Her name is " Bindhu" She is always smiling and polite and attentive , not too mention she always in here in extreme heat , the place is hot ! And she is Amazing! Employees are what make me come back , as well as they do a really nice job on my cleaning . I can walk into many dry cleaners, I choose this place . I brought two new suits and a tie here and received them back in worse condition than I left them. The tie has wrinkles pressed into it all up the side (visible from the front). The suit wrists are not pressed at all. The suit collar was folded incorrectly before pressing. There is a random indentation above one of the pockets and horrible wrinkles pressed into the flap of the other. MOST EGREGIOUS: The chest has a big area (larger than a hand print) of huge wrinkles. Another smaller patch of wrinkles on the otherside too. How could they see that and continue to package it up for a customer? I brought them in because both of them had a light stain after wearing them each for one evening. They were both brand new and had no irregular wrinkling besides what you can expect from sitting through one meal. Sure, the stains were removed but I am outraged at the state of them. The worst Dry Cleaning service in Lisle ! They take your brand new clothes and destroy them and then they try to fix them by stretching them out and ruin the entire sweater by making it look so bad that nobody can wear them anymore because they were so stretched out and ruined them so much that they were just too much to keep the shape of the sweater and ruined it all by changing the shape of the entire sweater and making it look really bad. Needless to say they have never paid me for running my new sweater!!! read more

I had the most terrible customer and quality service at your Lisle location. This has got to be THE WORST One Price I have ever patronized since using your service for over 15 years! The last incident occurred when I took my clothes in before leaving the country. I took them 2 days before departure, in by 9 out by 5, and my shirts weren't ready. What was ready looked horrible, worst than going in! I asked/paid for my pants to be dry cleaned and they were laundered. When I bought this to their attention, I was told, "we go by what the tag says." How about, I know what I want and if I want my pants dried cleaned, and paid for my service...that's what I should get! Which turned out to be a lie anyway, because they laundered my jeans, which the tag says Machine Wash! My white shirt was still soiled, still had lipstick on it, and now...faded! The before and after pic will show the difference! My black shirt has some kind of gunk all over it and also faded! Both shirts were new before worn, and both look horrible now! To top it off, the attitude of a particular associate, who might be mad because she's always the one there, needs adjusting! She says the location is short staffed and the store has had to close earlier on more than one occasion because of this! One Price ruined my clothing, and I have the pictures to show! I would never recommend this place, I'd wash my clothing on a washboard before I EVER take my clothes back here! read more

I have been to this location of CD One Price Cleaners a total of three (3) times for standard dry cleaning of my general office attire (slacks and shirts mainly). Upon every single visit, I specifically request "no crease" on my slacks, as it is my personal preference and because I mainly wear chinos manufactured without creases. EVERY SINGLE TIME I've picked up my dry cleaning, there is at least one pair of slacks creased. Each pair of slacks is specifically tagged "NO CREASE", yet they are creased regardless. (See photos) This location has truly struck out with me and more infuriatingly made noticeable unwanted crease marks in several of my non-crease pants. I understand their business model requires volume and quick turnaround times to be profitable, but this location seems to truly lack attention to detail and an inability to learn from their mistakes. read more

I cant say a single bad thing about this company or location. I started using them while living at Four Lakes, but now living in the Chicago loop, i still use them (this location) over our in building cleaner. On my commute to work, I drop off clothes in the morning. On my way home, they are clean, pressed, starched, and ready. All at a third of the cost of the cleaner in my building. One day service for a third the price?!? Amazing! I like the idea of on-site cleaning. I have seen some small cleaners who outsource the real work to third parties. It is horrifying to see your clothes put in a van with mud on the floor. You don't need to worry about that when cleaned on site. I trust this location and company with a great deal of expensive items. Sarar suits and shirts, sometimes 30 at a time. I have had no issues with clothes being damaged, albeit a few dress shirts i wore the elbows down a bit too much on that i should have trashed instead of attempted to continue to keep alive. read more

I don't do a lot of dry cleaning but have taken several suits and jackets here and been happy with the results. You do need to pre pay when you drop off. If you are dropping off before work, try to get there right when they open at 7 am. By 7:15 am, the place is crawling with business people dropping off shirts to be washed. This confuses me as don't these people own washing machines? How do the rest of their clothes get clean- shouldn't they just toss their shirts in with the rest of the laundry? Questions like this make my head hurt. Anyway, the parking lot is tiny and hard to get in and out of. Be prepared to wait a long time to get back onto Maple from this location. read more

I discovered a top secret alternate route which nullifies the star I trimmed from my previous review score due to insane difficulty in getting out of their parking lot and back on to Maple. Alright, well, I suppose it's not really top secret, since I'm posting it here, and it won't be a secret at all to anyone with a map... But, here goes- Instead of getting involved in the Maple Ave battle royale, simply take an immediate left to head south on Lenox St., from there you can hang a right on Kohley Road, and then another right on to 53. You'll be far enough south down 53 that you'll be able to turn on then merge over to the left to turn left on Maple, but it isn't so far that you feel like you're really going out of the way. I feel like I've lived a complete life passing this knowledge on to at least one, or possibly more, random stranger(s) on the internet. read more

They're incredibly cheap, and you get what you pay for. I dropped a jacket of mine off in the morning. I was going to pic it up before my flight. I was going to be gone for about 3 months. I came in, picked up my jacket, and immediately left because I needed to make my flight. With jacket in arm i arrived at the airport and decided to put it on. Not only was it not even clean, but it was missing two of the buttons. It was an incredible disappointment. I couldn't even make it in to say anything. I will not be returning and have advised all my friends and family not to go here for fear of similar experiences. read more

