They have several vegetarian options, and while the tofu lettuce wraps are usually my go-to, this time I opted for the Mongolian Tofu and a Cold Cucumber Salad. The tofu was crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, with a sweet sticky sauce and plenty of green onion. It came with a choice of rice, and I chose brown rice. I wanted something fresh and crisp to go with it, and the Cold Cucumber Salad hit the spot. It was very light and fresh and had just a little bit of soy sauce and sesame seeds. It was rainy out when we were finishing up, so my little niece talked me into enjoying a giant slice of the chocolate cake with her. I only made it a few bites in, but what a wonderful few bites they were. The service was friendly and easily assisted our larger group. Hubby and I stopped in for dinner, after learning Bahama Breeze in the area was closed. Hadn't been here in a while, so we were like why not. I ordered the Singapore Street Noodles and Hubby had the Sesame Chicken with a side of noodles, we ordered shareable Brussel Sprouts and 1/2 price appetizer dumplings. The dumplings were really good and tasty. We have always loved the Brussel Sprouts and owe our love of Brussel Sprouts to P.F. Chang's. Our waiter was stressed thin as he was the bar tender also, but he did a good job be only one of two there when we arrived. The restaurant atmosphere is always inviting and decorated lovely. Over all as usual the food was good. For the portions size the prices still seem pretty steep, portions are not plentiful. I visited this establishment on Presidents' Day at approximately 3 o'clock with my teenagers. We opted to sit outside, where the bartender provided service at this hour. The service was mediocre. The bartender did not offer or inquire about additional beverage requests, which I would have appreciated, but did not pursue. I got a single piece of vegetable with my order when it normally a medley. I will not go here or order takeout ever again. Better off going to a Chinese takeout. What a Disappointing Visit!!! We have been to plenty of PF Changs and this is by far our worst experience. We ordered Dry Rub Ribs and it came out burnt and like it was fried. Pointed it out to the waitress who said she was sorry and would bring us a new order and she came back with ONE(1) RIB! Sad but funny! We also had beef and broccoli and the bottom of the bowl was a pool of what seemed to be water from the broccoli. Korean style Cauliflower and that was also overcooked and burned. There are a few things about a restaurant that I consider standards of service that should always be maintained. You're greeted at the door by any staff that's closest to you, you're given a beverage quickly, and you're given food at a value to the cost. 1 of 3 boxes were ticked here. Upon entering we stood at the front for about 2 minutes while 3 staff members talked among themselves never making eye contact with us. Once seated, we were given menus and asked what we wanted to drink. When our waiter returned she took our order, and my salad showed up and we still hadn't received the waters. Just came here on a Saturday at around 8:15pm. Hostess said it's a 15 minute wait. I counted about 8 free tables and asked about it. She said we don't have enough servers. I asked on a Saturday? She got upset and said yes it's actually our busiest on Saturday! I asked why not hire more? She said if we had more money we could hire more but we don't! I left. I don't understand the management here. Why not hire an extra hand for one night shift on a Saturday and Make More Money, instead of leaving customers disappointed and leaving? I don't know about the food here. While there's a 50 minute wait at cheesecake next door I understand the wait, they are packed! I don't understand the wait here. I had lunch at the bar this afternoon and Brianna did a great job of serving me. My chicken lettuce wraps were delicious as usual. I ordered carry out for my husband and this is when the wheels came off of the service today. The kitchen is woefully understaffed so the takeout took forever. Then I saw Brianna having to wait multiple tables that were sat all at once and still had to take care of a full bar full of customers eating and ordering drinks. If the management of this place does not get it together no one will come back again. The only reason I gave 4 stars is because of Brianna. We a very small party of 3 had a reservation on a holiday night got there early before it started to get busy and placed food order right away with drinks. Being a Chang fan wife and I tried the Brandon location for an early dinner. We were seated immediatley and promptly ordered our fav, the lettuce wraps. What used to be romaine is now iceberg. Not a problem except the chunk of lettuce was dripping water. I appreciate the wash job but a few turns in the salad spinner would have been good to dry things out. We ordered entree's pepper beef and Mongolian beef both with white rice. I like my dish, the pepper beef but wife did not like her Mongolian. The beef was hit or miss, some butter tender, some chewy. A little disappointed with Chang's. Didn't have these issues with the Tampa-Westshore location, so don't know if its Chang's as a whole or just Brandon. Hopefully this was just an anomaly. One more thing, the wait staff's smocks look very dated, needs some updating...ditch the coolie look, we get it, it's Chinese. read more

