I came into Dr. Ujkic's office because I was in excruciating lower back and leg pain, thinking there was no way of being able to do physical activity anytime soon. Quiet little office , nice staff and the doc is a nice guy too . But he did not seem thorough, was more interested in adjusting me and sending me on my way , the adjustments he did were about 30 seconds total the whole appointment was maybe 5 minutes . He was more interested in what insurance I had and didn't really offer any solutions. He charged $300 to my insurance per session (went twice), I was only responsible for about $30 per session , but it's kind of nuts how much he charges for so little work . After 20+ years of going to the same chiropractor, I moved and needed to find a new one. I found Dr. Ujkic through an advertisement, and went in for my initial consultation. Dr. Ujkic was great, and so was his entire staff! He has been the reason I am able to continue to work, workout, and live my life. He is always honest, and will not steer you wrong. He practices both traditional chiropractic adjustments as well as instrument assisted adjustments. Having both as an option makes a world of difference. I have also received a massage (I feel terrible, I don't remember her name!), and I have to say, BEST MASSAGE OF MY LIFE! Liz at the front desk is always friendly and helpful, and sends out emails and text reminders so you don't forget your appointments (I'm notorious for this!), plus you don't have a million business cards with your next appointment on it that you never remember where you put! I've already recommended Dr. Ujkic to several people, and even though I am moving and he will not be right around the corner, I am going to continue to see him. Extremely rude and unprofessional front desk help. I tried to call and make an appointment but was put on hold several times, someone picked up finally and started having a conversation but obviously had the wrong line. Then when she was finally ready for me and I started explaining what I needed, she actually started talking to someone else in the room. My husband and myself and my family were at one point treated by Dr Ujick who WAS so nice to us until he found out we received a settlement without using his lawyer. We were told violated privacy laws to find out the amount we were given by the insurance company who admits possible illegal behavior! I've been using Yelp for a very long time but never wrote any reviews. In order for me to take time and write a review about a service means either good or horrible service. This is my first written review and I must say I would never thought it would be the most HORRIBLE service EVER!!! Yelp would not allow me to rate a ZERO star but if I had a choice I would give it ZERO star for this location. Why? It's because they are thieves!! They took my money but did not provide any services for me at all!!! This place should be arrested and shut down for their LIES!!! I have a Groupon deal that I scheduled with them for 9/22/12 @ 12Noon and I called @ 11:30AM to inform them I was running late because of traffic and there is a possibility I might have to reschedule it for another day and time. I called and spoke to a girl, Lauren. She told me they don't have any appointments available for 2 people at all with the days and times I needed and I told her my Groupon expired in 2 weeks and I need to use it but if she has nothing available for me then I'll just called other 4 locations on my Groupon to schedule with them. Then she told me, "oh, I'm sorry, but we can't allowed you to do that because since you are cancelling less than 24 hrs it is considered as USED!" I was like WTH????!!! I DID NOT say to cancel it, just because they did not have any appointment that fits my need, it is my rights to call other locations to schedule with them. I asked to speak to her manager and of course, she says "manager isn't available today and she told me to tell you that" So, I paid $50 for a service in which I did not get and they did not help me in any ways to resolve issue for me and just took my money and say "oops, sorry, you're ass out!" I love this facility. It's so convenient to both Old Towne Orange and the 22 freeway that it's easy for me to get to whether I'm coming from home or from work. Their appointment service is really great; I never have a problem getting an appointment when I need it, and I never wait more than 5 minutes in the waiting room. They send out email reminders which are really crucial for me. And Dr. Ujkic really helped me. He's big and really strong and can totally work my body over, if that's what's required. I started with getting acupuncture treatment here with Ashley, which I really liked, and it felt really good, but then she felt my problems might be better treated with chiropractic. So I went from 3 adjustments a week at that time, to now just one per month, along with my own exercise, and my problems are pretty much gone. I think at my age (55), and the kind of sedentary office work I do, I should look at chiropractic as a maintenance issue, and just get regular monthly adjustments to keep my back pains at bay. I got a groupon for a 60 min full body massage, I had called ahead of time to notify them that due to my newborn I could be running late. I got there, the masseuse asked me where I felt most pain (my back) but I let her know I still wanted full body. She massaged well, but only did my back for about 45 min, not the rest of my body like I told her to (and like the coupon explicitly said). Good massage, just not exactly what I wanted. read more

I received a voucher for a 60-minute massage as a birthday gift and was very excited to unwind after a long week at work. Unfortunately, one hour apparently only means 40 minutes at this center. The woman before me came out of her massage and asked the receptionist if that was really an hour because it felt like less, so I made a point to check my watch upon being called back to the room. The entire process of me walking back, changing, getting the massage, changing into my clothes and walking out took 45 minutes. When I pointed this out, the receptionist said that's just how it is and they build in time to refresh the room for the next customer. I felt misled and ripped off, since the voucher purchased specifically stated a 60-minute massage.
