After reading a few reviews, I decided to run over to Duke's on a Saturday afternoon. 1st impression was great. Place looked and smelled clean. There was a fantastic lady who waited on me. Awesome customer service, weighed the laundry, she wrote down my requests (no perfumes/dyes...small allergy) and she gave me a total. She asked if I wanted to pick them up later. Paid it and was on my way in about 15min. Crazy fast and efficient. I returned Sunday to pick up my clothes and there they were waiting on me, washed...folded...in bag with my name on it. I have been to other dry cleaners and the outcomes have been less than desirable. I have had garments returned torn, burnt, and with broken buttons. The mangers at the other places, for the most part, have not been receptive to compensating me for damage they have wrought. There has only been one event where I needed something redone at this dry cleaner. It was not that big of a deal except I work in a public setting and my attire cannot be rumpled or stained.
