This was my first time visiting this store & was pleased with the wide variety of options the store offers from in-house chocolate treats, caramel apples, candy, & toys. My toddler absolutely loved this place & did not want to leave. We ended up with a cheesecake caramel apple & gummies. Their caramel apple was delicious & I would definitely go back to try others. However, do expect to pay more than usual as their prices for their candy are marked up significantly. The customer service was okay, as it was close to closing time. Super late to the Dubai Chocolate trend but I had high hopes for this chocolate bar, especially with how popular this thing is but unfortunately, it didn't live up to the expectations. The chocolate itself was okay--smooth, milky, and sweet--but nothing extraordinary. Taste-wise, it felt very average and similar to what you'd find in a standard grocery store milk chocolate bar. Pistachio flavor was lacking, it may be my preference but the chocolate was overwhelming. The bar alone looked nice, a bit uneven on the back side though. The packaging was visually appealing, but ultimately, the product inside didn't justify the premium cost. What really threw me off was the portion size. The bar is quite small for the price--definitely not something I would consider a good value. If you're curious, too lazy/busy to make it yourself, and don't mind paying a bit extra it might be worth trying once but maybe not from here... After buying this Dubai chocolate in particular, makes me want to make it at home :/ read more

This place is great if you're looking for a large selection of unique candy, delicious chocolate confections, and some fun plushies. We stopped in here after seeing a movie at the Sierra Vista Mall. Their bakery case is filled with tons of chocolate cookies, fudge treats, chocolate, dipped Oreos + pretzels, and literally anything your chocolate heart desires. My wife ordered a piece of chocolate fudge layer cake? Not sure what the name named it was, but it was delicious. I don't believe they make any of the items in-house. When I asked where they get the pastries from; the worker wasn't quite sure. Hopefully it's someplace local! My son opted for gummy snake candy and my daughter wanted cotton candy ice cream. I opted for a scoop of cookies and cream + strawberry cheesecake gelato, and it was freaking amazing! Smooth, flavorful, and not overly sweet. Definitely the right choice on the hot 100+ degree day. There's a good selection of European candies here, caramel covered apples, and literally tons of sugarcoated snacks. Beyond the snacks they also offer a lot of fun toys and stuffed animals. The girl with long hair Jordy not sure but she literally took 10 minutes to make a milkshake had no urgency or even just an I see you and will be right with you, I was patiently waiting by the register but she continued to help everyone else walking up to the chocolate bar didn't even acknowledge me although I know she saw me, after waiting almost 20 minutes I went up to the counter and asked for someone to please check me out, she still didn't look at me and told Kai to help me. This place is great. I used to always come here for the Ricky doo's pop corn. It was 3 for $21. Not sure how much they are now. I had the truffles here before and those were good too. Some stuff was quite expensive though. Like recently I went to try their Dubai chocolate and was not impressed! It's small af for $15 and the filling wasn't filling! It could've been more packed than that honestly.. next time I'll just try to make it myself. $15 for a small dubai chocolate bar is pretty crazy. I thought the Dubai strawberry cups were $15 which is a normal price if you go somewhere else. I understand the ingredients are hard to find but the quality, texture and taste were not what I was expecting. I've been wanting to try this place out for a while, finally visited after watching a movie at Sierra Vista. Such a cute place, there are so many different delicious options to choose from- we bought a couple chocolate covered apples and they can slice them up for you before you leave, so much easier to enjoy them when they're sliced if you plan on eating them immediately!! They've got ice cream, other chocolate treats, cute gift ideas, stuffed animals and other kid gift options. I am staying at a nearby hotel and just stopped in to this chocolate shop. Even though it is Halloween, the girls working there were so incredibly helpful and friendly. The girl that helped me suggested the caramel apple and the one that was her favorite, and it Did not disappoint! I also got a couple of other candies to try- delicious! This establishment is a great example of a well run small business! As the owner remade the Dubai Chocolate bar with more filling for me as I wasn't satisfied with it the first time. I could taste both the flavors of the filling and chocolate as they melted in my mouth. She took the time to reach out to me to rectify the situation. She's very attentive to making sure customers are satisfied and that's what makes this small business great alongside their unique assortment of treats of course! Although my experience wasn't the best the first time I walked in, this second time she made sure I felt welcome to stop by again! Stopped in here for the first time after seeing a movie. I told the worker this was our first time there so I wanted to know how much the rocky road was as there were no prices displayed. The worker was rude and seemed like she didn't want to help. She rudely said they're "like $4 or $5" I brushed it off and kept looking then I asked her how much are the almond clusters and she rudely said "the same price as the other ones" I was confused as to how small almond clusters would be almost $4 / $5 each so I asked do they not go by weight and she said "they do." but didn't even say how much by oz or lb or anything! Pretty much she was rude and short and offered me no help! Like I was bothering her with my questions! especially as a first time customer you would think they'd want to help! Her responses completely turned me off from even wanting to buy anything but my child wanted stuff still so I went ahead and purchased anyways. I probably would've spent a lot more money in this store had the employee been kind or had prices displayed, but with my having to ask the rude employee for prices she just made me feel like an annoyance to her so I only purchased a little. For the chocolates - the almond clusters were good and my child enjoyed the peanut butter cups but to me customer service & simply being kind and helpful goes a long way so I don't think I'd return based on that employee. read more

