a zero if I can!! They were very nice and thorough the first two visits but started up charging and suggesting procedures that is frivolous. I have referred so many people and family and they all have the same experience. There's always a surprise charge and for filling that I got from another dentist, they suggested a full crown. Their staff is under trained and cannot explain any of the charges. The doctors are very very nice and explains everything to the point that you think you need the procedures. Do not go here! But if you do, PLEASE get a second opinion because they will let you go through a procedure that you do not need. read more

Dr. Vaid and his entire team are super awesome. Every staff member was super attentive and helpful. Once you walk through the door you will be greeted kindly by everyone. Dr. Vaid is very thorough. He will be taking pictures and xrays of your mouth so they can take a look and see what is going on. After, they will go over everything with you thoroughly and try to explain what kind of work needs to be done. Dr. Vaid and his staff will answer any questions you have regarding your care. He will explain an entire plan of care for you to make sure that you're taking care of your teeth once your treatment is done. Super friendly, thorough, good with kiddos and people that maybe don't look forward to a trip to have the plaque scraped off their incisors, they put you at ease with an awesome demeanor. My daughter also loves picking an item from the "treasure chest" at the end of her visit. Came across Dr. Vaid's office through my provider and they happen to be walking distance with good reviews so decided to check them out. It can be pretty nerve wrecking trying to find the right dentist that makes you feel comfortable so I was skeptical, but once I walked in the energy of the front desk was warm and welcoming. I completed new patient forms online which made it super easy to check-in. As a new patient we went through the standard photos and x-rays. Amisha and Maria made me feel really welcomed and comfortable during the process. We got to know eachother and conversations flowed while periodically checking in if I needed any breaks or water. Dr. Vaid gave great advice on my concerns and suggested easy changes to help. I appreciate that they didn't try to make me feel bad or upsell on anything like I've experienced in the past. Everything came from a place of honesty and what's best for their patients. Cecelia was amazing with the cleaning and so gentle while giving more tips. They sent me home with a nice goody bag, insulated tote and even cleaned my retainers. Seriously the best dental experience I've had. What a wonderful practice! Everyone is so kind and compassionate, and professional! If something doesn't need to get done, they don't try to fix it. Dr. V is a super hero! He helped me through my dental fear and I've been seeing him for years. Everyone on the staff is awesome and easy to work with. I recently had a catastrophic medical emergency that has left me in a wheel/walker and disabled. One of my main issues is having lost most of my ability to talk. This makes me mumble and barely be understood most times. The staff made sure I got in, was comfortable, and ok. I get dizzy very easily when I lay down and they made it no big deal to let me sit up and catch my breath. I was calm the whole time and felt so taken care of. It seems I was born with cavities. Yes, feels like it was even before having actual teeth. I recall my first dentist, Dr. Elena in Argentina. She must have been amazing. I remember her and her waiting room fondly. I can only begin to imagine that filling a cavity in the 70's in South America must have been very different (ouch!) but also very similar to what it is today for an almost 5 year old. A harrowing experience. Enter Dr. Vaid and his exceptional staff. I had met Dr. Vaid briefly at his prior dental office working with Dr. Koire who has since retired. I visited Dr. Vaid again to work on me before entrusting my girl to him. From the first visit to establish rapport to the actual (shudder) intervention to work on my girl, he has been nothing but extraordinary. Not just reassuring her, but also reassuring me in the process, and throughout the actual procedure. He also saved us hundreds of dollars being able to do the work at his office rather than under general anesthesia at a hospital. It seems to be a practice more and more common for younger kids that I hated but was willing to consider before working with him; I did not want a traumatic memory in this poor kid. I am so glad I did!!! I'm still reeling from my daughter's emphatic "yes" when I asked my daughter if she wanted to go back. I don't think I was ever that enthusiastic over Dr. Elena as a kid. Fondness? Sure. Enthusiasm? Not quite! In summary: With my history of dental work, I know the difference between someone with a "good enough hand" and someone gifted. Was referred to the office by someone at work and I now see why. Everyone was awesome. Both Mr. and Mrs. Dr. Vaid (husband and wife practice) are simply the best, along with their dental and office staff. Both doctors are kind, low key, gentle/caring, honest about what care I need and listen to their patients. I have terrible dental phobia and a friend of mine referred me to this practice and I am definitely glad she did. I had stopped going to my previous dentist and while I am still not crazy about going in for dental check-ups and dental work, I now routinely go because I know I am in good hands and I trust them. When issues have come up they have been able to get me in to see me and address the issue or refer out when necessary. Visiting Sacramento for work and needed to get in for a painful problem, ASAP. The staff was very nice and worked me in within hours of my call, as an emergency visit. I would mention names, but not only was I not 100% focused due to the tooth pain, but they all stood out as exceptional, compassionate and friendly. Dr. Vaid (Mrs) tended to my needs. She was practical, not wanting to start something with me being from out of town, but making sure I had some relief until I get home at the weekend, for my own regular person to address. I've been a patient of Dr. Vaid for about two years now so it's high time I write a review about his practice. I'm miiiiiighty picky about my dentist - I'd had the same dentist from when I was a kid up until a couple years ago (to put that in perspective I'm 32 this year ). It just got too difficult to coordinate my work schedule and the 3 hour drive back to my hometown (they also weren't open Friday through Sunday so that made it doubly difficult). I had tried a couple other dentists, but they weren't quite to my liking and the hygenists just didn't seem to do the same job I was accustomed to, so I bounced around a bit. Until Dr. Vaid. Dr. Vaid and his team are fantastic - from the moment you enter the door to the moment you leave, friendly faces and amazing service. Now I'd also like to say I LOVE going to the dentist - I love that super, squeaky clean feeling on my teeth after a cleaning. Every hygenist that has worked on my teeth has been extremely thorough with my cleaning Dr. Vaid has great bedside (chair-side??) manner - super nice and explains everything he needs to do. For the first time in my life, I had the beginnings of a cavity (all because the sealant on my molar as a kid was starting to degrade). Dr. Vaid explained what would happen and it was a painless process! The needle to inject the numbing agent was barely felt and it was done quickly.
