She quoted me a price and then told me she would not come at the agreed time because I did not pay her enough and her other clients pay her more. In addition, she broke the contract and would not refund my money. She said she has a 72 hours cancelation policy and I said that it was 4 days in advance and that she owned me my money but she would not pay me back.
