I've been coming to The Joint for many years now, and I recommend it to everyone. It's so convenient that you don't need an appointment and they are open on weekends and during the evenings. They also have locations nationwide, so you can even get an adjustment while traveling! The Orange location is great and I typically don't have to wait long. Dr. Chandra & Dr. Cheema are my personal favorite as they really take the time to personalize the session and are very effective, but I've never had a bad experience with any of the doctors. I came to this location to get help with a one off pain I was having. After my appointment they tried to sell me a set of adjustments. I figured it would be nice to have some adjustments on my account for the future. I paid I believe around $180 for a set number of adjustments. I even communicated to the receptionist that I wanted to confirm I was only buying a set number of sessions and NOT signing up for a membership. She said with certainty... "No, you are not signing up for a re-occurring membership". Two months later come to find out they absolutely did sign me up for a reoccurring membership and have charged my card not only for the initial services I purchased but also two months of their "membership fee". When ai emailed to cancel they responded saying I need to come into the original location to cancel. I communicated their staff literally lied to me and that I was mislead on agreeing to this membership and do not have the time to stop by and cancel something I never signed up for. That's the email they of course decided to never reply to. I 100% would not trust this establishment with access to your money and will absolutely be filing a claim with my bank for a full refund. read more

Dr Chandra is the reason I drive over to this location even though there is a closer location to me. He is professional, warm and friendly and will readjust you until you feel right. I have had other chiropractors who will not try to readjust and tell you they don't do that kind of adjustment and they only do it once and if it doesn't click, then tell you it's too bad - made me feel like I just wasted my adjustment package. Dr. Chandra is the best chiropractor in The Joint in my opinion. However, if he is not working on a particular day and you can't find him, try his colleague , Dr. Shima is pretty good as well. I might add Dr. Chandra managed to get my husband (a skeptic) to trust him try to do a few sessions. The Joint Chiropractic offers affordable chiropractic care. As someone that has struggled with low back pain for 8+ years, I've been weary to committing to a regular chiropractic routine because of the costs. You know those ones where they do a full on X-ray and ask you to commit to going twice a week for X amount of weeks then before you know it you've spent hundreds of dollars? Well that's not how this place operates. Their new patient special is $29 (you can't beat that). There's no X-rays just a consultation with one of their doctors and they ask you a series of questions to identify what hurts. There are different options and the one that works for me is the $79 per month option that comes with 4 visits (so once a week). They have options where you can prepay 10-20 visits and use them whenever you want or you can pay per visit to which is more costly at $45. But even their more "costly" option has been way cheaper than other offices I've visited. I'm usually seen by Dr. Chandra or Dr. Cheema but all staff at this location is great. My pain has decreased significantly since I started going in August/September. I highly recommend you try them out if you're suffering from back, neck, shoulder, or any other joint pain. read more

I've been seeing Dr. Chandra here regularly for about 8/9 months now and here's my updated review. Before I started seeing Dr. Chandra, I admit that I was very close to just calling it quits with The Joint Chiropractic due to the services of the other "chiropractors". If you're visiting from another city or state and don't know which Joint to go to, waste no time, beeline to this location and see Dr. Chandra or Dr. Cheema. I was tired of wasting my subscription seeing these "chiropractors" at different Joints just to be met with mediocre care (or lack thereof) and doctors who just ask all these questions just for TWO adjustments. I'm more than positive there are others out there who have/are experiencing what I have experienced. Dr. Chandra is an absolute masterclass and here's why: 1. Care: He isn't just another doctor that gives you 2 or 3 adjustments and calls it a day. There's a reason why I keep coming to this same location for this doctor. It's extremely difficult to be impartial, but it's hard not to be when Dr. Chandra is going the extra mile to create a bond, shows concern every visit and asks about what activities you've done to make sure the adjustments are right and safe. What sold me on Dr. Chandra was that I told him about my issues and he does that adjustments accordingly and giving me the relief that I need. I'm not kidding when I say I sleep a lot better after his adjustments. As a matter of fact, I just woke up from a nap. Most of The Joint's doctors have give me 1 lumbar adjustment and 1 cervical adjustment. We're driving to see these doctors to tell about our misery and pain and they give us just 2 adjustments - you won't get that kind of shitty treatment with Dr. Chandra. 2. High-energy: I go here during lunch. I'd happily chip off 30 minutes of my lunch to make the drive and see Dr. Chandra - we've created this rapport and he has this with plenty of his patients I'm sure. There's a reason why you see his name come up on this page a lot. He's the real deal. We can joke, talk about each other's lives, he'll tell me what I can do to alleviate certain pains, etc. Again, I can't say enough great things about Dr. Chandra. 3. Informative: My body has gone through the wringer - sports, hikes, MMA. I complain to Dr. Chandra a lot about my pains and ask for advice about how to alleviate said pains. With that being said, Dr. Chandra has provided a lot of insight on the mechanics of the body and how to treat certain things within his depth of knowledge. I have followed a lot of things he has suggested and it's been a life changer for me. I hope this review helps anyone who is just visiting or looking for a new long term doctor at The Joint. DR. CHANDRA IS THE BEST! He used to be at the Huntington Beach location awhile back and that's where I first saw him. I play high level competitive pickleball and he really helped get my neck and shoulder/trap issues under control. Each time I got adjusted by him I went home feeling better. He would take his time which I appreciated. And he gave me stretches to do if my body started acting up again. - Then he relocated to this location, and I hadn't seen him in awhile, as I was getting adjusted at the HB location near my home. However, the care that I have received at that HB location since he left has been subpar to say the least. - Fast forward to now, I had what felt like a rib was out of place (either from coughing too hard from being sick a few weeks prior, or too much pickleball, or both) and I decided to make the drive to come see him again. And I am so glad I did! I told him what was going on and what kind of pain I was in, and once again, he delivered!! As per usual, he listened to me, took his time, REALLY adjusted me (it's probably the best adjustment I've received in 6 months to a year) and I am already feeling better. Long story short, I will from now on, continue to make the drive from HB to Orange to come see Dr. Chandra for adjustments and chiropractic care. AGAIN, THANK YOU SO MUCH! read more

