Service was super friendly and really accommodating (despite they were super packed!). There are seatings about in and outdoor. - Zeina fruit waffle (4/5): thick honey waffle, soft inside with a slight crunch on the exterior. Toppings include fresh strawberry and banana chunks with 3 chocolate sauces. Overall it's a great dish to share or just have it all to your self. - Sushi roll (5/5): from strawberries/banana and crepe, with a chocolate fondue. Super solid yet light dessert, not too carby. Great choice when you just had a heavy dinner. You can also request to have strawberries only. There's also an expansive selection of chocolate truffles and treats. Loved this place. Like Willy Wonka for adults! Rows and rows of delicate and ornate chocolates as well as decadent desserts and coffees. When you walk in, there are three huge chocolate fountains that greet you: dark chocolate, white colored, and milk chocolate. They use these to keep the chocolate churning, and drizzle one or more on many of the dessert options. I chose the Berry Crêpe, which was delicious. It came drizzled with milk chocolate, which is not my favorite, but I asked if I could have some dark chocolate too and they were happy to oblige. They make the crêpes fresh and the breaded part alone was wonderful. They are open late! I'm always intrigued by a spot that serves desserts and coffees until midnight on a Saturday! Over priced desert with terrible customer services. The crepe is under standard sized and lacks chocolate and taste. Regarding the customer service, we called ahead of time and ordered but still made us wait at least 45 minutes and kept saying that it'll will be ready in 5 minutes. Can I just start by saying - WHY HAVEN'T I DISCOVERED THIS PLACE SOONER!!!?!?!? I was shopping at a store in the same shopping center and saw "chocolate" on the sign and had to pop over to check it out. The staff were SO FRIENDLY! The owner explained to us that his grandfather started the business over a century ago and this is the first location in Houston/the States. We were offered a sample of the milk chocolate and it was soooo creamy and smooth and flavorful. I wanted to purchase some of the beautiful fruit shaped marzipan as a gift for my mom but didn't want the 2 lb box that was already arranged and wrapped. The owner pulled out the tray of marzipan pieces from the cabinet but there weren't all the different fruit shapes as in the box. He literally opened the packaged box, removed the pieces I wanted, and packaged a new, smaller container for me. I wanted to try the pistachio crepe and asked if we could substitute the white chocolate for something else. Everyone made us feel so special and offered many suggestions to customize the crepe. We decided to do a dark and milk chocolate drizzle with the pistachio creme. It was so delicious. Wish there was a zero star option! Beware of getting scammed! We ordered a pot of Arabic coffee and paid $15, which we were told to have 8 cups of coffee. Since we ordered 15 mins before the closing time, we can only take it to go. We waited for 20 mins before the cashier lady handed us three less than half filled small To-go cups. When we asked the cashier lady that we ordered the pot for $15, but she gave us only 3 half cups of coffee she started to argue with us and make excuses. She took our cups and pour them in to the coffee pot to show that she gave the right amount but It came short. In this process, they pour hot coffee in my husband's hand and burned severally. We try to make the lady understand that 3 cups of Arabic coffee would have been $6 VS they are changed us $15 for a pot of coffee that wasn't full. So, we need what we paid for. But it was not registering with her and she continue to argue. After arguing for 15 minutes, we lost appetite and wanted our money back The owner, who couldn't speak English was willing to give us money back, but the younger cashier lady, probably his daughter, started to curse him and us. It was a family drama unfolding, as her father, mother and brother was try to claim her down, but she continue to yell at us, The old man hand is over $12.75, instead $17.65 pushed us outside. (without the coffee) Shocked to get a customer service like this, we left without counting the money. We don't recommend this place despite the 5-stars reviews.
