Ted is wonderful! I was referred to Ted by a friend of mine who has been seeing him. I have never been to a chiro but have been experiencing back pains due to my sedentary lifestyle/office life. My friend so kindly told me about her experience with Ted and how that has helped her. My first session was great and informative. I really like how Ted takes his time to explain everything to you and makes you feel comfortable. I also enjoy the follow-up exercises they teach you - they are very easy to do and are effective. Another pro is that they are open on Saturdays and on certain weekdays a little later, so those with inflexible M-F 9-5 jobs can be seen. The only downside is that this place didn't take my insurance, but Ted is so great that I think it was worth paying for regardless. Plus I have to think about how addressing my back/neck/shoulder issues early on will be preventative of any worsening pains down the road! I was referred to Dr. Sim's office after a minor car accident I was in that left me with whiplash injuries that inhibited me from preforming even minor tasks, such as clothing myself, without pain. Being only 19 years old and a sophomore enrolled in university and working part time on the weekends it felt impossible to complete basic activities of the day and didn't find my condition starting to improve until I started my weekly visits to the ChiropracTed office and received care from the amazing staff!
