Talk about taking our business for granted. At least pretend to care or see if you get a cancellation or something. Straight up nope and okie dokie with us trying to find another place for him to get vaccinated. They simply do not care and it's not the first instance. In the last few months, she had some recurring health issues that her previous vets didn't really address for us. Everyone here, from the front desk to the staff who were more hands-on went above and beyond every time. Unfortunately, we lost our sweet Lula girl in a horrible tragedy and when I called to inform them, as we had an appointment later that week, the empathy displayed was amazing. Her veterinarian then called to follow up, expressing his condolences. On top of it all, we received a card in the mail expressing their collective sympathies. I don't know when we'll get another pet, as this is very fresh, but if we do I will certainly bring them here and recommend this place to all of my friends and family.
