Look, I've always been skeptical with chiropractors. All those stories I've heard and preconceptions with your bones cracking, leaving being in more pain than when you first arrive, etc etc. But I was at my wits end with lower back pain, sciatic nerve, piriformis syndrome within these past few months I decided to come pay NuSpine a visit after seeing an ad on Instagram. Maybe this was a sign. There's a few locations around the city and I'm glad this one is super close to where I live. Located in a busy plaza with a gym, Paina Cafe, an Italian restaurant, Starbucks, gas station and Salad n Go. The minute I entered, I was treated with care and they listened. Sue is such a friendly person! Conversational and was thorough with how this first appointment will go. It helps the process quicker if you have already filled out your paperwork prior. After a few initial questions about your conditions, I was seen by Dr. Mike. I let him know I was truthfully in doubt but he reassured me he was going to change my mind. Dr. Mike will position your body. It was a quick and simple process, took no more than 5 minutes tops. He suggested a course of action/schedule and some stretches for me. No obligations, there's no pressure to continue appointments if you don't want to. But if you do, Sue will go over everything with you as you start your monthly membership. Easy to cancel as long as you cancel before the billing date. What I like about NuSpine is you don't need an appointment, If you're a member, it's walk in only. I go after work and I'm usually here by 4:30p-5:30p and never had to wait more than 5 minutes to be seen. And honestly, after a few sessions (3-4), my symptoms started to subside. I felt better...my walking improved. Who knew working chiropractors into my lifestyle can be beneficial? read more

I can only recommend this place so far. I walked in as a new patient about two weeks ago and Sue was amazing to get all the history and prep me for the new patient appointment while Dr. Trisha had adjusted me and we started on a treatment plan and I've been going there for the past two weeks. Every time I leave from there, I feel better, more movement, and my body can recover and heal faster. Their prices are very reasonable. They even have a Hydro massage table that you get to use either before or after your appointment to relax and get a massaging. He is extremely efficient in his practice and helped me with the stiffness I have had in my neck and back over the past couple of years after a car accident. He is very kind and patient and would go above and beyond to ensure you have the best care possible. My first visit was last Saturday and I signed up for the monthly package deal which is 4 treatments for $79/month. Super affordable! The price is cheaper than other places. Dr Mike is awesome! Never been to a chiro before. Always been nervous bc of bulging discs & degenerative bone disease in my c4-c7. He assured me he would be gentle & careful. I feel so much better & relief. I was nervous & tense the first two times & was stiff. The key of course is to RELAX! He's a huge strong man so it was nice that he could be strong enuf to crack & pop but also very gentle at the same time. She talked me into buying a membership, what a good salesman haha but I'm glad I did! I bought the cheapest package but I get to see dr Mike 4x a month! Have been going to this chiropractor for over 2 years and I thought I wrote a review in the past, but it doesn't look like I did. During my years here the receptionists have been the nicest people in town. During my weekly visits it looks like Sue and her daughter Taylor are working this role. They are nice and are great to talk to. Today I saw Dr. Julie who was covering for my main Dr. Mike. Dr. Julie did great and she cracked a ton of my bones a different way from Dr. Mike. They are both proficient Chiropractors and I would definitely not shy away if Dr. Julie is covering for Dr. Mike. End of the day I come here to see Dr. Mike and he has been consistently hitting all the marks. Today Dr. Julie would make Dr. Mike proud from all the positive reviews from todays clients. On vacation from California. My daughter suggested a back massage, I told her i need spine adjustment. She found NuSpine Chiropractic. She made appointment for myself, wife and herself. Best decision we could have made on vacation. I feel like a new person after back and neck adjustment. I can turn my neck with full range, my stiffness in my back is completely gone. My wife feels the same as i do. My daughter had a rib out, she didn't even know . Although she felt weird around her rib cage area. Doctor adjusted her rib back in place. He also did something to her jaw for TMJ to help with jaw stiffness. One other thing is learned is when you are adjusted and not stiff, our breathing in deep and holding our breath is much easier. Have been here twice now & enjoyed my experiences! Had to take advantage of their new patient special and I was not disappointed. I've been to The Joint and several private practices prior to but this specific Chiro clinic gave me individualized care. I appreciated the time they took to do my initial exam & didn't feel too pressured to sign up. Although they don't work with insurance, their monthly fees are still very affordable compared to my prior chiro spots. Dr. Mike and his assistant, Susanne, are both amazing! He doesn't treat you like he's just trying to get as many people through as possible like some other places. The office is clean, quiet and they even have hydrotherapy beds if you want to add that to your service. Dr. Mike listens and really gives helpful advice! I bring my younger daughter here since she is an athlete and she always feels so much better after a visit! I definitely will not go anywhere else for chiropractic care now that I have found them. He is only there M-F and a different doctor is there on the weekends. That doctor is nice too, but I prefer less harsh adjustments. Definitely check them out. read more

NuSpine Chiropractic - Blue Diamond has some of the worst customer service I have ever experienced. This weekend I was traveling in Las Vegas when I threw out my back and was in tremendous pain. I searched online and found NuSpine Chiropractic. Specifically, I was looking for an establishment that accepted walk-in appointments. Their website advertises that "walk-ins are welcome" and "no appointment is needed". Nothing could be further from the truth. Originally, I called the NuSpine Chiropractic - Green Valley location. They informed me they had no availability and asked me to call the Blue Diamond and the Tropicana locations. I called Blue Diamond and the doctor answered the phone. I explained my situation and he told me that their schedule was pretty full and to call Tropicana. However, he said if they couldn't get me in at Tropicana then I could come on in and they would work me into the schedule. I called the NuSpine Chiropractic - Tropicana West location and was greeted by an extremely abrupt and rude receptionist. She told me that they only accept walk-ins for existing customers and that since I wasn't one the earliest they could see me was Monday - a direct contradiction to the website advertising. I drove to the Blue Diamond location per the doctor's instructions and was greeted by yet another rude, abrupt receptionist. I explained my situation and my conversation with the doctor. She was very angry that I spoke with the doctor and walked back into the office. 10 to 15 minutes later she returned and told me that "She spoke with the owner of the three Vegas NuSpine locations in Vegas and they would be unable to assist me." When I showed her the website advertising and referenced my call with the doctor she became extremely defensive. She then said, "That doctor isn't even our regular doctor. He must not have looked at the schedule when he spoke to you. He has no idea what he is talking about." Needless to say, NuSpine's advertising for its Vegas locations is an absolute lie. They do not accept walk-ins. In fact, it seems the system is set up to PROHIBIT walk-in customers. Additionally, the receptionists they employ are some of the rudest individuals I've dealt with. They certainly had absolutely no empathy for the pain I was in. Thankfully, I was able to get in with another doctor that day. Hopefully, this review will help prevent other patients from going through what I did. read more
