This place will rob you! I've been here twice and unfortunately, both times were a bad experience for separate reasons. The first time I came, I asked for natural looking dip and they made them very chunky and I had to have the manager file them down afterwards so they looked normal. And the lady who worked on my nails was very rude to my friend and I. The second time I went, the actual work looked good, but I they weren't following hygiene protocol and overcharged me significantly . The lady who gave my manicure was about to use used cuticle cutters on me and I had to remind her to please get a sealed sanitized bag of tools instead. Then they charged me separately for each manicure step. First they charged to remove the old dip, then they charged for the normal manicure (like filing my nails, and cutting my cuticles), plus a separate $60 charge for the gel! In total, they charged me $120!! I've gotten my nails done for several years now and in several more expensive states like California and New York and I've never been charged anything close to that high. Also, this was for a standard gel manicure without any special designs, French tip, massage, or anything like that. After all of that, their recommended tip selections were 25-30% smh read more

The service was rushed, and I can completely understand why they have minimal business compared to other nail salons. I was looking for a new nail tech since my former nail tech closed her business. I had high hopes for this business but was very dissatisfied and still looking for a new nail tech. I have 4 gel x nails that were applied crooked. The other tech that did my pedicure filed the skin on my toe too hard and filed the skin off. She I have ingrown toenails and she was very rough. Zen needs work on builder gel today, it was not an even application and I feel if I hadn't said that it was lumpy, she would have left it like that. After telling her it was lumpy, she filed all the nails with the machine. Ive never seen builder gel need to be filed like acrylics before the gel color application- so it was strange since Ive have builder gel many times before at this same salon by different nail techs. She was also tugging and throwing my hands kinda roughly.. She questioned what I wanted multiple times and quoted me on them like I would change my mind. Im a regular there at this point so I know about how much it will cost and I want what I want and will pay however much it is. Anyways the end result looked fine- she did paint 3 fingers solid when I told her at the start that I wanted only 2 but since the experience was mid, I'll deal with it.
