This Id extremely close to my NY Chinese food that I miss so bad. Ordered the boneless spare ribs combo that came with fried rice and egg roll. Egg roll was good not greasy and I wish I got an extra one. The ribs were so tender which was so enjoyable. The fried rice was not like others places. It was cooked just right not overcooked or under cooked. There was plenty of food for 2 meals, and a fortune cookie where most places do not give anymore. Prices are EXTREMELY REASONABLE! I TOTALLY RECOMMEND TO TRY THIS PLACE AT LEAST ONCE, IT WON'T HURT AND YOU'LL FIND A NEW PLACE WITH GOOD FOOD. read more

This place has the best combination fried rice I have ever eaten over my 52 years. If you order the house fried rice add 1 egg and add green onion you will have the best fried rice the world has to offer. I tried the sweet and sour shrimp. I was unable to find the shrimp. there was a ton of breading. it was not good.

I don't get how this place has low reviews. The lady on the phone said delivery will take 40-45 min. It only took 20 which was pretty good. But you need to make sure your order is at least $19 so they can deliver. The food arrived and the smell was great. I opened the bag and the plate is pretty big and comes with a lot of food. Unfair service. Wish I could say I even tried the food. They were on UberEats and when the delivery girl went to pick up our order, she called us saying they were going to charge us more than we already paid. She put us on the phone with the manager who told us they hadn't been on UberEats in years and that the prices didn't match so we had to pay more to get our food. The restaurant never even officially "accepted" our order, even though they saw it, yet didn't call to tell us that before the driver arrived (and we had placed the order over an hour prior, due to an issue with a previous UberEats driver). Because they wouldn't "accept" the order, we had to go the Customer Service route to have our situation fixed to get money back that the restaurant already had from us. We eat here whenever I don't want to cook and am craving egg foo young and fried rice which is what I always get. I know going In whenever I eat Chinese food from any restaurant that it will be Americanized and won't be anything like what I grew up eating. I actually like the American version of egg foo young and fried rice so it does not bother me. The staff are very nice and the food is delivered on time always. I recommend you try this place. Stick with food you enjoy that you're familiar with but don't hesitate to try other items they offer on their large menu. read more

Listen... I used to order from this place all the time about 10 years ago. I've since moved back to the area I decided to give them a try again. The quality food is just ok. I ordered steamed dumplings that we're so doughy it almost tastes like gnocchi stuffed with a salty pork meatball. The dough had no flavor & I honestly had to pan fry them in to make them edible. My biggest complaint is that I ordered Chow Mein (pan fried noodles similar to lo mein with less sauce.) I was so disappointed with when I received a container of almost all onions, celery, cabbage & a very small amount of broccoli & carrots. It was drowned in a thick cafeteria chicken soup flavored gravy. It came with with white rice & crispy noodles you normally get with soup. I figured they messed up so I called to talk about it. The woman just laughed at me and said "Chow Mein no noodle is fried vegetables only" Which I couldn't even believe she was saying since Chow Mein literally translates to pan fried noodle. My dog wouldn't even eat the veggies I offered him from this dish. It was pretty bad. I was just so disappointed. Sesame chicken was ok, pretty dry & overcooked. Egg rolls were good and decent sized. I almost never have Chinese takeout without noodles or fried rice. This was such an underwhelming experience. read more

This is supposed to be orange chicken and it is not chicken it is stringy meat of some sort half of the order, the other half seems to be chicken, I complained and got hung up on 2 times, never had a problem before but times have changed. I will never go there again !! read more

I'm surprised. After reading the positive reviews I felt safe ordering delivery from here. It got one star because it did arrive promptly, and hot. The food itself was horrible; just horrible. Even the egg rolls, which are normally fine in any Chinese restaurant were nasty. This has to be some of the most tasteless Chinese food I've ever eaten. I love Chinese food, and I don't know what this was supposed to be, it's not Chinese. Yes, the ingredients seem to be fresh, but it's bland, tasteless and small portions. No amount of soy sauce or other sauces could fix it. I tried. I ordered Young Chow fried rice. I got steamed white rice with a few little bits of beef and shrimp; that's it. My beef with broccoli offered vegetable fried rice with it. I chose that. What I got was a handful of steamed white rice, one small piece of broccoli, and one tiny piece of carrot. That's it. The Bo Bo plate had some of the most heavily battered tiny shrimp I've ever had. The spareribs....tiniest, toughest ones ever. And dry. Beef on a skewer smelled spoiled and was so tough it was nearly inedible. I've not bothered to call and complain because the last thing I want is a replacement for this tragic meal. The best way I can summarize Chopsticks is this. Lots of good tasting, freshly prepared Chinese Food, for very little Money. I did not care for their BBQ Spare Ribs, either the boneless or regular ones. The Soy Dauce they give you is not salty enough for me, but we order to go, and have real Soy Sauce at home. The owners wife always sounds like she is yelling at you when she takes your order, but she is actually very nice. read more