I go in every once in a while for an adjustment but this guy wasn't strong enough to do anything. I just wasted $45 for him to attempt an adjustment and the take me through some stretches. My review would be a better rating if not for a few reasons- First I would like to say that the chiropractors are great and each session is a little different. Some days the sessions are quick whereas other days they are a little more in depth. The reason for my 3 star review is because upon canceling your account you MUST come into the office to cancel it. When I was in the process of canceling I was convinced to freeze my account for a max amount of months (whatever the policy is). Months pass by and I receive a $90 charge that is supposedly non refundable. My complaint here is that after months of not using the service - I did not get a phone call*** to be informed or reminded about the renewal. That would have been extremely helpful as opposed to a 1 email reminder for a strict $90 charge. Furthermore - upon talking to the current 'Wellness Coordinator' Aleeah or Aliyah, she was simply not a very appealing or pleasant person to talk to over the phone. She was mumbling the entire phone call and answering 'mhm' in an incredibly indifferent and CARELESS fashion. I would have taken everything better had I received a phone call reminder for a $90 charge instead of 1 email months later and if there was better care quality from the wellness coordinator Aliyah. read more

You get what you pay for. I signed up for one of their plans because it was a great deal but I noticed problems immediately. Their chiropractors change so often and they don't really know what they're doing. I wouldn't be surprised if they just got their license because one of the chiropractors couldn't answer a simple question about the spine/nerves. They don't pay attention to your chart/record and make the same adjustments for everyone. One of the chiropractors pushed down on my center back so hard that I had to go to the urgent care because I was lightheaded and couldn't breathe. I had to go through months of physical therapy to help with this issue and I'm still not 100%. I don't like writing negative reviews but please don't be cheap with your health. Go to someone who cares and will pay attention to your issues and make the proper adjustments. read more

I love getting adjusted! The Orange Town and Country location is my preferred place to go. I do my best to go weekly but when I am unable to come in, I definitely feel a difference. I was experiencing lower back and shoulder pain. Then I began coming into The Joint Chiropractic. I have seen and felt a significant difference in my discomfort and pain. I've been having issues with my lower back since the end of last summer, and in the middle of February things really took a turn for the worst. After visiting my doctor the only recommendation I received was to lose weight, and in the meantime take painkillers (which was a big turnoff to me). I joined The Joint with their monthly reoccurring membership program which I believe is around $20 a month and $15 per visit and I couldn't be happier... I originally joined at the Temecula location because it's the closest location to where I work and felt some gradual change, but the real change and increase in mobility came when I started visiting the location in Orange. Nicole who works at the front desk is warm and welcoming and has a great sense of humor (makes me want to keep driving the distance to go there), and Dr. Chandra has done more for my back and hip flexor in 2 visits than all of my other visits combined. He knows his trade and explains the process plus my post care plan so well that I have seen immediate results. Highly recommend making the drive to Orange to visit this office. I've been coming to this location of the joint for several year now. What's great about it is that you can walk in and get a quick adjustment. I have a membership that's good at any of their locations which is a great convenience factor. However, the Orange location, which is the closest location to my home, has had a lot of doctors come and go lately. Some have been good and some not so good. What's annoying is that you get used to a doctor, then you come in one day and they're gone. No warning, no real explanation, just gone and another doctor is there. The joint needs to fix whatever problem is causing the rotating door of doctors at the Orange location. They also need to practice better customer service and let their clients know ahead of time that a doctor is leaving. read more

I have just recently reinstated my membership; I left to use the visits I had available through my health care plan. I am happy to be back! Dr. Chandra is far more talented and caring than the Chiropractic care I used under my health plan. He is so personal and willing to spend the extra time with you to ensure you are getting personalized care. I am always reluctant to see any of the other doctors and when you have seen Dr. Chandra you just don't want to allow anyone else to work on you. Hurt my lower back during weekend. Normally I went to Monrovia's The Joint. However, need to go to work today. So I tried the one in the Orange city. With broad smile, Dr. Blackman greeted me. I told Dr. Blackman that I hurt my lower back and this was my first time in the Orange facility. He checked my records in the computer. Then he asked me to lay face down and started the adjustment.
