My son called to ask why plate has not been mailed their story changes... They said they would never let a car off the lit without a plate and the registration is what gets mailed. They blamed my son for losing plate... I followed my son off the lot... I thought it was odd they're wasn't a plate but since I don't but cars often I didn't think anything of it. Now they want my son to go to dmv to get a new plate! He's been in touch with a notary who looked at the pink slip and said it's a mess and isn't even signed! I brought my 2015 Ram there in 2015 brand new. It is eight years old and has only 30,000 miles on it. I have always kept it very clean and most people think its brand new. I have always had it serviced on a regular basis at Monroeville Dodge/Ram. The mechanics were professional and always used plastic to protect the interior. These guys working there now are questionable. I will never return! By the way, over $100.00 bucks to have my headliner and visors cleaned.

She has no idea how to support Customer's. And there was no talking to her about at least checking to see if the problem was serious. I hung up and called Sendell. Katie was great right from answering my call. Understood the concern and scheduled an appointment in 5 days. When we arrived at Sendell Katie was there to greet us and handled everything; engine light and oil change. Katie gave us regular updates on the service progress. Katie went the extra mile and found a coupon (that we knew nothing about) from Hillcrest that reduced the cost of the oil change and applied it to our invoice which saved us money. This is what Customer Service is and should always be about. I'll be a Sendell Customer from now on.
