They provide the best service possible. I do not see one way they could improve on it. They can respond to the problem very quickly, all three times either that day or the next day. They were friendly, professional, conscientious, and considerate in dealing with someone else's home. They resolved the issue and when they were finished, they straightened out the area (the garage) noticeably more than it had been before they started. Thank you Degraaf Electrical Services for once again taking care of my electrical issues. You folks are the best, my first and only call when I need electrical work.

He was also thoughtful with my job, trying to make sure the new lighting would "look right" overall and he took the time to point me to the best lights to finish my job when I'm ready (a DIY job.) Contracted this company a few weeks ago to estimate & install a 20K whole home standby generator…read more I chose the B&S Fortress which comes standard w/ a 10 year warranty on equipment, parts & labor. Not had to use it yet but, this review is for the sales, install and service thus far and my business dealings with Hual Electric. Josh was my estimator and installer. He's like an avatar/robot. Showed up on time, explained everything to the simplest detail and gave me an estimate that was fair. On schedule, a few days later, he returned and installed the equipment and ensured everything was iaw local electrical code. He rewired everything from the weather-head to the generator itself and everything in between. He ensured the worksite was cleaned up and that I was 100% satisfied and educated on the system. The front office staff was great too. Welcoming, helpful, knowledgeable and friendly (especially Jessica O.) Overall: I highly recommend.

He identified the problem in the attic but couldn't solve. They sent a second crew; they traced every electrical outlet on the circuit. Finally one guy went into the attic, removed the HVAC air handler cover and discovered a loose wire nut. Sent me a bill for $800+. The first electrician should have Sisu the problem in 5 minutes. Anyway no one arrived and there was no answer at the local Gulf Breeze Florida office. Apparently the owner, who is physically located in western Pennsylvania, has implemented efficiency measures he learned during his short tenure at McKinsey and Company. These efficiency measures may work in other industries, but obviously not this one. Perhaps had the owner been employed at Bain he would have learned the best way to maximize revenue and control expenses is by MBWA (Management by Walking Around) as opposed to making decisions for a Florida based company from western Pennsylvania...
