I don't…read moreeven know where to begin with this experience I've had with coldwell banker, but it has been frustrating to deal with coldwell banker, and also I felt as if I just got taken advantage of for my first year as a new renter. The issues started when I expressed to the property manager that I would sign the lease as long as the garage would be available at some point. They told me yes, and so I signed. After a while of no updates on the garage, I emailed them and asked when I could get the garage. After multiple times of reaching out and trying to get a straight answer, they finally told me that I could only get the garage after I resigned for another year with an obvious price increase. Coldwell banker then sent me a letter stating that they did not want to continue my lease, and so I was forced to move out in two months. The issues I had been having aside from the garage included the owner coming without 24 hours' notice (non-emergency) to get items from the garage. Sometimes not even telling me that he would be coming over. Other issues included dealing with coldwell banker and their horrible customer service. Again, I felt as if I had been taken advantage of as a new renter. I paid my rent on time, kept the place clean, and was still lied to and treated rudely. They have also charged me an unnecessary cleaning fee that they will not refund back to me. I left that place spotless, and yet I was still charged $325, which was deducted from my deposit, and the invoice seems to be vague on what exactly they did. Overall, I would never recommend anyone to coldwell banker and would advise them to stay away from anything associated with coldwell banker.

I ended up rescuing a puppy and failed to mention it to management, the neighbor was a creep and has cameras facing directly at my home, unfortunately because they were on his property there was nothing to be done but that neighbor took pictures of every move we made and reported it to crown. Long story short, crown found out about the puppy and i wasn't able to find a new home for her so they told us to write a letter that we are leaving or they would evict us. I recently joined the Kenmore team because I was tired of being a property manager. I brought them…read morea completely remodeled property. Everything was freshly painted inside and out. When I walked through it with them, we discussed how they would be a little move in cleaning cleaning, since everything was brand new. I expected that agreement to be honored When I got the cleaning bill, I was dismayed. I was charge for full cleaning as if it was a move in disaster. WhenI inquired they told me three cleaning staff had to mop the newly painted already mopped floor five or six times. That is a complete fabrication or they were milking the job. I had a witness with me before they cleaned and took pictures so I disputed this claim. Kenmore operations refuses to do any kind of dispute, resolution, even though we discussed the lower cleaning rate, New customers might want to check out the dispute resolution process as so far my emails are ignored by the operations manager, with no response after disputing for two months. My issue is basic principle. I do not like it when people take it advantage of me or not honoring agreements. I am keeping my eyes open as this is my first experience with Kenmore Team. I have had to work with the operations team on Appliance Repair, and we have had a modicum of success there. I am just I'm unhappy about the lack of dispute resolution and complete lack of communication regarding my concern. I guess I'm just supposed to suck it up when they thrust bills on me that I don't agree with.
