So here's the deal: I have a questionable back. Surprising, right, what with being in the context of a chiropractor review? I suppose it's my fault, really. Bad chairs, getting older, lifting heavy things, the fact that I perch like a gargoyle in my chair (Hey, you live life your way, and I'll live mine, okay?).... I decided at the beginning of the year that I was going to start taking better care of myself, and not be so slouchy all the time, so after some solid Yelp Talk recommendations, I booked an appointment. Here I am six months later. Teddy is just a neat guy. Friendly, funny, very health conscious and supportive for getting me back on track for better posture and feeling better. That guy can crack my derpy back like nobody's business, which is impressive, considering I can be incredibly inflexible at times. And yet, he'll pop something out of my spine or neck that makes me nearly melt to the floor. I look forward to him kicking the crap out of my back, because I feel so much better after a session. Vincent is great as well: Super easygoing, and flexible on scheduling. I never have to second guess anything. What I request and we work out is exactly what I get. Vincent really makes the office a welcome and inviting environment. My back does feel remarkably better. I sit up straighter. I have less aches. The lessened discomfort has helped with my stress levels and overall attitude. I still sit like a gargoyle at times, but we all have our personal hurdles to overcome. Teddy's commitment to health is appreciated. He genuinely cares about the well-being of people and making them feel better. I can actually help out the house better thanks to him (much to my chagrin, yet to the delight of the missus). Wow! Best Chiroropractor in town. I'm a group fitness instructor and I teach multiple classes a week and sometimes 2 a day. I felt my knee give out during my class and was bothering me all day. He is always in a energetic mood and makes you feel comfortable and makes the visits fun! I also got adjusted by two other physicians that were nice and helpful as well.
