I have been ordering here for well over 15 years and must say, it is THE BEST CHINESE I have ever had! The food is hot, fresh, and made-to-order. With large orders they usually throw in a quart of sweet tea (and it is both strong & sweet - yum!). They offer a vast menu. We've had the potstickers, crab rangoons shrimp eggroll, veggie eggroll, General Tso's chicken, shrimp with broccoli, shrimp with lobster sauce, shrimp fried rice, pork fried rice, and honey lemon pepper wings. E-VER-Y-THING was delicious! They will add extra onion or use no onion in the fried rice upon request, and the portions are generous enough to share or have leftovers. It is completely a takeout joint - no seating for eating, just a few chairs for waiting. Speaking of waiting, the wait time is what you'd expect for made-to-order. As others have stated, it is CASH ONLY, so come prepared. There is a Trustmark ATM right next door, but if you don't bank with them then of course there's a hefty fee. If you place a phone order, you'll know your total ahead of time, but I've still had to wait until I arrived and paid for the order for them to start cooking it. That ensures the hot freshess, so I don't mind. The neighborhood could be better, but you'll be in and out for the most part & trust me - the food is worth it! The staff is friendly and efficient. So my friend was craving chinese last night and this place had a great rating, so I took a chance and good god am I glad!!! The only negative my friend kept pointing out is that it was in a poor neighborhood but really, that doesn't bother me. That usually is a good sign that the food will be awesome! Oh and fyi, they only take cash. Luckily there was an atm right next door so I was able to get the cash from there, but would have liked to have been a little more prepared. So we ordered Beef and Broccoli, Pork Lo Mein, and a couple eggrolls. I wasn't feeling like being too adventurous and really I don't eat chinese that often so basics were good for me. The food was SSSOOOOO worth the drive and I will definitely be going back for more. It wasn't overly greasy like a lot of places wind up making it, the ingredients were cooked perfectly, and I seriously made a pig of myself. The eggrolls were super crispy and so good I wish I had ordered more. All in all this place is great. I love this place!! I've never gone and had a bad experience. The food is always delicious and service is quick. Its not a dine in restaurant, so make sure you're looking for take out when you go. As far as Chinese food goes, this is my favorite spot in Jackson. I come all the way from my house in Pearl to eat here on a regular basis. The shrimp and broccoli is my favorite item! You must also try the wontons and the honey wings are a must!!! And although this is a Chinese food restaurant, the sweet tea tastes like your grandmother makes it!! We LOVE this place! Crystal Springs is a small town and not many places to eat but we prefer this place over most places out of town. They're very friendly and fast. The food is always hot and so good. We call our order in and by the time we get there(10 mins) it's ready to go. We eat chopsticks at least once a week. read more

The best Chinese takeout place in JACKSON MS! Period the most authentic Chinese American I've been going here since I was 16 and I'm 21 right now lol. Everyone always order Honey wings it is the most popular order there. But I usually go for the sweet and sour chicken. EVERYTHING is cooked to order reason I don't go often THEY DONT USE CARDS OF ANY SORT ! They will tell you it's a ATM right outside and let's be honest none is going to want a 3.95 fee for using that ATM. That is the only downfall in my opinion! I definitely will recommend. read more

So I like Chinese food - even enjoy it I guess. For my first time I always go with sesame chicken and pork fried rice to assess the place. Pay close attention to this review. The chicken meat itself seemed less than average quality. There was more dark meat than I like. But I didn't particularly like the sauce. It's thinner than most places you will get it - assuming mine was prepared as they normally do. I like the sweeter sauces that places typically have but this was not it. HOWEVER, It actually tastes more like what you would eat in China - if that's your thing. I've been enough to say that I feel. The rice was average imo. Combine that with cash only and I see it asess than average place. I will go back again and try crab Rangoon if they have it and another dish. But - probably won't rush back. I've learned it's really my only fast option for CHINESE where I work. Oh - they were very fast on this day though. read more
