I would not recommend this dealership to ANYONE I bought my jeep from them in February of this year not even a week after I had it the radiator went in it and then they told me my warranty only covered the radiator not the hoses it cost me over $300 and they sold me a car with bald tires being a woman I didn't think anything of it and the tire had a slice in it . It was also having a grinding noise in the tires when I got it and now 6 months later I went for an oil change and the oil filter cap was hanging from the bottom of my car I seriously don't recommend anyone buying a car off these people the service people are very rude save yourself the hassle and go somewhere else ! read more

Hi I would just like to start off by saying this car has been listed for at least 3 months and my family owns a dealership ... I had called about a vehicle on Tuesday was told it was available and if they would accept a trade which I was told yes I arrived a half hour late the next day to see the car out front with two men "inspecting" the car and that it was in "limp mode" because of that (makes no sense)I was immediately brought inside to look at some papers while my boyfriend stayed outside without myself being able to see the car... I was then told it wasn't inspected so I had to drive it around the lot. I went maybe three times around the lot and multiple codes appeared ( now assuming that's what they were clearing on my arrival.) I then parked the car do to it saying engine malfunction and that it was over heating and in limp mode again.. we tried to bring this to the man's attention politely when he flipped on my boyfriend throwing his arms around yelling saying he knows nothing and urging me to continue to buy a broken car lying said they had just got the car and don't know what we are saying after finally being able to get away from him since he was cornering my boyfriend in the car door we then were leaving the parking lot and we're flipped off when we said we don't appreciate scammers. Don't waste your time here or MONEY! Not to mention the car fax pulled up a MAJOR HIT that they were "not aware of" sad to think u could pull a fast one just since im a young girl ill stick with my American muscle. 0/5 stars. Purchased a car for my daughter here in winter 2021. She has put a grand total of about 15,000 miles on it since we purchased it but we have shelled out thousands for major repairs. Last fall we had to have the turbo replaced which cost about $4,200 out of pocket- Choice did the repair and they did offer a 10% discount which at the time was appreciated. Fast forward to this Summer (July 2023) and the entire electrical module needed to be replaced. Choice couldn't do it after giving me about 2.5 weeks worth of excuses couldn't figure out the exact issue and had it with a "specialist " that also couldn't figure it out so I had to have it towed to Land Rover Monroeville to complete the repair and once the car arrived at Land Rover Monroeville it was covered in some type of clear goopy sap like substance. Whether that was from choice or the "specialist" they sent it to I don't know but the repair shop at Land Rover Monroeville made several comments about it. The grand total for the electrical module was about $689 at choice for a new battery that wasn't needed ( since it was replaced by a shop I initially had AAA tow it when this first happened since she was stuck in the side of the road I had a receipt as proof the battery was not the issue since it was brand new and had 0 miles on it since it was towed to choice once it was discovered that the issue was not just the battery) then $3,200 at Land Rover Monroeville plus towing. Now (November 2023) she is experiencing issues with the turbo again - which remember was replaced last fall. I was told there was a 1 year 12,000 mile warranty we are 3 weeks outside of the warranty and only 8,000 miles in and they are completely unwilling to do anything to help. I was told the parts were purchased from A& L motors and I could call them to see if they could warrant the parts used. I called and they had no record of purchase from choice and didn't know what I was talking about. This is a dealership that does the bare minimum. They probably fixed the car with used parts from a trash can and some duct tape and that's why they won't stand behind their work. I feel strongly that we were sold a lemon and that the dealership did everything they could do it hide it and that the repair shop does not do quality work. The bottom line is the car shouldn't be having multiple major systems replaced. It is a 2016 with 102,000 miles on it. I am fully aware of higher maintenance costs associated with the Land Rover brand this is not the first one I have had and I currently drive one and I have never experienced anything close to this amount of repairs in this little time. These issues are not maintenance costs these are major system failures requiring complete overhaul after only driving about 15,000 miles since purchase. We have spent about $8000 plus towing on these repairs. We made a HUGE MISTAKE in trusting this dealership with our business. I would not recommend them to anyone for anything under any circumstance. If you are considering using this dealership and reading reviews for that purpose please reconsider. This only time I CRIED when bought car #grateful Lenny went ABOVE/BEYOND for me; and it was at no benefit or gain for him. In fact, it created more work for him, back/forth emails, calls, and took more of his time. I flew Pittsburgh, the used vehicle was exactly as described & BETTER. The staff operate like family, not as "independent" sales agents. Work as a team. Lenny had customer(s), so another agent got started so I did not have to wait. sold a senior citizen a fraudulently inspected vehicle that had to be towed back to the dealer with less than 20 miles drive. no communication, they took an elderly womens money and towed her car and have left her stranded. the inspection stickers were fraudulent as state required light bulbs were burnt out, and the nearly 12 (6 permanent codes) engine codes they deleted that all returned before the vehicle was driven home. read more

This is really more like 2.5 stars. The location is nestled on Old William Penn and is easy to miss if you don't know it is there. I found it though a google search for a specific car. They have a wide selection of cars under $10,000, including many luxury cars (like Mercedes and BMW). Before visiting them, I had an online chat with one of the sales guys. I asked about specific cars and was told they were available and I made an appointment. I was told that if any of them were sold or were no longer available that they would give me a call. When we got there to check out the cars, we were greeted promptly. However, I learned that three of the five cars I had specifically asked about were no longer available for variety of reasons. I probably would have made the stop in to check out the other two, but that was certainly a strike towards the reliability of this dealer. We had several questions about the cars, but since it hadn't been to their shop yet, they couldn't answer them. And they were pretty basic questions (when were the brakes last replaced, how old is the engine). Apparently this was a "new trade in" and the other was "fresh from auction." We were interested in one specific car and were pressured to put down a deposit since "there were two other people also interested in the car." We told them we would not be putting down a deposit until the car had an inspection and we knew more about the overall condition of the car. So we left leaving our contact information with the sales guy who said he would call the next day with a status. I called the next day. The car was "still being inspected" but they again wanted me to put down the $500 deposit. I said I was still interested in the car, but wasn't going to put a deposit on it. They assured me they would call the next day with a status. Of course my phone never rang. I liked the car and the price was right, but with the lack of return phone calls and the seeming unwillingness to give information, we went elsewhere when we purchased a car. They would have a better review if they seemed like they actually wanted to sell cars. read more

