Clothes didn't get collected. I reported via email and customer service phone number.and cancelled as I didn't trust I would get them back. Assured I would receive a refund for the cancelled order. NO REFUND. NO EMAIL. NO APOLOGY. I am a regular traveller and use laundry services regularly. Worst experience I've every had.
