This place is by far one of the worse senior livings out here. The owners do not care about this…read morebuilding at all. Every day is a new problem with water leaks, black mold everywhere through out this place but was always told to paint over it. There are roaches everywhere through out this building. The place is honestly falling apart. If you looking for assisted living definitely wouldn't recommend they do not take care of those residents the don't get showers they have no way to tell if a resident has fallen or anything they don't do room checks. Cathy who was marketing and now ED has fed these people lies to get them moved in and nothing she said has happened. It's really all for the money which isn't right. Since I have Ben there we have had 4 ED's 3 marketing directors and 2 Activities directors all of this less then a year. The building doesn't pay the bills and the residents are there to suffer. Residents are not happy with these decisions that are being made now.

I'm not sure where to start...I would not recommend placing a loved one in the Memory Care part of…read moreMagnolia, and heaven forbid they need extra attention with things like ostomy bag replacement (which we were told they could handle, ten months later we are told they cannot), and lord help the ones that start declining with their dementia...long story short our dad was kicked out at his lowest and declining mental health...the employment turn overs are crazy and for the longest time were undermanned...they paint a pretty picture initially with all these things they offer but failed to provide half the stuff they listed...we were doing a good portion of it ourselves ie laundry, bed changing, showers, room cleaning, bag changes...yes we had to put a camera in the room and numerous times had to show admin for proof of what was being done and not being done...most of which fell on deaf ears...my suggestion is to do your research before allowing your loved one with mental challenges to reside at Magnolia...

Unfortunately Providence Hospice had supply chain issues as well as staffing issues and they were not present when my mother needed them the most. Agape Hospice was able to step in and provide the 24/7 hospice care she needed so she could pass away pain free and with her family, When you are looking for a hospice, please ask questions about how long it will take to get DME equipment such as hospital bed and oxygen and if they have the staffing to provide 24/7 coverage for 72 hours when your family member is at the end of their life. I can't change what happened to my mother but I can warn others not to use this hospice company.
