I placed a pre-order for 2 12 packs of mini cookies which cost me $60. I go pick up my order and I had ordered curbside after waiting 20 minutes. I went into the establishment went up to the pick up line. They asked my name. My two boxes of cookies had been sitting there. They both laughed. Edited: I did email the Sunnyside Crumbl and received a reply from Oscar stating the cakes are always packaged with the cookies and this is the first time this has ever happened. THAT is impossible but it might be the first time someone complained. He did offer a free butter cake when we return so he clearly missed the point of the cream melting onto other cookies. Anyway, no need for a free cake as we won't return to this particular location because they missed the mark all around for us and we were embarrassed that this was the dessert we shared with our company lastnight. We ordered via the app and I sent my son to pick our order up. The worker couldn't find an order under my name so they had my son call me to see if I was sure I ordered from the Sunnyside location. Yes, I was sure. So I sent screenshots of the order. Eventually they thought to look under my phone number and found it. This was only an inconvenience but it seems logical to look under the phone number before you question the customer. What was disappointing about the purchase/visit is they put the butter cake which has been heavily advertised and is served warm in the box with the 5 cookies. It was 100* outside so when my son got home with the order (we only live a mile away) the scoop of cream they put on top of the cake had melted and and gotten on some of the other cookies. First time at this location. Definitely closer to home. I've only been to crumbl a few times at the Clovis location and each time I've order it's either through the app or someone was able to help us. Walked in around 5pm there was someone infront of us getting help. We didn't get greeted and after the person infront of us got help the guy simply walked back to get orders together. We stood there for a little while still no greeting from the other 3 workers looking at us. I had a voucher for my free birthday cookie that I wanted to collect and I had $10 in credits I wanted to claim. Didn't really know how to use the kiosk but thankfully stood there long enough to figure it out (which was actually quite simple) and was able to order the 2 cookies. Once we placed our order our cookie was ready almost immediately. I ordered the pumpkin brownie and the honey bun. Both actually really good cookies. The pumpkin brownie was chilled, soft not overwhelmingly sweet as it looked. I couldn't taste the pumpkin however. The honey bun has got to be one of my favorites warm and soft on the inside it was perfect and I'm such a sucker for cinnamon flavored cookies. The store was clean. But they could definitely work on their customer service. read more

I really like the cookies however this location is never good. The workers seem overwhelmed or something. If the cookies is supposed to be warm it's never warm or if it's supposed to be cold it's just room temp most of the time. I recommend the Herndon location in Clovis. read more

Food/cookies unable to rate since I never received them. Service-1 star. I placed an order on the app for curbside pickup. When I arrived one of the employees came outside to tell me 3 of the 4 cookies I ordered weren't ready, they sold out. He said I could get a refund or come back in 30 minutes to pick up the cookies. So I opted to come back for my 4 cookies. When I came back I had to go inside the store to check on my order. Another employee proceeds to tell me that one of my cookies was still not ready and would be an additional 20 minutes. I said the other employee said my order would be ready in 30 minutes and she shrugged her shoulders and said I don't know what to tell you they aren't thawed! So at that point I asked her to cancel my order. I wasn't going to drive back a 3rd time for some frozen cookies. Suggestion - teach these employees how to keep up with the demand. read more

have tried to go at different times, different days, i love crumbl but this location is just terrible. the employees never have once greeted or showed me my order like they are trained to do after every order, i've received the box of cookies with dry cookie dough like they touch the boxes with their dirty hands & it's very annoying cause it's happened more than once. I feel like this location isn't as busy as other locations in fresno for it to lack the quality of cookies that it does, my order has never once been up to par or even close to what i've gotten at other locations. it sucks cause i live 3-5 min from this location and would prefer to drive to river park or clovis for better, warm cookies and better customer service. read more

I consistently go to crumbl (very American of me ik). I've gone to every location in Fresno & Clovis multiple times and I have to say the man working at this location on Tuesday March 12 at 9:50pm needs a RAISE. Not only was he working hard keeping the store clean but he also fulfilled my request. I've had issues at other crumbls where they don't put as many toppings as advertised. Not here. This man gave me the PERFECT number of marshmallows on top of my cookie. Other crumbls would give me like 3 (even though the photo has 9) and then tell me they can't put more. The Crumbl in Sunnyside area is the absolute worst! The employees are rude and have no social skills. And the cookies/cakes are never consistent! I ordered the German chocolate cake, and it barely had any coconut filling. Consistency is key when running a business and having qualified employees is also important. I decided to redeem my points for a mini 3pack today. I usually go to the other Clovis location but I was closer to Sunnyside. My first time at this location was a disaster. Staff is very rude and does not greet customers and my cookies literally crumbled while trying to eat them. Today I decided to do a curb side pick up to avoid having an issue. When I got my cookies the staff didn't even greet me just threw me the cookies. I got 2 Oreos and 1 oatmeal chocolate chip. The 2 Oreos were so hard and were difficult to bite into. I placed a preorder 1-2 days before pickup time. When I went to go pick up the cookies, they were not ready and they were also sold out of some of the ones I ordered. They had to make 1 of the cookies and said it would take 10 minutes, but that turned into 40 minutes! They had difficulty with refunding me for one of the pies that were sold out. The cookie they made ( cosmic brownie) was flat and there was very little frosting that was just put in the middle and did not look as advertised. This is not the first time I have had this type of experience with this particular Crumbl location and I will not be visiting this location again. I would think that they would look at their preorders and make sure they have the cookies available since it was ordered ahead of time. read more