It's Asian inspired cuisine, lots of options to choose from, with the family style dining intention. If you order any meat or seafood entrees, you get a choice of brown or white rice included. There are also entree sized orders of fried rice and noodles as well. The salt and pepper shrimp and the sesame chicken were cooked well, tasty and shareable for two persons. The wonton soup was meh. The service was quick. Although very busy that evening, we were seated within 5minutes, which was impressive. All in all, I had a good experience. read more

This first time I have PF Chang as lunch. My previous visits mainly dinner time. They have the lunch menu which is different than the dinner. I like the dinner choices of dish. But the lunch menu offer something I have not try before. Our visit to mall give us the chance to visit the restaurant. The space of the restaurant is nice and open. During the pandemic we were able to seat six feet apart. We order the fried we have shrimp hand made dumplings. They offer two types of finishes. You can choose the dumplings by steam or pan fried. I have not have a pan fried shrimp dumplings. We actually like the pan fried a lot. We also got the northern style pork spare rib. This is another dish we don't have before. The rib marinated by dry rub spice. It was tender and off the bone. Good technique. Overall our time there was very good. Lunch is way to go. read more

This was my lunch stop during a busy Black Friday. I decided to grab a seat in the bar and order. The bartender was very busy yet attentive. I ordered the special chicken lettuce wraps. I should have remembered the romaine lettuce recall, the ice berg was too watery for the dish and the chicken wasnt for me. He offered me a different item and I went with the Mongolian beef bowl. I really liked this dish. The meat was tender and well seasoned with a light soy glaze and the rice was perfectly sticky. He brought me some sriracha mayo to add spice. You can dislike a dish and still have a great meal. I paid for the Mongolian beef and left a 20% tip for the great service. I'll be back this is a solid 4 stars for food and service. read more

It felt great to visit P.F. Chang's again - it's been a couple of years. The Japanese Old Fashioned is the best I have had. The vegetarian lettuce wrap is a great option if you don't eat meat and the flavor is still the same as the original. Not sure what's in the secret sauce but it's delicious!! This restaurant is conveniently located in the Brandon Towne Center mall. Easy to get to. Upon entering we were greeted and did have to wait a bit (it was a Saturday night and we were a large party). The decor is nice, they have very interesting statues throughout the location. Our server was great, always repeated everything back to make sure no mistakes and was very attentive. There was a little mishap (with another server not ours) and we have to say the way they handled it was amazing and beyond! The customer service is definitely great! The food was good! You can't go wrong with PF Chang's. If you like Chinese that is always consistent, this is a good stop. It's better than regular Chinese take out, but not fully authentic. I love the chicken lo mein, the flavor is fantastic. The bang bang shrimp appetizer is killer as well. If you are looking for something a bit lighter, the chicken lettuce wraps is big enough for a small meal and the flavor is exceptional! I have always been a huge PF Changs fan. I usually frequent the Tampa or Clearwater locations but today tried the Brandon location. What a difference. It started when we walked through the door with the hostess. She had no idea how to check in my reservation on open table-and of course I wanted my points so I had to ask her again on the way out. The floor was wet by our table, and I had to ask for a knife to cut my beef and broccoli with. Why don't they include knives with their roll ups-are they short on inventory? Last but certainly not least, they wanted my boss to pay the check with her phone. Listen-it's a nice feature to be able to do that, but to tell us they no longer take payment methods directly 'only a manager can' sounds absolutely ridiculous. You're telling me on a busy Friday or Saturday night, if I wanted to pay with cash, I would have to wait for you to find a manager to take it? I don't think so.