I have nothing but "good" to say about my experiences so far. Bought my car there, after a few days had a big problem. Lenny and his mechanic went to the site where car was, towed it to the garage and repaired it. It was a big job to repair, but it was repaired in a reasonable time. Chris in the garage is the best. Dropped off car on last day of inspection around 6:00. They close at 5:00. Chris just happened to be outside, saw me, told him I just realized I didn't renew my registration, took me inside, sat at computer, quickly obtained registration for me and there you go (I'm not usually this much of a scatterbrain). He suggested a few small items not necessary for inspection but would make my driving experience more pleasant, and that was appreciated. Anyway, I have been very pleased with Choice Auto. read more

Found a car I wanted to buy online, I called in and spoke with a salesman about it, I wanted to place a deposit for them to hold it for 3 days, so I could pick it up on the weekend. I specifically asked to place a deposit, and specifically mentioned I wanted to do so, so that the car wasn't sold out from under me. I was told It wouldn't be, that the next day it would be back from service and I'd get a call about it. The next day I called at 9:01am to place my deposit, I was told on the phone I'd have to wait for the salesman I spoke with the previous day to do so, and that as soon as he was in I'd get a call. hours go by, I call up and ask for the salesman I spoke with, and he's off. The car was sold by that point. Are you kidding me? Absolutely unacceptable, unprofessional, maybe the salesman I spoke with initially could've mentioned he be off the following day, or asked someone there to gather my deposit for him? Well here we are 2 weeks later I have to drive back down here to pick up the truck I get a half hour away from the place after packing up the truck. Found a car that they had online through cars.com I believe. Price would have been right for a car that was clean and was of retail worth. This car was not. I cannot say that the car ran bad, far from the truth, but the other issues associated with it were worth a bit of negotiating that the dealership REFUSED to do. When I had gone to see the car, like the other reviewer it was out being serviced. I dont know where or what the consider service. When I opened the hood I noticed 3 things right off that should have been addressed straight away. 1. Leaking valve cover caskets. Not uncommon with the car I did purchase, as I did need a car immediately and this one was with a bit of work in the end worth it. 2. Ball join replacement. Upon the short drive that never let us hit any highway speeds, found it needed ball joints. Again, nothing hard to do but a problem that you would think would bring about a bit of negotiating, there was none... 3. Though very small, there were 2 chips in the windshield. 4. Multiple chips in the hood paint. 5. Lastly, transmission needed serviced, flush, replacement of filter, and fill. Now there were other things that you wouldnt expect to see with a car that is at a dealership. Dirty interior, car was very dirty on the outside. Engine was grease covered. I could go on with the little things but it isnt worth it and it is petty. The major things mentioned above were what stood out. I did get the car, fixed the issues and nothing is wrong now at all. My cost for all with me being the labor was about 500 dollars. If you want something from them remember that the price is final, no haggling at all. Being in sales myself I demand great customer service. Sometimes to much. Well, Lenny and the staff at Choice went above and beyond. We bought a 2014 Town and Country. He fought to get us the best rates. They had just picked up the vehicle and it wasn't co platelet detailed yet. We could have driven away with it. Like any used car it had the minor dings and scratches. Rather than let us drive away he told us to come back in a few hours. He had one of the guys from the body shop buff them all out and use touch up paint where needed. Van looked brand new. They were all awesomeness to deal with, very quick and smooth, no games, no haggling, none of that "let me ask my manager" crap. If your in the market for a used car this is definitely the place to go. When I'm due in a couple of years there will be no debate as to where I'll make my purchase. Found a car I liked. Was unable to move them off the asking price even though I had a check for 8000 dollars in my hand to put down. They told me walk out the door and they will just sell the car to the next person. I decided to overpay for the car since I really liked the car and they would not negotiate with me at all. Noticed some noise on the test drive. Asked about it wit not answer I thought nothing of it but decided to take the car to ford dealership 10 days after purchase to have the car looked over due to the whine noise I was hearing. They determined the transmission was destroyed inside and was beyond repair. The car only had 25k on it! I was left in the position to completely replace the transmission which was major considering I just bought the car. Choice did nothing for me. The whole experience was awful in every way and I will not be a future customer. read more

I did not receive anything from this business to write this review and I usually don't write reviews good or bad, but Choice Auto Sales and Ray, a salesman there, were so good to me and my 19 year old daughter I felt compelled to let others know they can trust this place to buy a used car. My daughter is in college and works 2 jobs so when she needed a reliable car for $5000 or under, I was left with almost no choices. But I found a car on cars.com and called thinking it would be sold just like all the other cars under 50,000 miles, Ray assured me he would let me be the first to look at the car once it was done being detailed, etc. Ray did just that and after buying it on the spot, I eventually had the car looked at by my mechanic who told me it was a great car for the value. One other almost unheard of thing was that Ray called me the day before I was to come look at it and told me he wanted to repair something so I wouldn't have to worry about it 3 mos. later (really?!?!) so to hold off on coming the next day.