I've been going here since 2005! The family does go back to homeland and changes some few years but cook very consistent. It's been very little hit or miss here. The two dishes I like the best from here are the seafood two delight (shrimp and decent amount of large scallops) over the house fried rice. Or the four season which is ( non breaded shrimp, beef, pork, chicken) over the fried rice. The house special soup is great! I add rice noodles like lo main noodle. Because I'm a celiac, I can't eat wheat, rye or barley. Or 20min later it's acid reflux and cramps, jitters for few days. So I really try to be careful eating out. This place if they cook anything breaded it's cleaned afterwards. After every dish so I don't have to worry. And I've never had any problems! If ya can eat wheat I suggest the fried cheesesteak egg rolls! Awesome from what my buds say! Fried scallops and the crab Rangoon could use a little more meat in the filling but there's plenty of filling in it. If you want anything spicy? Or if it's a spicy dish it usually is hot! If you're ok with that? You'll love it! If you want it mild just ask they will do that for you. The house fried rice is the best here for a little place. They are always fast too on time! If you pick up for two it's usually 10-15min and it always is on time. Delivery can very if there busy, which can be on certain weekends. The only reason I am leaving one star is because I can't leave zero. I ordered from this place because it was the only one around that delivers. The entire time I was on the phone with this woman she was extremely monotone and rude. She did not answer the questions I had and she kept interrupting me every time I spoke. I should have known with the amount of food I ordered, the very cheap price would amount to the same amount of quality. My teriyaki chicken definitely did not take like teriyaki; or chicken. After playing it safe for 3 years tonight we ventured out and decided to try a new Chinese take out place. My wife wanted shrimp fried rice which we hadn't had since we moved to Fl. Chopsticks was a few blocks away and as we had seen from driving by it had a drive thru window. I ordered the General Tao chicken combo which comes with pork fried rice and an egg roll, and she got the quart shrimp fried rice. Damn it hit the spot! Living a few blocks from Chopsticks I have been ordering for over a decade and a variety of people running it. Lately, the quality has gone down hill....BIG TIME. Sweet & Sour Pork and Teriyaki Chicken is tough and tasteless Won Ton soup is watery and BBQ spare ribs tough and burnt. In general, food has become tough, bland and overcooked. I no longer recommend Chopsticks and can't wait for the next set of owners to take over.. Now I am forced to search for a new venue for my Chinese fair. read more

I am shocked that anyone could give this place more than one star. I ordered three meals today and I threw three meals away after attempting to eat this hot garbage that they delivered to me. My stomach is in pain after eating the small amount I forced on myself to avoid wasting money. However, no amount of money was worth eating another bite of that. The mongolian beef was lacking beef and came w/ the fried rice vs the steamed rice it stated with out informing us. I ordered chicken lomein w/ baby corn and carrots. The chicken was poor quality (OLD) and the baby corn was old. The egg roll had only cabbage???? The crab raggoons had onions in them???? both weird. I was not impressed. I only ate the lomein noodles and threw the rest away. The inside of this place was scarry also. The ceiling tiles we covered in water stains next to electrical. I could not imagine the kitchen.... The chinese place I regularly order from was closed and Chopsticks was the only other place I could find within my area that delivers. Wasn't expecting much because of the low reviews but ended up pretty satisfied. Ordered sweet n sour chicken, Krab ragoons and honey chicken wings. Everything was packed well in a brown paper bag and still hot when it arrived. The sweet n sour sauce was actually thick and not watery like most places and still warm. The chicken was made differently but ultimately liked it and hit the spot. Krab Ragoon, Chicken Wings and Egg Roll were good too and what you would expect from a fast food chinese place. read more

We had ordered food from here for several years. It was O.K., decent Chinese food. Tonight our order came and the wrappers for the mu-shoo pork had MOLD on them. That is right-- MOLD. My husband, who is incidentally highly allergic to mold, called to complain. Their response was that they keep them in the refrigerator so they couldn't be moldy. That was it. We were disgusted and just threw everything out. If that is their attitude about a long time customer and a food complaint as gross and disgusting as mold is, how well do they handle the rest of their food. Never, ever again will I order food from this place. We contacted the state agency regulating restaurants to complain. I don't know if they will do anything about it, but we certainly won't eat here ever again. Mold is absolutely unacceptable. This was mediocre Chinese food in the first place, but the mold is just downright disgusting. Ordered a delivery tonight at precisely 7:30 pm. At 9:15 I called the restaurant. They said my food is on its way. Long story short...they never showed. I called and spoke with the owner and she did not want to address my complaint whatsoever and hung up on me. I used to order chopsticks all the time and the food was great. I just finished my food and was compelled to write a review, which I rarely do. It was horrible...freaking awful. I love Chinese food and that may have been the worst Chinese food I've ever had. Almond shrimp was terrible, sweet and sour chicken tasted like rubbery, frozen type meat, vegetable fried rice was just all-around bad, even the egg rolls sucked. Low quality all around. This place SUCKS! I ordered General TSO's chicken; was the worst I have ever had, PERIOD! I don't know what they did but my chicken was so tough, it was like leather. It should have been named General TSO'S chicken JERKY! No Broccoli and was not spicy in the least. I think it was double cooked in other words it was prepared in advance then either fried again or nuked again to get it hot. I got a combo meal so again another chinese restaurant with an egg roll with only cabbage. The fried rice was not really fried but had the color however the pork was good and tender and the onion was crispy and fragrant, I did not have any egg in my rice. Also had the Hot and Sour soup, not greasy but more the consistency of cough syrup than a nice brothy soup, also had things I cannot describe that were pointy and tough and really not edible. The other meal we ordered was fresh and was enjoyed and that is why there is 1 star. My vote is no! Would not waste your time cuz you will waste your money; I hate places that cut corners! read more
