The place and location is nice and has a good vibe however the pedicure I received was not the best. I got a pedicure with gel and I asked for acrylic on my two big toes and honestly wasn't good my tech was nice but I think she needs more practice I do nails myself but I just wanted to treat myself to a relaxing time. There is a very weird curv e on the side on my toenail and when she painted them with white polish she didn't push it all the way back to the cuticle so it looks outgrown there wasn't any proper nail care done all she did was sand the top, file the nail and apply acrylic also note on my pinky toe the gel lifted off the side so I'm super unhappy about it idk if I'll be back but $64 down the drain and I came across them on instagram promoting 20% off all of August if you spend over $40 wasn't offered a drink either despite it being 100 degrees outside so kind of upsetting. read more

I'm new to Mansfield and have been actively looking for a good nail salon. I stumbled upon Chloe Nail Salon on my way to HEB and decided to give them a try despite the many negative reviews. Unfortunately, this ended up being the worst nail salon experience I've ever had. It's been barely 10 days and my acrylic nail already has a chipped section on the thumb. I've been getting acrylics for years and have never had powder chip like this. I also added chrome for $15, and it was applied so unevenly -- you can see blank spots and patchy areas. For one acrylic set with chrome, I was charged $85, which is an unnecessary markup considering the poor quality. Definitely not worth the price or the experience. read more

From first impression it is very beautiful and relaxing on the inside, very nice space. I walked in yesterday with my baby girl and husband at 12:05noon. While we did enjoy the overall experience, my nails were not properly done. My tech was not able to give me the curvature I wanted nor did she make them glow in the dark, like I requested. I am new to the Mansfield area and was in need of a new home to have my manicure/pedicure's done. A friend recommended Chloe's and I'm so glad that I followed through with her recommendation. I went today and it was an awesome experience from beginning to the end. The decor is beautiful and the atmosphere was very calming. I was greeted with a warm smile and welcome from Fiona. She answered all of my questions. There was no wait time and I was quickly seated for my requested services. I was offered something to drink by Nancy. I went here instead of my usual place because they were supposed to be good at designs. I shouldn't have! My gel pedicure started peeling off less than 2 days later- went back to have them fixed now they are peeling off again and it's been less than two weeks. Some of the design on my fingernails have peeled off, one nail is separating from the dip coat and others look like they're about to. I spent a lot of money here only to now have to get everything redone somewhere else two weeks later. read more

She didn't greet me, walked up to my face asking me what I want in a very condescending way and walked off. At that point, I was not going to allow her to ruin my evening considering the day I had. First of all, they are very discriminating and rude. Jimmy or whatever he calls himself is totally rude, hang up on me while speaking to him. First the color I chose was not the color on my nails , went back 3 days later to fix my nails, they did a gel color or a deep which was horrible . A week later my nails are peeling, called jimmy who told me to come back he will take care of of me, then I showed up, he completely changed his story saying I have to pay additional money on top of their mess! It's a beautiful salon and they did a great job designing it, but I can't say that the customer service matched the high end aesthetic. The technician that did my gel nails was nice, but unfortunately, they are already peeling and it's only been three days. So now I'm gonna have to go get my nails done again before I leave for the beach. The technician that did my toes was rather aggressive and seemed annoyed to be there. She also burnt my leg with the hot stone and cut my big toe nail too short. Went here for the first time today to get my gel nails removed. When I first arrived I was quoted $15 removal which is fine. After the service they told me I owed $25 bc of the kind of gel on my nails. This was never brought to my attention or discussed when they realized they quoted me wrong. I was soooo optimistic coming here, I wanted to love it so bad. The facility itself looks so nice and trendy. The only good experience I had was when Luna fixed my toes that the other lady had messed up. She was so nice an sweet and took her time to make it look right. I want to preface with the fact that I chose to get the $75 pedicure, it seems like the includes so much and you even get a shoulder massage or so I thought. when we got there, the place was not busy at all so we thought we wouldn't be rushed. the first lady I had rush to the service and did not pay attention to any of the details, she did not cut any of my cuticles or pushback my cuticles either. I told her multiple times and asked for the water to be warmer. She would barely put it up. she painted my toes, horribly and extremely sloppy with the cuticles not pushed back they look even worse. all of the skin on my feet is still there as she did not really take too much time to remove them. My friend that was also there did have some holes and she had to tell the lady multiple times to stop as she was hurting her but she continue to dig at them. After my pedicure was done, my toes were painted. The lady sent me another chair to get a shoulder, massage, which literally lasted two minutes. For $75 you can go to way better places that are much affordable and get a mani and pedi. I am willing to pay expensive prices for nice quality services, but not this. when I told the manager that I was unhappy with the services and showed him my toes, they just fixed the two toes that were messed up and didn't do anything else.
