I think this is the best nail experience I have ever had. My aunt suggested I try this place after she went the other day. Ken was who did her acrylic nails and they love great. Darit did my nails and he was fantastic. Very friendly, we talked quite a bit. I could really tell that he paid close attention to what he was doing and actually made sure that all of my nails had the same shape and thickness. I am so impressed by this. I HIGHLY recommend. The salon was very clean and bright, nice decor. They also had daiquiri machines, wine and soft drinks. I will definitely be back the next time I'm in town!!! Come see Darit or Ken! Found my new nails shop. The girl that I usually go to is no longer at the place that I used to go to. She also said that the more experienced tech from the old place are no longer there so I was at a hunt for a new placefor little while. This place was recommended by a friend that used to do nails for loving, and I'm glad that I took the recommendation . Just looked at my photo, my nails are perfect. I've been going here for a while now since moving back to the area. I used to swear by this place because it's affordable and they always did a good job. But, Last time I went in, I waited 45 minutes, which was fine. I was hanging out, minding my business. I guess the owner called in someone to come in to do my nails since I had been waiting so long. She came in visibly grumpy. When she sat down the first thing she asked me was, "if I was busy" when I said "no" she said "well I was, it's my day off but I had to come in to do your nails" ....okay, I'd be annoyed too, so I shrug it off. My experience continues with another woman working in the salon yelling at me "LITTLE GIRL!" trying to get my attention, rudely. I am almost 30 years old. So I'm irritated but trying to be friendly and notice my nails look terrible. They are not the same length or shape I had requested. Mind you, I'm getting a fill. There was no reason for her to clip off my pointed tips, but she did. I ask her to fix the shape and she does, kinda. They still looked awful but I figured... okay she just isn't good at almond shape. I'll fix them later. I asked if they had any chrome coating for my nails, I choose a color and instead of using any tool she just pats it on my fingers... okay... at this point, I am HATING the way my nails look, but I just figure it's my fault, I'm just not feeling the color, but whatever. I go checkout and normally a fill is $45 when I come in, had been that way for months now. This women charged me $75 for a FILL! When I asked why she said for nail repair, shape (they were already shaped!), $15 for chrome (that she wasted more of pouring it out instead of using a brush) Any single time I have had any of the women do my nails in the salon, I have had an experience like the one above. They knit pick and overcharge you, are RUDE, and my nails always look mediocre, at best, when they have done them. The men in the salon were the only ones I would let do my nails in the last times I went in. Bottom line, if you do go, don't let them women touch your nails unless you want them to look crappy and be overcharged while receiving crappy service. read more

Wow have times changed!!! Charged $172 for subpar pedi, barely even used the cheese grater, still have enough callus to cover 287!!! I was told my hearts would be outlined, but the weren't, so they look ridiculous next to the RED ombré. Don't know why it's going down in quality, but it is and I'm not a happy camper!!! read more

Went in on a very slow day, there was one other person in the business. I wanted a basic manicure. I asked repeatedly for short almond shaped nails, the technician kept my nails long and rounded them. The shape on one hand is extremely inconsistent. She also left me at a fan when there was clearly space at the drying light. You can also clearly see that the top coat on several nails isn't distributed evenly, or even over the whole nail. Upon entering I was asked what service I was interested in, after I told her I wanted a pedicure she lead the way to a filthy pedicure tub . Literally had brown residue in the creases of the chair . I sat there for about 7 minutes without anyone saying anything to me . She then gave me the booklet and walked off never started the water just had me sitting in that tricky chair . I went yesterday for the first time to this nail salon and the decor was very relaxing and clean . I got a dip set and a spa pedicure . The pedicure was amazing but when it came to my nails and the color it was a different story . When one of the ladies handed me the basket of colors for my nails she ended up giving me the gel instead of dip so after I picked my color they told me that was gel not dip. So when i wanted to color match in the dip the man only brought me two rings of the dip color and told me that's all they had , and they were all winter colors with only two bright colors being orange and that's what the guy pushed me to get. I don't appreciate the deception just because that's the color the guy wanted to work with but overall the Workman ship was good . Just not the color I'd normally or ever go with . read more

