Wanted the traditional dressed version so swapped mayo for the mustard. Shrimp was excellently fried. Agree with my wife the jambalaya was great but the red beans were not very tender and when I asked for sugar for the beans (it's a real thing) they brought out three varieties of fake sugar and no real ones.
