It's in essence a salad fast food chain which serves up salads made to order as you go along choosing the delights you want in your salad. Today I had lettuce, pasta, red onion, tomato, sweetcorn and ham, with a fat free dressing called sesame soy. It was delicious, as I knew it would be, because Chop'd is consistently good quality ingredients. They aren't stingy on the contents either, mine was fully loaded with all the good stuff. This chop'd branch is smaller than most, but the queue was comparitvely small (the one in spitalfields used to be about 50 deep sometimes).
