Dr. Jazz is great! My husband and I started seeing her at my primary physician's suggestion after an accident a year and a half ago. I have seen other chiropractors that were borderline scary in the past, so prior to going to CRC I was a little nervous and honestly almost skeptic to the practice as a whole. After the first visit, my husband and I felt relief and my skepticism quickly faded. Dr. Jazz is very professional and a master of her craft. She was super thorough from the jump and I could tell that we were in good hands (literally). She carefully reviewed our medical histories and the details of our accident and explained our injuries at great length to ensure that we understood our care plan. Additionally, Diana and the office staff are so fun and friendly while providing expert therapy. Everybody I have encountered in this place is personable and always in a great mood which makes me believe that they all really enjoy what they are doing. The Dr. & staff are amazing! They are very welcoming and time efficient with their treatment delivery. I always felt comfortable getting treatment. They were also very flexible about appointments. It was an absolute wonderful experience with Dr. Chong and his amazing staff. What a bunch of kind and beautiful people! I looked forward to my regular visits because I was always treated like I was coming home. Very comfortable. Dr. Chong improved my back pain from a 7, with adjustments and doing prescribed stretches at home daily, to no pain at all. Trust when it may not be so comfortable in the beginning! Awesome service, they made me feel so comfortable and listened to all my concerns since I was pregnant at the time. Dr jazz is awesome! My aunt and uncle started going here after a bad car accident and got all fixed up. Next thing you know, dad gets into an accident as well, but dr jazz is there to save the day. In addition to my aunt, uncle and dad, me and my brother now go there for our monthly adjustments. Very nice staff, easy to call and come in whenever feeling a little pain. I've never believed in chiropractors before but dr jazz is excellent and wouldn't recommend anyone else. Dr jazz is absolutely amazing and such a sweetheart! Her receptionist is just as nice! I took my 2 month in to be see due to intervention (vacuum) needed during birth and we couldnt lay him down for even a second. Every single time we tried to put my son on his back he would immediately start crying the second he was layed down, even on a good day we couldnt get him to lay longer than 3 minutes without crying. The first time we walked in we were treated so nicely. When we brought him to the back room we were asked our concerns, she explained thoroughly what she was going to do for our son, gave us a suggestion to help for his tummy problems, and asked if we had any questions. She was very sweet to my son when talking to him and holding him..when she touched his lower back he arched back immediately, knew he was in pain, and pointed out his problem areas. During the adjustment she was very gentle with him and wanted to see him in a few days to see how he was doing. After we came home it was like we had a whole new baby! We were able to let him play on the floor for 2 whole hours without one single whimper! Any parent would understand that silence was music to our ears! Happy baby means happy parents! My husband and i are so happy we brought him in to see Dr Jazz and highly recommend her to anyone! Her prices are absolutely perfect and we are able to keep bringing him in to be seen without breaking the bank! :) Thank you so much Dr jazz!!
