If I could give this place 0 stars I would!!!! I just left and they gave me Danny, he was HORRIBLE! Everyone was sooooo rude. He messed up my big toe and cut it in half and made my middle toe look like a triangle. They had to change pedicurists after that. Absolutely no one apologized! The "manager" a lady said well that's it basically when I mentioned the horrible service and the fact that no one apologized. I spoke to her in Spanish and explained everything to her and she did not care at all. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!! Don't go here, i actually cried during my service. I went in to get acrylic on my toes, and said I want them In between long and short, there rude, kept giving attitude because I asked tops 3 times to fix the shaping because it was incredibly crooked. And the lady made my smaller toes super short, there was no point of getting the acrylic, I asked them to fix it and she started complaining. There a little expensive, not super but a little, u can get better quality service somewhere else for cheaper. I've heard bad things about them but that there toes were okay, no there not, and I watched them talk about me when she walked away while they stared at me. Don't go here it's not worth it. So I went in and had my nails done by someone I just seen get yelled at by a customer, I really should have known better as she is doing my hands I immediately notice she is skipping steps.I pick a color out and notice as she's putting on its a different color u know to me at the time she can't speak English no surprise their I tell her and she gets the color I told her and proceeds to paint over the color I didn't pick.I then tell her I have never had a nail tech do that, she still doesn't understand me.I can feel my blood begin to boil and ask for her Manager I then attempt to explain to the manager what has happened, mind you it is the same manager who the other women was complaining to about the same nail tech.She doesn't ask me what happened she asks the girl who is doing my nails , I then flip out and say we are not gonna do that and speak in a different language in front of me about me.And I tell the manager we are either gonna get someone to fix my nails and get paid or I walk out right now.I also tell her the customer is always right.After some back and fourth I tell her I'm not continuing this conversation I will not pay $80 and leave here unhappy.She then puts me in another chair and someone else fixes my nails and then that same Manager trys to make me pay an additional $25 I said absolutely not and you should learn customer service and English and I paid my original fee and I said you wont see me again ever!P.S.My nails still were done horribly.Worst experience I have ever had in my life at a nail salon in over 20 years! read more

Great! After the fiasco with the last nail salon, I went back to acrylic nails ! I was searching on Yelp and I found this nail salon. I called and they told me I didn't needed an appointment, good for me. When I came in the manager asked what I wanted ! I said , short French nails, she told me the price and to wait. 15 minutes after she started to do my nails. Love it ! She was nice, her staff was nice and the place was clean. Patricia was a great help with the work, very nice lady. I am puertorrican, I am spoiled girl when it becomes to nails. Puertorricans are great doing nails ! My search is over. I've been looking for a place close by that does manicures and pedicures like they do in the city. Neat, meticulous and professional, I found it. No drills, actual dryers and not fans and good nail polishes. I came close to closing so I had to get both done and the same time (which concerned me) yet the techs were so good that in the end, I didn't mind at all. I love the space, the cleanliness and most of all not choking from acrylic dust. No offense to acrylic users yet I always wonder - if the nail techs are wearing masks while doing it, shouldn't we all be wearing one?? I love my regular mani and pedi. I'll def be back. Was able to get a last minute appointment at this place for a pedicure and dip mani. Diana was great! She was very thorough and took her time, about an hour on my hands and 30 min on my feet. The manager was at the door assisting those who had appointments and making appointments for those who didn't have one. Those who arrived early were instructed to wait outside until there time. So much for a relaxing experience with her constantly invading your personal space. *Inez gave me a visibly asymmetrical toe design. It was so bad, I thought she was pranking me but going to fix it. I realized she was done so I pointed out that the designs weren't the same and she replied "I have another customer." As if I, as a customer, didn't deserve to have my service completed to my satisfaction. How can you send a client out of your business with visibly inferior results? *Recently the salon was super crowded and my wait was going to be at least 3 hours. There were four ladies in front of me, but I didn't mind waiting. That's what Saturday's are for, right? I'm on the list to be seen so I inform the owner that I'll be back. She rudely snaps, "Where are you going? You can go and get coffee, but if you leave you'll loose your spot." Let me get this straight: I've been a customer on and off here for about 15 years, I probably won't be seen for the next 3-4 hours, and if I leave you're going to bump me off the list? Ines really took her time on my pedicure. Most importantly they are so much cleaner than all the other place in the area. They actually use sanitation pouch and liners for their customers. The owners were down to earth, super nice. I did the CND gel set on my nail. Not many salons has it, it last a lot longer than acrylic, and it doesn't damage my nails. Came here on a whim for a pedicure so this review will only be for such. They were able to start me right away which was great as I was on my lunch break. The owner/manager was patient and helped my find the matching color to my friends' nails who was with me. The lady who did my pedicure was very thorough which I really appreciated as to me this is the most important part of a pedicure. The chair didn't have a massage feature which kind of sucked. Massage was literally 2 minutes but you can pay $10 for 10 minutes. Lastly the polish was very neat and I was very happy. The lady who did my pedicure was very nice and attentive. The only catch is the price as I think it was expensive at $21 for a regular pedicure. Anyway I don't mind paying the money for the good service and I definitely recommend this establishment for a pedicure. read more

Okay, I went to this salon last week in need to find a to go nail salon, I was reading the reviews and figured that I need to give this salon a try. I arrived around 12 pm and figured it was going to be a semi-long wait. As I entered they told me only one woman does acrylic nails, she soon came from the back room and started doing my nails. I guess she was the boss becuase once her employees would come and charge a customer she would get up from her chair and go open the register. It was a bit annoying that she kept getting up while she was doing my nails. Another thing is she kept drilling and filling my nails way too much, even she hit my skin with the drill and it was stinging a bit. I asked for round tip nails. the conversation went like this, "I want my nails round shape (shows her a picture), she responses with "mmh" and does not pay mind to the picture. I clearly did not get that shape and believe me when I tell you the nail shape were different from each other. while she was checking if the nails match each other, she really only put two of my pinkies together and then my thumb and didn't really pay mind to my other fingers. overall, I wouldn't say it was the worst experience, cus I had WORSE. She seemed very nice to customers and employees, telling them to take their lunch breaks. one more thing is I believe it is overpriced. I ended up paying 41$ for just regular shape acrylic nails with gel nail polish, and no design. that is a lot in my opinion since I had paid 30$ in other locations. read more

I went to this salon today to get a gel manicure and i was pleased. The salon is near my home, clean and the manicurist took her time I wish got the manicurist name but, I forgot to ask. I believe I will be returning. I normally go to a nail salon near Fulton street for a gel manicure and it doesn't last two weeks and it's about $37.
