The place is clean and spacious. People are nice; Service with a smile and a back rub at the end of the service. I was there for a gel manicure twice. Both times the UV lamp was not hot and the manicure didn't last. I pointed it out to my technician but we couldn't communicate. I am not sure whether this has to do with all their equipment but I will not go back. read more

Dropped by this salon today and honestly, it was pretty good! The staff were super friendly, really sweet, and super attentive the whole time. The place has a chill vibe with tons of cute gel colors to pick from. I'm only taking off a bit because the wait was a little longer than I expected. I went in for a full set and pedicure. Tony did my full set which turned out ok! When asked for color recommendations for the French he had no input and appeared annoyed. I went to this nail salon and received a UV hard gel full set of gorgeous fall colors. My nails usually last me a month before i receive a fill-in, but these nails didn't even last me two weeks. First, one pinky nail broke off without my knowledge- broke off right where the extension was applied. Then i got that nail replaced and a color change at another establishment because i reside in Westchester. Then, three more nails crack and break off in the same exact spot! I call the owner to inform him, and he tells me that it's the other nail salon's fault due to them drilling some of the gel when removing polish. He tells me it will be 15$ dollars more for the 3 nails that broke off. So i go to the salon as instructed and pay to get the nails replaced. The nail tech that did the nails originally replaced the 3 nails, and informed me that they broke off due to the extension not adhering correctly to my real nail. Then, a 5th nail breaks in the same spot the next day. I call the manager again, and he refused to give me a complimentary soak off or complimentary nail replacement for my troubles. The nail tech's work looked amazing at first! But a minor mistake was made in application and it became a larger issue down the road of every nail breaking off. mistakes happen. But the reason I'm beyond upset with this business is because of management, very money hungry, and there is no compassion for the amount of money i had spend thus far at this establishment, and no accountability. If you choose this establishment that is your choice, but you better hope no mistakes are made! I'm so excited, this may be my new salon. Fairly new only been open since January 2024. I don't know how I missed Chloe nails but I'm here now.Place is super clean & cute. I'm in love with my nails. Diana did a builder gel on m nails. She took her time & I couldn't be happier with the results. Another young lady did my pedicure which isn't the best. I think she missed a few steps. She didn't scrub my feet or do cuticles or even file or shape my toe nails. I thought the process went rather fast, I thought I missed something because I was so engrossed in a book but in reality she missed a few steps. I will request someone else for my pedicure next time.