Very disappointed! On the phone they gave one prices, but in theme salon they charging higher prices. Give you an example, they said on the phone that regular pedicure is $25, charged $27. On the phone they said that they have flowers stickers for nails, no stickers in real life. My manicure wasn't nicely done. Polish started come off very next day! It's naver happened before. I came back and they was nice at first, but when they found out that I came for redo, they wasn't nice at all. And didn't want to repain my nails. I have to convince them! I made an appointment over the phone for a mani/pedi. I showed up for my appointment time early and I still ended up waiting 35 mins after my actual appointment time. They kept asking me if they could do my nails at the same time of my pedicure I told them no because I feel like it's never really done correctly when two people are working on me and I can't really enjoy the massage chair. About 4-5 other people all walk in for appointments and then the lady working on me tells me they won't have time for my nails I need to come back in an hour or two. Mary was my technician and she gave me, probably, the best pedicure I've ever had. Her attention to detail was amazing. She was very friendly, but respected that I was relaxing and reading. This place seems to be a bit overpriced compared to others in the area. But they do give money back on the vip card so I guess that's a plus. I did have an incident with my gel nails chipping the very next day. I spoke with Debbie and she agreed to fix them for me,which was good. So I went back a couple times but got Dip nails the next two times. Every time I went to the register to check out I had a different surprise. I'm told the Dip nails were $40 but got a glitter top coat on half each nail and was charged an extra $10. It would have been understandable had I been told about the extra charge before hand and not surprised when I got to the register. So that time I wrote it off as a misunderstanding, because I liked my nails. The second dip set I was charged an additional $5 but she definitely didn't do anything spectacular to warrant the extra $5 charge. Again it was a surprise to me when I got to the register. So I guess she felt like since she had to open up an additional jar of dip, it was ok to charge extra. I can't remember if I had two or three different colors on my nails but they were very basic, and my nail are super damaged to say the least. For this reason I will not go back. I feel like the customer should be made aware of additional cost in advance so that an informed choice can be made. I don't think it's ok to tell me one price and when I get to the register it's something totally different. If you are going to charge extra for different colors, it's ok, just make it be known in advance . Anyway, there is too much competition and the area is over saturated so I won't be going back to this one. read more

I am so happy! I searched for a new salon to go to with my best friend after being left hurt and bleeding at another, and this was an AMAZING choice! This salon is so beautiful with the pretty colors and even water walls, and the workers are so nice! We waited a bit but it was definitely worth it. We were helped at the same time side by side and was able to have a little bit of conversation with the workers, and we got our nails done carefully for a great $25 price. When I chose my color and was about to start, I'm really indecisive, so I felt bad when I asked my technician to switch colors, and without hesitation he let me and helped me chose another! Visited Saturday 9/5/20 @ 6:15pm. I never leave reviews but my experience was so extremely terrible I felt I had to post. I came in about 1hr and 15min. before closing time to get a dip set. I asked the manager was she sure they had time to do my nails because I live close by and could come back tomorrow. The manager said "oh no" we have time". I picked out a gold color dip which they were sold out of. I had to take more time to pick out a 2nd color, when I finally settled on a color the manager said "sorry we are out of that to. So then I proceeded to dig through the colors again looking for a pink I had previously seen that I thought I would like. While I'm looking for the now 3rd color, the manager keeps standing there asking "what about this color, what about this one". I did not mind the suggestions at first but when I told her I did not like the colors she was picking she got noticeably irritated by her body language as well as facial expressions. This started to make me feel very uncomfortable and rushed, which also began to irritate me because it was not my fault they were out of the first TWO colors I picked. After I am successful in finding a 3rd color they actually have, the manager proceeds to sit down and start to prep the dip to work on the hand my nail tech is not working on. This made me even more uncomfortable because I did not want two different people working on my nails because I was worried they would not look even. When I mentioned this to her "she proceeded to work on my hand anyway and said "we usually out of here by 8pm". She was going extremely fast which made me feel even worse because I felt like i was a problem for her that I took too long (not my fault every color I picked was out and picking colors took longer). I mentioned to her multiple times she was making me uncomfortable by rushing, that I would prefer my nail tech to finish my hand, and that if she was in such a hurry to go home she should have not taken me and let me make an appointment for the next day. She ignored my comment and continued working in a hurry on my hand with attitude. When the manager finished "helping" my very nice nail tech Lena, she continued to come over and stand behind her watching and talking, continuing to put off the impression it was taking too long. This experience was far from relaxing. I was so uncomfortable and upset at how I was being treated I couldn't t help but cry. It's not cheep to get your nails done and I was already too far into the process to walk out. The nice lady doing my nails noticed me silently crying and asked was I still coming tomorrow to do my pedicure. I politely to her no. After some conversation between the tech and manager (I'm guessing she told how upset I was and was not planning to come back for the pedicure ) the manager came over to try and smooth things over by blaming what happened on miscommunication because she is not American and don't understand English fully. I don't believe that for one second. I clearly told her she was making me uncomfortable, I'm also sure you could see it in my face as well. You also don't need to speak a word to see someone mistreating you with facial expressions and putting out a rushed customer experience. She just kept saying I need your business I'm sorry. Well, when I went to check out I still paid the full $45.00 even after she knew she made my experience miserable. Clearly, she didn't care about my experience or the way she made me feel as human being. In the end, I was still just a dollar sign she wanted full payment. If I had any kind of business where I made someone so uncomfortable they cried, that I really felt bad about miss communicating my words, actions, and body language...I would have offered that the next visit would be free so I could make things right and show the customer a better experience. I probably wouldn't have charged the person either. I would not recommend this place at all now, which is sad because I used to come a lot. The only good thing I have to say is Lena did an excellent job on my nails and I hope she finds a better nail salon to work at in the future. I will be taking my business elsewhere now. It's their loss because I get my nails and feet done every 2 weeks like clockwork for my job. Very disappointing. Don't go here unless you liked to rushed and treated like a number. I will trying American Nail Bar by the Kroger in Mansfield tomorrow for my pedicure. read more

Very nice setting, I came in from out of town in need of emergency nail repair. The staff were very helpful and knowledgeable on my big toe that broke off completely so I was able to relax and let the nail tech take the wheel.