$1.09 for laundry shirts. EVERYTHING else is $1.99. They don't do leather, but I've had them clean coats and suits and sweaters and never been disappointed (knock wood). Also, lots of older cleaners have pilverized the buttons off my shirts. These guys never have. The only real con is the parking lot and the other skin flints that frequent there. read more

I've lived in the Lisle area for 5 1/2 years now and I haven't had one thing to get dry cleaned till recently. I'm not one to purchase "dry clean only" items, but my business suit needed to be cleaned. So something I didn't expect, but I was prepared for was to pre-pay for my items...I guess everything was the same price. The jacket and pants cost less than $6 and since I don't have a lot of knowledge of the dry cleaning business, my mom told me it was a real good deal. The guy at the counter input my info into their system, and as a new customer I scored a laundry bag with shoulder strap. This will come in handy when I haul towels and sheets over to my Parent's house to wash. The rule here is, if it's in by 10am, you can pick it up the same day, or next day or something....my drop off was at noon, I waited a day or two to pick it up as I wasn't in a hurry to get it back. When I picked it up, I was satisfied. Both for my drop off and pick up trip, I missed the lot entrance off maple heading east and ended up in McDonalds both times... no biggie, I just walked over through there. As I have already reviewed the CD One Price Cleaners in Downers Grove on Ogden Avenue, in which that one is by far my favorite....but this one is a nice 2nd best. I found this one when I was doing a lot of business in Naperville, in which this location was on my way. With a charge of $2.49 per item...you really can't beat it. Since I am a fan of dry cleaning, which equals the reason of my clothing lasting years upon years....I do a lot of dry cleaning to say the least!! They are fast here and friendly at this location, the only thing is I have had to request a couple of times for items to be re-done. I totally understand that mistakes happen, especially at the volume they are doing. They are very polite and non-hassling when you request for something to be re-done-which is a nice bonus!! But, it is just very frustrating when you are dropping off in volume (yes unfortunately I sometimes let it pile up that I think I will have to take a small loan out to cover it) and you are in need of an item for an event and see the item was not properly cleaned. Overall, if in the area...I do recommend this location for the price, speed (in by 10am out by 5pm....amazing) and efficiency. My only recommendation...double check your clothing...especially if you have an item that is needed for an event prior to the day of. read more

She said she can't get it done this way. That was fine but the way she talked to me and treated me was very ignorant and rude, her goal was to make me feel like an idiot. I don't understand how people like this get a job in a customer service oriented business. She should work somewhere in the back not interacting with customers treating them like garbage. We've been going here for a little over a year and we're now noticing the work is becoming very shoddy. Spend at least $100 a week there and any time we bring up a concern with someone they are hard pressed to question it and reluctantly fix the problem. They do ok sometimes, but they knock a lot of buttons off. Sometimes they replace them (generally with a button that doesn't match) and sometimes they don't. I noticed a lot of my collar tips get curled here too. Lastly, I had a blanket cleaned here for 20 bucks and you couldn't even tell it had been cleaned. It looked like they just folded it and put it in a bag. I sent an email to them asking if they guarantee customer satisfaction, but they didn't bother to reply. read more

Boyfriend has been a long time customer of this dry cleaners and absolutely loves them. After moving in together, we decided to start bringing my clothes there as well for its fast, inexpensive, and great service. However, I quickly learned that this place is excellent for pressing dress shirts, but not so great at women's skirts, dresses, and silk blouses. One of my silk blouses was completely ripped in a spot from their machine and skirts/dresses are starting to have unraveling threads. I gave this place a try twice now and will not be going back. It might be alright if all you want is to have your garments seamed but forget about it if you want them cleaned. I brought in a suit once and pointed out the places that had small spots. When I picked up the items the spots were still there. The suit looked just the same as when I had dropped it off. I really wanted to like this place since they were so cheep so I foolishly gave them another try with a winter coat. It was heavily wrinkled and needed to be freshened and pressed. I could tell right away when I took it out of the plastic that all they had done was run a steamer over it. The sad thing was the wrinkles were still there but just slightly improved. It's hard to find a good dry cleaner these days. Any suggestions on where to find a real dry cleaner in the area that does cleaning and not just steaming? read more

This cleaner was close so brought a silk shirt to be cleaned. Pointed the stains out, they were tagged and the shirt came back with the stains still on!! Luckily, my husband soaked the shirt and was able to get them out. My husband had a similar bad experience as he wanted to use a coupon to clean his dress shirts. The shirts came back in the same condition he dropped them off in-wrinkled and dirty. Terrible service from management! They melted my comforter and would not take responsibility for it. First they said it came in with melted hard chunks through out, it was perfect condition when I brought in. Then they said they had thought about rejecting it, a concealed admission of guilt. Instead of working with me they said they had to wash it again, of course this didn't work. After a lot of back and forth and 2 weeks of nonsense they did NOT make restitution for my ruined comforter, and I barely got my $20 cleaning fee back. I told my friend about it because I remember him mentioning using this dry cleaner and he said he doesn't use them anymore because they ruined several of his shirts, one was ripped from pocket all the way down the front of his shirt, that was the final straw. Okay, after discovering this place we now bring 70% of our stuff here for dry cleaning. We can afford to splurge on this luxury because its only $1.09 for mens shirts and everything else is $2.09. BE PREPARED: you have to prepay with cash or check. Not a big deal but we didn't come prepared our first time. IN by 10am, out by 5pm same day. We are in love with this place.