I work next door to this establishment, so I'm in here at least once a week LOL, but today I've decided to leave a review for the lovely staff members. I've been wanting to try the mini strawberry pizza for awhile now, but they're always sold out, and I usually don't have the time to wait. But today, I did have some extra time before my shift so I decided to order the mini strawberry pizza. A nice girl checked me out real quick for the mini pie, and then she went to the back to make it for me. Unfortunately, they were out of mini pie tins, so she offered me a refund. UPDATE! The dude and I frequent this store pretty often as we constantly have dinner nearby at Colton's and check this place out to see what new items they have and yummy treats. Each time we come in - staff is always patient with my indecisive self which is awesome and they always appear busy like making treats or cleaning or helping customers. On 6/25/21 the dude and I took my 7 year old niece here so she could pick out some cool things while we waited for our table at Colton's to be ready. We spent probably about 20 minutes in the store browsing and I lost my princess Marbles when I stumbled upon Line Friends -- my love of Brown Bear and Coney (I have a pretty nice collection going on). Anywho, the niece picked out a squishy ball, a two small princess gummies and I ended up getting a red velvet cupcake and a brownie cookie. My baked treats were delicious. My favorite will be the brownie cookie 9/10. Red velvet cup cake was a little dry for my liking but still tasty 8/10. The memories we created here with my niece and the happiness seeing her browse around priceless 10/10. I got the notification that our table was ready and we needed to go and we didn't realize we got over charged for an item we didn't buy, until reviewing the recite until after dinner. We walked back and they were closed. I told the dude to come back the next day to get a refund. Since I had both nieces the dude went the next day and best the employee could do was give us a gift card with the amount we got over charged on as the employee could not do a cash refund. I was pretty happy about the gift card and the owner Susie called us to make sure we were completely heard and wanted to make sure we were satisfied and have the resolution we wanted which is completely above and beyond customer service! I think it's important for owners to follow up on situations like this and get to know who their customers are. Plus I enjoyed talking to the owner! Very sweet woman. The dude and I will continue to support local businesses like this one as the way she handled our situation was very professional, caring and you can tell she takes so much pride into her business! I'm excited to come back soon to get Brown Bear and Coney from the line friends, take my two nieces here (my 7 year old niece shared "I love the chocolate store" One of my favorite stores in Clovis. I don't think this is exactly a bakery. The first thing I noticed was the smell when I came in. It wasn't disgusting, but it didn't smell sweet or pleasant like a bakery typically would, or even a candy shop for that matter. The ladies were on the opposite end of the store working together and chatting, but acknowledged their customers and told us to let them know if they needed anything. I appreciated that because I don't like people standing over me as it makes me anxious. I asked her what she thought about the cupcakes I was picking and while she hadn't tried them, she knew her coworkers enjoyed them. Honey Butter Cupcake: 7/10 -The frosting wasn't overwhelmingly sweet and was whipped to perfection. There weren't an abundant of sprinkles, which I loved because I hate the extra chewing for sprinkles. -The cupcake was crispy around the edges, but not hard, so it was tolerable -Flavor: I didn't really get honey, but I definitely got butter. The cupcake wasn't super sweet, it was just right. I would've liked to have tasted the honey a little more or at least had the honey incorporated somewhere on the cupcake. It was my favorite one out of the 3 though! Strawberry Lemonade: 6/10 Frosting: could've been whipped a little better and it wasn't giving strawberry at all. I'm not sure if this was pink lemonade or strawberry lemonade now -Cupcake: I love strawberry cake and I didn't get strawberry from this. In fact this kind of tasted like regular cake dyed pink. I was surprised to see the filling though that was supposed to show the lemonade component. It wasn't bitter and wasn't overpowering. There was enough filling for it to be a lemonade flavor Rainbow Confetti: 6/10 Wasn't impressed at all. Tastes like Walmart cupcakes. I get vanilla cupcakes to see just how different they are. Ok, I literally just ordered from here this morning for my friend's birthday to have it delivered. I'm not a local but I needed a unique gift besides the usual cakes or cookies typically for a birthday. Ohh boy they exceeded my expectations! The caramel apples were bundled in a bouquet and had the frills of ribbon and color! They made it a nice touch with the note on top. It was a wonderful delight without even asking. So where's the crust? :/ I really want to love this strawberry pizza pie because it claims to be Mom's Pies and Goodies'. But every-time I order one, it's always a huge disappointment. All you get is a mouth full of strawberries and creams but no crust. The crust is seriously thinner than paper. I went in to pick up my order and as i stood there the two two staff members had a conversation going by the ordering side. They made contact with me but continued to speak. I decided maybe i had to walk over to them. They gave me a blank stare and yes?! I gave them my name and said I was there to pick up my order. It was me not them. Man that google maps is confusing. I spent about 20 minutes riding around looking for the store front to find its in the shopping area, whew. When I walked in I just fell inlove filled with so many options and great little souvenirs and goodies to choose from it a desert heaven. I didn't know what I wanted I just knew that I had a sweet on a Sunday afternoon that needed to be handle. As I walked around I was in ahh in all the options. Slim pickings on the cupcakes on a Sunday (I know better next time). The store was empty just and the two ladies working there. This is the cutest shop I've seen in ages .There's candy , pastries and toys nearly everywhere you look. As soon as I walked in I was greeted so warmly with enthusiastic hellos and smiles. One could become lost in the wholesome goodness of this place . I would've wandered inside this large yet inviting spot for a long time, but sadly had to cut my visit short .
